This outlet has been a reliable place to order flowers and cakes on a regular basis for me. There have been occasions where I required them to provide services on double quick time and they've always obliged. They've always been prompt in delivering on time as discussed and agreed. If ever there had been times when delivery was not possible, they've always provided a viable alternative. It has been a pleasure working with them. They are professionals and I respect their work. The team at FNP (Lipson Paul) went above and beyond to ensure on time deliveries to all and did a fabulous job of coordinating with different locations given the challenging current situation. I tried to order from website for a location in virar but delivery was not available at that location. So I reached out to this store in Thane and requested for the delivery and they did. I was pleasantly surprised by the on time and perfect delivery for my parents wedding anniversary. They kept me updated on the delivery time until it arrived home. The flowers are lovely. A combination of white olives, red, white and pink carnations, pink and yellow roses and sunflower, along with some chocolates was one of the best bouquets ever received for me.
