When it comes to the repair work they did a standard job. No complaints. When it comes to customer service I found Rosa, the front receptionist, to be a little combative and rude at times. Especially when they operate on bankers hours and people who work afternoons aren't always considered. When I got my car back I opened the trunk to get my snow brush (as it had snowed), only to find that they had thrown the contents back in all over the place and my 3 jugs of washer fluid were upside down ontop of my stuff, and had slowly leaked some of the contents onto my belongings, ruining a few books and pictures... and my snow brush is missing. I didn't really want to start any complaints or problems, but did want to bring it to their attention for future instances to be avoided for others. When I called to let them know, Rosa first acted like she didnt know who I was and the after I explained why I was calling , she gave me a hard time and accused me of lying. She was rude and combative for no real reason. I wasnt unfriendly or accusatory. I wasn't asking for any compensation or even lodging a formal complaint, just wanted to let her know on the down low to speak to the guys and tell them to be more careful when putting things back was all. Instead it was suggested that I had messed up my own trunk. I will not use this place again as a result. I find it ridiculous that they throw your stuff around and ruin things and give you a run around for setting up pickup dates, then threaten to charge you extra and inform the insurance company to charge you for the rental because you are at work while they are open... They turned a simple repair into a hassle and headache over the christmas / new year week. As if Christmas wasn't stressful enough. Thanks for the damage to my pictures and books due to being soaked in washer fluid. And thanks Rosa for the serious lack in customer service skills. If that's how you handle customers giving you a discreet heads up, I can only assume your company will suffer clients in the long run.

Absolute the worst experience of my life. I was hit during a snow storm in Jan 28 and suffered ptsd from the accident, the staff was fairly friendly in the beginning but called me the Friday of a long weekend after 9:30am (I was at work) and was forced to leave because my insurance would have charged me for a long weekend rental if I did not pick up the car by 4pm when they closed. If that wasn’t enough, I didn’t drive my car much after I got it back due to the anxiety of the accident and went to my regular mechanic about a month later for regular maintenance as I do every 2-3 months. Was told the break on the rear drivers side was dislodged and grinding against the rotor ( the side of my car that was hit) and my alignment was completely off. My mechanic fixed this immediately when I called the insurance they told me I couldn’t get any money back as I had to take my car back to the same shop. Drive my car with dislodged break to this shop to hear why they missed this in the two weeks my car was there? They also charged my insurance company for the alignment... I have an infant son who primarily is in my car. Absolute crooks, because they are recommended by insurance they take advantage up-charge for work that was never complete. Put my life and the life of my son as risk because of shotty work. If you value your safety and vehicle do not choose this shop.

Took a car here through insurance that was destroyed when i drove over a pothole. They epoxied the side skirts and they popped out a few days later. Also, they replaced 2 damaged tires and put on a different brand now i have different brands on each side. I dont get it, i went through insurance and accepted the fact that my insurance rates would go up just to make sure everything was done properly. It took them exactly 4 weeks to fix. I visted to see what theyre doing on the 3rd week and it turned out they didnt even touch it (Theyre milking insurance for storage fees). I do not recommend.

Amazing service from first contact through final pick up. Rosa in the front office took care of everything from the beginning and even got a hold of my insurance adjuster when he didn't call me back. My SUV came back looking brand new and even cleaner than I dropped it off as they washed and detailed it as a bonus! I even had the over and beyond service that the repair technician came and explained what was repaired and how everything was replaced. I went to this shop based on a rave review I received from a family member and I will go here again is I ever have another accident.

My car needed some body work and this place was $1400-$1600 more expensive than the other three reputable places that I got estimates from! I'm sure this place does a good job, but it's absurd that their quote was that much higher than the other body shops I went to in the area. Seems like they're just trying to squeeze more money out of people for there to be that large of a discrepancy in pricing. If you're going through your insurance company then it might not matter to you, but if you're paying out of pocket, make sure you shop around before settling on this place!

WARNING DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I got this location recommended to me by my insurance company because they guarantee parts. After going back three times, the parts that were put on to my car do not fit properly, the spacing between the replacement parts and the existing parts is inconsistent, on one end you can put a full finger inside and on the other, the the parts are touching. This is obvious and in plain sight so I can only imagine what the work done on the inside looks like.

I had my rear bumper replaced at this shop for my mazda 3, it was an insurance claim. They did a very good job, my car looks very good! I was very impressed with their real-time repair status that was available on their site. Every single repair step was shown in the status. Everyone was very courteous from the shop. On top of everything they did a nice detailing on my car, i was very happy to see the car so clean after work was done. Keep up the good job!

I supposed to put my car for 2 days repair as per their estimated time with a small little hit in the rear bumper to be replaced completely, it took 7 days while they do repairing. I have been out of work for a week while they are getting paid by the insurance for that time. Extremely disappointed. If you have claimed quality of work and service, it should be done with standard time. I am not recommending the place for insured auto repair.

Nothing but positive things to say about this enterprise. Great services and even after a couple months after they fixed my car, I noticed a little something something that they happily fixed right away and even kept my ring that they found in the car while fixing it the first time! They go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied! Would highly recommend!!

i had a horrible experience here. Customer service was terrible and my car came out with a bunch of runs and fish eyes on it. I had to take my car to a new shop to get my car re-painted. They gave me excuses because of the age of my car. I guess it wasn't worth the effort to do a good job... I am not happy with the service at all. I do not recommend this shop.

Fix Auto has excellent customer service, they're very organized and professional. Rosa was very kind and helpful in making sure the process of getting my car fixed went super smooth without any hassle. They did a great job at fixing my car just in time for the holidays and even cleaned the interior and exterior for me! Would totally recommend to anyone.

Chose this location because was nearest to me and was with good google ratings but ended up with worst experience. They did pre-inspection of my car and took pictures., after delivery i found 3 scratches and minor dents., they refuse to acknowledge that it was their mistake. Very poor customer service. Never recommend this location to anybody.

Had my Nissan front end repaired here. Received the car back looking as good as new, bumper, headlights and hood was aligned properly. Had the pleasure dealing with Rosa who was very informative and made the process smooth and easy. Very satisfied :) She’s the best I had ever delt with in this industry.

Had to get a bumper replaced. They offered a 3 business day turn around time. Worked with insurance to provide all the services expected (rental, payment). Rosa at the front desk was really helpful in making this as painless a process as possible by providing all the aforementioned services.

Took my jeep in for repairs (insurance claim) and Joanne was absolutely amazing! She kept me updated on the progress of my car and ensured that i got it back in brand new condition. They also arranged for my rental and made sure the process was seamless. Definitely recommend this body shop!

I had my catalytic gas converter stolen several weeks ago. The shop provided an excellent customer support and they did an excellent job with the repair of the whole exhausting system. You receive updates on your email with the status of the repair. Great job guys. Thank you so much!!!

Was told to give them about 5 minutes because someome arrived for an estimate just prior, and that only one estimator was working. Actually took at least 30 minutes and still not finished when i left. Could have checked in with me after the 10 minute mark. Very inconsiderate.

Rude staffs never going there again. Just went to enquire about buffing and paint job however the staffs there asked to wait for an hour just to enquire about the prices. I believe staffs with such rude behaviour are definitely not required here if they want business.

Rosa is the best! She greets you with a smile and is very courteous and organized. The staff take time to explain the job and it always turns out as expected, if not even better. Last time they were also done a day sooner. Keep up the great work!

Insurance job, Work was done very well and coordinated with rental car company nicely . It was a little “assembly - line’ish “ and you have to stick to your appointment .Emily was fantastic and made the experience nice ! .

In 2014, I had a front bumper aero kit for a BMW E92 which had full of chips and I ask FIX AUTO to repaint it. The price was very fair and the job came out great. Now, we are 2018 that piece still looks great. Good job.
