I have been a victim of atm scam at this bank. At the time the security guard was so conveniently on break. A guy came up to me saying my card was going to be swallowed he distracted me pulled out my card which I was about to insert into the atm and placed it against the atm then inserted my card into the atm again and disappeared. I realized what was going on and there was no security. In a matter of minutes I received a message that all my funds was withdrawn while I was in the process of blocking my card at the atm, the bank don't even say were it was drawn from. Happened really quick. I left the bank and when i returned to seek assistance the security guard had returned as well. When I questioned him it so happened that he was on break. Poor services. He never seemed to be bothered either.

I deposited money using the ATM into my account on the 13/12/16. Unfortunately it was unsuccessful. I reported the dispute same time and was given a claim form to fill in. I was told I will get my money within 3-5 working days, till today I have not. What do we call this??? Tomorrow I shall come to your branch without my claim form because I've even misplaced it and shall get my money!

Waited over an hour and a half for 2 customers at the tellers. No desire to please customers. Avoid this branch if at all possible

Very slow, one teller
