They denied check in after arriving to property location which was different than google map location. we did 2night booking from Agoda well in 1day advance with full payment. The guy at desk was very rude and said we didn't received booking from agoda so I can't help and you guys need to leave. We escalated concern to Agoda customer care and got to know they already sent booking confirmation to hotel but hotel management is not willing to allocate room by saying there is no room available now and after spending 2hrs at property with multiple argument we had to cancel our booking. Also at check in desk there are no seating arrangement and there were strong smell of cigarette and alcohols coming from room nearby check in desk. I was managed to get full refund from Agoda and appreciate customer service from agoda who did best to accommodate our booking. At the last when we were leaving that front desk guy said they have one room available and if we can pay 500 rs extra from booking amount he can accommodate us, but this time we denied that offer with grace. And we are already cursing hospitality service at hotel tordi haveli and we wish there family members also go through same when they travel next time.

Worst place ever.. I booked 6 rooms for my guests coming from different locations but they did not allow them without my presence even after confirming with me on call. They rejected the original Aadhar proofs and encouraged to cancel the booking so they can give permission on same IDs with offline booking. What the hell. My guests were standing outside the hotel and suffered for almost 3 hours.. these cheapers stood upon their policies which they just disclosed when we came to check in. They don't even know how to behave with client, no level of professionalism. Only value to money not clients or doesn't care about their goodwill at all. Honestly i don't know all these good reviews are true or fake but seriously their staff and manager has no standard to treat with a client. I would never recommand any single guy to visit this place. Rest, it's up to ur risk and ur choice if u wanna spoil ur experience in pink city...they don't deserve even a 2 star rating.. wish i could give this worst place a negative rating..

Rooms were clean. Food was average. Complementary breakfast was NOT enough. They literally said this is all that you get. Usually everywhere complementary breakfast is served in abundance and you can eat as much as you want. But here they served limited quantity which was did not suffice and upon bring the issue up they said this is all that you get. Blankets were dirty and not washed. There were white spots on the blanket. What could it be? There was no tissue roll in the toilet. We had to ask for it. I ordered cupcakes from outside and they started arguing about food being ordered from outside. I agree with their concept of not allowing food from outside but if I want to eat something that they aren’t providing I will obviously order it from outside. This was an unnecessary argument.

Worst place to stay. Never ever opt this place it's horrible. I got torn towels broken mugs. No remote for the AC. And most importantly no Lift. I and out family had to climb all the 3 floors. Horrible food. And the most funny part is some boys below the age of 18 are managing the place. So you can imagine how it would be. They don't even give water until you ask and if at all they give then it's not complementary. We had to pay for tat. They gave us a extra bed and asked us to sleep on the floor opposite to the toilet. Worst worst. And wen I asked the person concerned he is speaking nonsense. The complementary breakfast which they give is horrible and limited. My television was also not working. So it's was the worst experience tat I and my family faced

We booked this place for our 3 day stay at Jaipur for 10 guests and 3 kids,way more in advance via OyO app.The owner of Tordi(Tod-di) haveli called in the morning of our check on date and cancelled the booking asking for more money.They didn't even bothered to make any other arrangements and infact said that there is a power failure just to give fake justification. A pathetic experience to book such a property .This caused so much of hustle and fuss to book the place to stay at eleventh hour. Will suggest no one to book this property if they don't wanna spoil there trip.

We stayed in this Oyo for 3 nights and overall it was horrible experience . Coming to the amenities at first,they had solar geysor which doesn't work during winters properly (evening and night time ) and you have to keep calling at the reception for hot water as it was common for everyone. Secondly , toiletry kit was missing in the washroom . Nobody came for room cleaning during our stay and when asked they give silly explanation like give them your room key and go away as they themselves don't know what time cleaner boy comes.

As is with everything Chalet, providing good service in saket. While that may be so in this case as well, I feel that both the person who checked me in and the person who checked me out were not the kindest. Usually there is a kindness that comes with customer service and that was non-existent at this particular Chalet. I would say even the room service operator was lukewarm. Aside from that, the room was clean and pretty perfect, the shower was great and the robe, as usual, was very plush and soft.

They denied the room at the booked price and also did not offer the room that was in pictures instead showed us the room in basement which was very smelly and no windows, which we denied and then in the end they gave us the room on 1st floor. It's location is far away from the tourist places and is kind of residential location, so avoid staying at this location. Instead choose some good stays about 4-6 km around the jaipur junction.

We booked tordi haveli from treebo on 12th october for 16th to 18th october. They gave rooms to walkin guests and said we don’t have any rooms. Owner Rajveer Singh was laughing when he got to know we came from chandigarh and said that’s not our concern to provide you room. This is a scam so please don’t book this property.

They showed us a balcony in pictures which wasn't there, wrote WIFI FREE but denied us passwords , even denied us spoons because we ordered food from outside. They told us "sir ne mana Kia hua hai, jo bahar ka khana khayega, usko kuch nhi milega" even misplaced the identity cards

Although the place looks good, the service is very crappy. I had to wait 3 hours for them to get toiletries. I asked for an extra water bottle they never got it. The TV remote was not working. Also took a long time for them to share wifi password. And they made me wait for breakfast for 1 hour and 30 minutes. The staff smiles and apologizes and can do better with training.

GOOD Haveli Bhot Badhiya Deal thi meri toh . Don't Book Agoda Site Because they not Tie-up this Site but if you Search the Google site hotel they Show lowest price. Apke paise Bekar jayengy or waps nahi hoga koi refund bhi nahi hoga.

First thing....do not come with more expectations as the rooms are quite good, kinda old Rajasthani style but their food is very nice with great spice. Tried Chicken Marvari, Rajasthani Gatta it was amazing.

The place is nice but the owner does not know how to behave, it was a really bad experience at checkout. Its a shame that they call themselves descendants of rajput heritage and nobleman warriors whereas they lack basic courtesies.

Room were ok. Staff was nice. Other OYO in which I have stayed previously offered unlimited breakfast but in this one you can only have one dish per person and tea was also limited to once atleast tea should be given more than once.

I booked Hotel Tordi Haveli (vaishali nagar jaipur) room and paid before reaching the hotel. They refused to give me room and I have to pay 400/- extra to get the room because they told me to contact Oyo. Very bad experience.
