Something we have never experienced, happened today. I contacted FixUpp this morning, as there was a problem with my 104 year old mother’s toilet cistern and it needed urgent attention. The response time was swift and the engineer Mish arrived within an hour. After Mish had replaced the faulty part and rectified the problem, I asked him what the charges were, and his answer was beyond belief… “No charge, as it is Christmas Day”. My mother was not only stunned by his reply, but, we were extremely touched by his generosity. Such is the Spirit of Christmas? An act of true kindness. Mish did a remarkable job. The cistern is working perfectly now and he was tidy. I will definitely be recommending FixUpp. Many thanks to Mish.

Mishaal responded promptly and was very professional. Initially he was here to fix a drainage problem in my bathroom, due to water leaking into the flat below. It transpired that the leak was coming from the toilet inlet and it turned out to be a much bigger job, instead of taking half an hour to took up to 4hrs. He could have left and come back at a later date to fix the problem, but he stayed to see the job through to the end. He is very professional and at each stage he explained the problems that had arisen and explain what he was doing. Especially as a women who lives on her own, I felt safe and not once was he unprofessional and I would highly recommended him for any job. You will receive A* service.

Mish's response time and quick action is really commendable. Called him up in the morning and he swung by early in the afternoon to help me with my toilet flush issue. He is really knowledgeable in maintenance issues as he even helped me out with my questions around lighting and heating concerns. He goes above and beyond to make sure all is well in your home - he even fixed up my wobbly door lock when he noticed it and helped me out with my lighting issue in the main room - both unplanned & unasked for. I would highly recommend his services!

I would highly recommend FIXX UP. Mitch and the team addressed a broken boiler issue with speed, professionalism and a great customer service mindset. Problems with the contracted boiler maintenance company were no issue in getting my issues resolved (fan and circuit board replacement) in a timely way in the middle of winter. Great service. We had a shower leak that was making a funky noise at 5am, sent a message to the guys via whatapp at 8 am and then they were here to repair at 11am, they did a great job fixing the shower and replacing it with a new unit. Mishaal was an absolute hero, he knew his stuff well, diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered correct parts and chased after to get the correct parts. Mish arrived on time, upon checking my toilet he gave me advice and referred me to a saniflo specialist. He also fixed my kitchen sink leakage situation with no problems and cleared all debris when he left. He also tested my electrical socket as a gesture of kindness.
