*Update* they did see my pup~ told she did not have kennel cough maybe true but here we are months later still horrible cough so some kind of Damage was done! No they’re not willing to fix what they have done, yes I have another pet 4 yrs old so it definitely isn’t contagious thankfully but I want my baby healthy again thanks a lot FACE for not helping what you have done! Would not recommend this place for anything if you love your fur babies* My healthy not quite 1 yr old puppy {in training as an emotional support animal} had an appt the other day to be spayed and rabies shot at 7am it was in Indy from Columbus an hr drive 1 way I dropped off my healthy puppy and came back at 430 pm to pick her up she started showing signs of a very deep bad couch not thinking much.., Maybe it was the surgery process NO she has kennel cough I was never told about a shot to be given to her atleast a mo prior to this surgery to prevent this from happening . Low income over 50$ plus gas now no1 up there will fix the issues w/ meds/ possible steroids I was told to call Michigan street clinic low cost their exact words was Face should fix this, well nope they {face} referred me to Indy cares.org yeah they only care if you’re in Indy, I’m well aware pets cost money I pd yes at a lower cost BUT NOT expecting my pup to get sick, refused help. Now she can NOT go for her trainings social store walks etc because she is contagious to other Dogs this is a complete nightmare do your research I am angry hurt frustrated scared for my pup HAD I OF KNOWN she needed a kennel prevention shot not the day of but a mo prior she would’ve definitely had it.

Update: The medical director of the clinic called and walked us through the situation. I appreciate her taking the time to explain the diagnosis, help us understand the situation of it being cosmetic and not needing to be surgically corrected (and that it was already present but just covered by hair), and noted that she would remind her staff to read through all of the paperwork to avoid a situation like this in the future. ---------------------------------------------------------- Disappointed in my experience here. We took our puppy here last week to get spayed. The person who brought her out to me at pickup was friendly, and said everything went well. I thought all had went well until I got her home. I started really looking at all of the paperwork that I had been giving, and read the vet's note. "Your pet has a hernia that was not surgically repaired today. Please monitor closely for sudden increased swelling at the hernia site." There was no mention at this to me at pickup. I then look at her stomach, and bam, a big hernia. The hernia definitely was not present before the surgery, and now she has a large protrusion of contents out of it? I'm just confused on how it all of a sudden appeared after surgery, and there was no mention of it after pickup, almost as though it was being hidden from me? Everywhere I have called to try and schedule the hernia to be repaired has asked me if she has been spayed, and when I reply yes, they then question why it was not corrected during the surgery while she was already under anesthesia (my exact question I wish I had the answer to).

Normally I love FACE. But sadly they have let me down as a clinic. I have been going to FACE for years and loved them. My parents also used to go to them when I was a child. However this time the treatment was very disappointing. I first went on on 11/14/2022 to get my cat neutered. They lowered the cost to $65 given money was tight at the time. I went in today and first I had to wait 10mins before they could help me (not a big deal). Problems really started to happen when I was at work. I received a phone call from them and I could not pick it up because again I am at work. I had my boyfriend call to check to make sure everything was okay and they apparently were telling me they needed me to leave work to go pick up my cat because he was being hostile ( I'm a teacher unless someone is passing away I can't just leave work). My boyfriend was nice enough to go pick the cat up given he works close by and when he went there and paid the $84.50 ( $65 + $19.50 for worm meds) he was told it would be an extra $10 ( I even have the email saying it's $84.50). Along with this they were supposed to put on the meds not us. I am waiting to hear back if they refund us out $19.50. I am sadden to know that when they know money is tight for me and I am not there they try to pull money out of my boyfriend. I expect my money back.

I took my dog Petal to get vaccines and flea meds today. After we already received services and were waiting to check out and pay, some guy came out and said we were being refused services and they refunded my deposit. When I asked why and stated that she already got services and I asked "what about the bordatello meds I helped give her in the lobby?" He just said "no she didnt" and repeated that we were being refused services but wouldn't tell me why. I still had to pick up flea meds for three of my other animals: Lilith, Hexxus, and Xena while I was there. So I had my partner go in to try and at least buy the monthly meds for my other babies. He was told the same thing. Very angry with face right now. This is disappointing because prior to this, we've only had wonderful experiences in the past with our other pets. And it's literally the ONLY place we can afford to take our animals. SERIOUSLY. Also, now I won't have the records for her shots even if I could take her somewhere else for her boosters.

The check in was super chaotic. They did well with his surgery but didn't give me his shot records and when I came back to get them printed off they want to charge me for them. I will no longer be using them as my charity for the Christmas gift my company gives to a charity of our choice . It will go to someone who doesn't think a one page printout is $5. I didn't lose them. I have what they gave me and it does not mention his shots other than the pre surgery forms. Rude staff. Had I known it was a $5 reprint fee I'd have made sure they printed them out that day. So the whole reason for this was to get my dog to daycare and now because they want to nickle and dime everything after I paid $170 with add ons. Dont waste your money. This isn't the bargain it was 20 years ago.

My fur baby got sick I went everywhere trying to figure out what was wrong I spent so much money with no results. So then when I was about to give up with no hope! . Something happened I ran across Face clinic they automatically knew what was wrong with my baby! They fixed him in surgery!! I have never been so grateful!!!! There prices is incredible if you ever need a place to take your fur family this is it!! They do it all nurturing, shots, etc...They do stay packed that is a warning! but I guess that's a good thing meaning everyone trust them and believe in them and there absolutely incredible! They also except donations. I just wanna say if I ever come across big money I will never forget about this clinic. This is my fur baby forever home.

Appalling customer service & wildly unprofessional. Our dog has a regular vet & groomer. He is clean & healthy. Simply because his coat grows thinner on his legs FACE accused us of having a “flea infestation”. Didn’t ask or have a conversation - just accused. I asked where they see a single flea on his snow-white body. They talked over me. I said neither his vet nor groomer have ever said anything about his coat being an issue. They ignored me. This is not only an awful way to treat people, but it’s pretty alarming that a vet clinic can not discern between a clean/groomed dog and one with fleas. Saving some money on neutering is not worth being insulted & ignored or having to breathe the overwhelming stench of urine. Radically unprofessional.

This is a great low-cost option for spay/neuter services as well as vaccinations. We took our dog and the process was smooth, with very friendly staff working. Pickup was slightly hectic but I feel that had more to do with people not using the pay in advance instructions provided after dropoff as we had next to no wait time in getting our dog and being on our way. Our dog was initially very timid but the staff was calm and respectful of this. By the time we picked him up he had made plenty of friends. There looked to be no issues with the incision site and no problems since the procedure. Glad to have been able to utilize this clinic in getting our dog up to date on vaccinations and neutered in a more affordable manner. Highly recommend.

Communication was horrible. From scheduling all the way to pick up. When I scheduled my appt weeks in advance, I did not hear anything for weeks. Until just some days before via email. I almost went to a different vet. When you go on their website to set up spay/neuter services...no prices are given. When it was time to drop her off, I waited almost 2 HOURS for someone to walk up to my car and take my dog. Why accept so many patients in one day if you know people would have to wait that long on a weekday. When I got home I had an invoice via email and of course it was incorrect. Now I am sitting in the parking lot, waiting for my dog. It has been 1 HOUR...just for pick up. I had a voucher and money ready. I am very disappointed.

I brought in a community cat for the walk-in package that included being spayed/neutered, vaccines, ear tip and a dose of flea preventative for $15. I'm so happy to have this community cat officially protected from neighbors seeking to trap and relocate a small colony illegally as well as other dangers faced by unowned cats. The process was very smooth, with minimal paperwork and a text to update me on early pickup times. I can't say that Mystery enjoyed his visit, but he was very well cared for and the staff was friendly, kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I would definitely use FACE for vaccinations and community cat care in the future.

An absolute pleasure!! Not only was it fast to get in and out to get both of my kittens spayed and neutered, but they were very kind and nice the entire process. Both kittens came back like nothing had happened, and they healed exceptionally fast. No soreness or pain of any kind! Excellent prices as well! Do not go to a vet who charges astronomical prices for their services. This place is reasonably priced, and a godsend if you need better pricing. I am just so happy to have found this service. Vet wants $175 a visit, for both kittens, for the three rounds of vaccines. This place just wants $34-50, for both, per visit. Lifesavers!!!!!

First off I would like to say thanks to the staff at FACE Animal Clinic. My tabby cat had a neuter done about a week ago and I was worried, but Dr. Kathryn did an amazing job. He also got his nails trimmed and it was worth the extra $15. They took good care of him and he healed properly. A day after surgery he was walking around like nothing happened. I can’t say how thankful I am for the surgery being a success and that everything went smoothly. During pickup a vet assistant gave me post-op care instructions and also said they gave him pain medicine that lasts for 36 hours. I will definitely recommend anyone who has a cat to go here.

Took my dog in for scheduled vaccinations. He was in pain because he fell off the couch and i asked if they could give him something for pain and the tech told me if he is in that much pain then i should save my money and take him somewhere else and they don't keep pain meds there. It's scary to think they do surgery without pain meds. It was a cold and uncaring experience. I got the feeling the tech thought i was a drug addict looking for some animal grade ibuprophen. I took my cats there fifteen years ago and the people were friendly and treated my cats like family and thats why i went back. Not so sure now.

I brought my dog, his name is Dallas, to get neutered this past Wednesday and when we picked him up he was covered in pee and poop. They did not even try to clean him up, they brought him out in a towel. I will not be bringing in my animals to have surgeries with them ever again. Great for vaccines and will go to them for that BUT that is all. I expect for my animal, who was extremely scared, to be treated like it is their animal. You can not give them a bath for 2 weeks, I had to wash him with a rag and even shave some of his fur where the pee was stained. NOT OKAY!!!!

I have been going to FACE for about 8 yrs now between community cats and my indoor cats. They have always been very affordable & flexible even on my rough years. They are extremely compassionate and very helpful. Especially when it comes to my feral cats. Most people look at ferals as a nuisance but they treat them just as well as my house pets and keep me informed on educational material and information. I also really enjoy volunteering when I can with handing out shelters in the winter. If I had more finances I would definitely donate more often than I do.

I was on the list for less than a month, and every time I called, they responded quickly and were always friendly. They took great care of my pet and they made the whole process easy. I got my cat spade, mocrochipped, and flea, tick and heartworm meds for 6 months all for under $300! The last place quoted me close to $800 without the meds. I think this is all they're doing right now, so they aren't good for a long-term vet (correct me if I'm wrong), but if you're a responsible pet owner just needing to get your animal fixed they're pretty awesome

My cat was put into shock. They gave my cat his shots, and neutered him which caused him to die on the table. By God, he was brought back to life, but them knowing the dangers of doing those two things in the same day, and still doing it caused my cat such distress. He has fluid in his lungs from being in shock. I wouldn't recommend bringing your animal here if you love it. I wish had something good to say about FACE, but I can't knowing what they did to my animal. Please do more research on these places before taking your animal to places like this.

Cost was affordable, experience was manageable. The employees that I spoke with were very polite and cared for my kitten when we brought her in to have her fixed. The wait time was a little longer than I expected but I understand why. There are restrictions in place for Covid and you wait in your vehicle and are processes in the order your text was received. It's really easy to miss your turn into their drive because of the way the road is setup but it's easy enough to loop around if you do.

This place is the most horrible place to ever go to. They kill so many animals. You go and get your pet fixed they come back dead. They are all over every pet site with very bad reviews. It needs to be shut down. I do nit recommend them and all they care about is money. They left a cat ti die instead of transferring them to another clinic. Another cat they were very rough and rude to the owner. Most pets come home very sick and can't walk. Don't go there. They should be shut down for good.

I love support the #adoptdontshop movement, and luckily stumbled upon this little snuggle bug on FACE’s website. The people who work there are all very nice when you actually get their attention. I know this is a low-cost animal clinic, so expectations shouldn’t be very high. It just seemed like there were a bunch of people in the office, with little amount of effort to see what people needed. It is an animal clinic after all, so it can be a little stinky!

Took a feral cat to be neutered. I was pleasantly surpised to get an appointment within a week when many private vets are scheduling procedures months out. Scheduling online was easy, their communication and reminders were very helpful. The check in and check out process was organized, efficient, and all the techs I came in contact with were friendly and professional. Very impressed with their operations and service, and our kitty is doing great!

I brought my dog here to get spayed and microchipped. I only spent $52. Any other place would've been $200-350. They take good care of all the animals. Sure, you have to wait in line, but I don't mind! I'd rather wait and save money than make an appointment elsewhere and be out $300. And yes, my animals are important to me. But so is my money! Save more money and go here and support them so you can buy your pets more treats and toys. :D

Long wait times, but the prices can't be beat! I also liked being able to walk in with a stray kitten we were adopting to get her checked out without an appointment. I called a couple vets around me and nobody had an opening for a couple days and I didn't want to wait that long for worm and FIV testing bc I have other pets. Watching the cats in the cat room was entertaining, and I got a few ideas for toys for my cats!

For the intake process you stay in your car until they are ready to check you in, which is a big improvement over a packed waiting room with everybody and their pets cramped in together. Separating times for dogs and cats makes pick up and drop offs a lot less crowded and lessens the wait time. The thing that I most appreciate is the care and attention they provided for wounds I didn't even realize my cat had.

Very disappointed that we were schedule for 4 weeks for a booster shot. My wife showed up was told to come inside, sat for about 40 minutes was called to the pay desk and told the medication they had was no good. Why didn’t you call us we drove over 24 miles. Very unprofessional on this staffs part. We have no idea when we can return, if it is longer than 30 days we have to start over. Not fair for our pet.

I needed a vet's note of temperament for my cat before moving into an apartment. They got me in the next day and were very understanding that I did not have any official paperwork for them so sign. They let me draft a form that I emailed them which they filled out in a very timely fashion the same day. I really appreciate their willingness to accommodate atypical requests and juggle the forms I needed.

There was nothing to greet my nose upon entering. I was extremely surprised and thankful for that! The staff was very accommodating. They didn't mind repeating themselves because of barking dogs. To anyone reading this remember this is a reduced cost facility. Do not expect boutique. Service is effective. As someone who only has a dog because of my wife's insistence, I appreciate the facility.

These last two times I have been here have been terrible. The workers don’t know what they be doing or talking about. Denied my puppy care because they had something in the system wrong. Asked me for my proof of paper work. Had rude customer service and wasted a trip. Would not be returning to this location . They use to be a good company not sure what happened. Hope some changes happen soon.

I LOVE the new appointment system. I took my baby girl to get her shots and meds and we were in and out in under an hour. This is the first time I've been in since the expansion. I've been taking my fur babies there since the mid '00's. This is THE go to place for all your veterinarian needs.. The staff is and has always been super nice and very informative.

FACE is a great place for your furry ones needs. I took my 5-month old pup to get neutered. The intake and pickup process was very streamlined. They certainly did a great job. I was given instructions on post surgery, and he also received his needed vaccinations. The staff was great with me and awesome with mine and all other patients. Highly recommend!

I LOVE that they have a community/feral cat program. So far I have trapped three ferals I've been able to help through their program! They do more than just spay/neuter; they do basic shots and flea prevention as well. They really try to help these cats out when no one else will! They are so overwhelmed but they always do their best! Thank you FACE!

FACE always gets me what my animals need for as cheap as possible. I've never had issues with them. They're always nice and efficient. If your looking for a full service vet they are not it, but if you're looking for their yearly shots for a good price this is a good place to go. They are also very transparent on pricing from start to finish.

We got our boy fixed here and it was a really easy process. It was quite busy so if you want something more private this won't be for you. Overall the experience was great though. The staff were all great, it was an affordable bill compared to other clinics, and my boy healed well with no complications. Very appreciative for this service!

This is one of the best and cheapest vets I have taken my animals to. They care about your animals and do everything they can to make sure they get taken care of. I love how the treat my animals and not just my animals me as well. They always have a smile and they are always polite thank you face for everything you do for these pets.

They give you one price online, but after you drop off your dog now it’s 209 more than they said. Now they charge you to keep the pet you can’t afford. It’s just a scam they do on poor people. If you don’t have 500 dollars don’t expect high cost animal clinics like this to do anything less than send your dog to get euthanized

Made the appointment and got in and out within 20 minutes. Definitely a low cost option for your pets vaccines. The team was great and advised things my high cost vet never told me. You are not able to go back in the room with your pet. It was a drive from where I live, but with the cost savings, I will be coming back.

I have had 3 animals of my own spayed/neutered at FACE. We also utilize their community cat program. We have a pretty serious feral cat problem in the 46201 and I have a few “porch cats” that were not fixed. The process is easy, a trap and release. Customer service is always good despite how busy they are all the time.

Had our pup and kitten neutered with FACE recently and it was a superb experience. They are currently still offering curbside services only, however, that has not hindered their excellent service. My cat died bec it is more important for them to vaccinate. The cat is already showing signs of paleness and his body did not take the vaccines well leading to death. They should have known better.
