Cannot believe the experience we have had. Thought it was going smooth. We were far from wrong. Told that the carpets and flooring were here. Booked the fitters. Fitters turn up 4 hours late without the carpet as it hasn’t actually arrived. Fitters were great and understanding. No communication. We agreed to pay for lifting and taking the flooring away. The fitters told us that there was nothin fb like that agreed. Head office were absolutely useless. Quick to rake the money. To top it off we were told a manager would call back however no manager called back. Went to the store to be told no manager in. This is a catalogue of errors. We have been lied to. Once the carpet is done don’t think we I’ll ever visit this place again and take it further. Built a relationship with Andrew at the start. Thought he was great to a point we recommended friends and family. Especially because of the initial great service. But heh were we wrong. We arranged for someone to be here especially for the fitting and they wasted their time. I think this has to be the worst experience I have had. Waiting for a call back now from the Store manager or regional manager Rob as we are so frustrated with this. It feels unreal that we have had this experience from such a big company. Head office need to sort out their staff. Get told you have to wait for a resolution. Also to be basically be called liars. Also with only half of the flooring done fitters are coming back Saturday. Then also got told that the flooring will sit flush against the floor with no beading needed. Well guess what we require beading. Img I cannot believe this experience. I’m glad I didn’t order furniture with these guys. Last time I’ll ever use this company. Oh and all the flooring is outside our place because no ones taking it Don’t be fooled by Andrew he told us one thing and the fitters the other to play us against one another

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a sofa and recliner chair in May, and was told it would arrive by the end of July. Both my partner and I agreed to put a deposit payment down and decided to wait for the furniture to arrive in July. Around June, my partner received a telephone call from the store saying the furniture would arrive at the end of August, he reluctantly accepted this explanation. My partner then contacted the store at the end of August and was told that the order would not arrive until the last weekend of August. This did not happen. We are now in the middle of SEPTEMBER and no furniture. I contacted the contact number provided and they informed me that the Croydon store are awaiting our order. So disappointed in how such a big brand can have such a highly unreliable service and for their workers to continue to LIE to their customers. Absolute disgrace! They also tried to bully my husband into making full payment of the sofa when he spoke with them in September. Why would you pay for something in full that hasn't arrived and you're not sure when it's going to arrive!? Save your hard-earned money and go to another furniture store that actually care about their customers and are reliable and HONEST! So upset. If the sofa doesn't arrive by the end of September, I'll ask for a refund and take my money elsewhere.

Such a shame!, My experience started of with me & my sister, & kids passing by this store, went in & tried out a few sofas, & we was approached by a female assistant, which we was glad to see. Me & my sister placed a sizeable order with her paid our deposit & was told 11 weeks so delivery should be midweek October. Payment made in full to store manager Rob, he even made a comment @ time looks like I robbed a bank.i went away thinking it would not be to much longer for contact ref. delivery, but no contact from anyone so I call no. on paperwork, & it's head office saying delivery due to their warehouse 17th December 2021, no way, no communication from Rob, or sales woman, they just did not care for the customer, & to be honest, I had not heard of company before, when I did get a chance to speak to manager, I told him his salespeople should retrain & follow up on their customers orders, if they r coming near to delivery, then it could be chased with suppliers. I would not recommend this company, nothing Fabb about them.

The worst experience dealing with this company. Ordered a sofa, was delayed a further 8 weeks after already waiting 12 weeks initially. They promised £50 back I didnt get it. I emailed regarding the damage the delivery people did to my property, no response. They used a third party delivery partner who had no experience in delivering a sofa, we have a 3 seater with 2 seats reclining, they didnt put the feet on which meant everytime we tried to recline the sofa would go flying forward. A truly incompetent company with incompetent partners and highly unprofessional as they didnt even have the decency to reply to my email. I would pay more money and go elsewhere, we only settled here as they promised the best delivery time. Their sofa arrived with marks on the legs and with wonky legs. Again, no reply. After a year and a bit use the sofa is already losing shape, why are other seats more firmer than the one with the recliner, why are the gaps so big between the sofas? horrible quality and waste of money.

made an order of 2 chairs and table, waited for 2 months, to receive 2 chairs, without table. when I called the reply it is out of stock now. I ask for money refund, someone name Kyron answered me and magic they had one in stock, will be deliver next week, waited for another week, I had phone call same day saying lorry broke-down, will call me later to arrange another date waited for another 2 weeks, no one call, I call them back same Kyron answer saying they had used one in stock and they order a new one ( so no lorry broke-down) same reply gave me next week it will be delivered. When I ask for my money he refuse to refund me the money back, saying we order it for you and you have to except it even though I waited for 4 moth's still no table and no money. HELP NEED PLEASE ANY IDEA HOW TO GET MY MONEY FROM THIS COMPANY When I ask for manager all busy now, they have no time to pick up call

We bought a super king bed in their Croydon store. When we bought it the man who attended us said that it won’t take more than 6 weeks, highlighting the fact that he’ll try to ask them to make it asap as we were a bit hesitant. He reassured maximum 6 weeks, it could even be 4. We’ve got a call a few weeks later, it was someone saying that the delivery date was as agreed. After 6 weeks I had no news about them so I decided to call them to find out. They tell me that the estimated delivery time will be 8 weeks and it is what’s on my contract I was sure it was 6 as this is what the guy said. Then in our contract says 7 weeks. This is week 8 and now they are still waiting for the bed to arrive to their warehouse. When it happens we’ll have to schedule a delivery date for my house. This is unacceptable and their customer service is awful. They are not helping at all.

First of all neither me or my husband have heard about this store before. So it was great surprise to find this store in Croydon and although we didn't buy anything I would like to leave a positive feedback. Once we entered the store we have been greeted by a member of the staff. His name was Will, he was lovely, friendly and knowlegable. We have a great experience, didn't feel pressured, but recived enough attention. We have been given advise we needed and explained all about the fees, terms & conditions, delivery charges etc. Everything was great, even the sofa we have been concidering to buy. Unfortunatly, we decided to go with another shop and offer on this occasion. Good choise of versatile furniture with a good deal, great quality and exceptional service.I would highly recomend this store, and praise Will for his skills.

Avoid at all costs. Placed my order in February 2022 to be told they couldnt give me a delivery timeframe. I paid the full amount for my sofa to then be told they delivery was a 19 week wait! Since ordering this sofa I have been contacted 3 times with them changing my delivery date. I am now not expected to receive my order until end of July! The customer service team are extremly unhelpful and have a different excuse everytime you speak to them. Seeing as my order hasnt actually been manufactured yet I asked for a refund, as other sofa companies were offering a much less delivery time. I was then told that because I chose a colour I cannot cancel my order!! Looking on their website every sofa they offer comes in more than one colour so whats the point in having a cancellation policy!?? If you can shop elsewhere!

Avoid this company like the plague. I Bought a sofa from these guys in October 2021… They told me that the lead time was 6 months and should be ready 1st week of April. Fast forward to today… I’ve just enquired where my sofa was, and been told it’s another 2 months lead time, no reason to why and I had to stumble upon this information. Not happy is an understatement. Very poor service, communication and really disappointed. Nobody wanted to deal with my request. Call centre manager ‘Craig’ didn’t want to speak to me either… and was Supposedly ‘unavailable’ for my call & refused to call back when free… add to this the store manager conveniently unavailable in the Croydon branch, who was quiet happy to take my money in the first instance. Do yourselves a favour and avoid… avoid… avoid.

AVOID! GIVE YOU FASLE DELIERY DATES TO GET THE SALE AND THEN CLOSE TO THE TIME WILL CALL AND SAY GOING TO BE ANOTHER 4 WEEKS. I SPOKE TO SOMEONE ON THE PHONE THAT RESEMBLED A ROBOT AND JUST KEPT REPEATING HERSELD THAT THE DELIVERY TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND I CAN NOT CANCEL. EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVENT EVEN RECIEVED THE FURNITURE. MAKES NO SENSE. WAS INITAILLY TOLD THAT THEY COULD DELIVER IN 3 WEEKS BUT BY THE TIME I WAS SIGNING THEY SAID 5 WEEKS, I SAID THAT ISNT WHAT I WAS TOLD BUT NOT THE END OF THE WORLD. IT IS NOW LOOKING MORE TO 8/9 WEEKS AND I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO AVOID THEM. THEY TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR UNTIL YOU SIGN THE PAPERWORK.

The only thing Fabb about Fabb Furniture is the name! Ordered two sofas, two side tables, a coffee table, dinning table, six chairs, a sideboard and a bookcase unit on 30th May was told to expect delivery 1st or 2nd week in September. Well what a joke!!!!!! After several phone calls to their customer service department ( being fobbed of every time with a different reason for the delay) most of our order arrived on the 11th December. I had to practically beg for a dinning room table to be loaned to me for Christmas and guess what? The dinning table eventually turned up on 8th January!!!!!!! I will not return to Fabb nor would I recommend them to anyone. Order at your peril!!!!

Do not buy anything from this store! We have paid for a corner sofa, armchair and foot stool. The corner sofa arrived damaged scratched & garages all over the material a fab furniture representative came to inspect and agreed it should be replaced. 5 mouths later the replacement arrived in worse condition than the first the armchair arrived with much the same story we are now awaiting replacement for both? Multiple delivery several phone calls and still with damaged goods not to mention the time I've now taken off work for delivery, it's a complete joke ! who knows when we will get what we have paid for without it being damaged .. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND AVOID THIS PLACE!!

December 2021 visited the shop. After waiting for 7 months for my sofa 5th July 2022. It arrived with a small tear on the side. Took pictures and spoke to customer service they asked me to send pictures of damaged sofa. Not impressed with the service I now have to wait again for someone to get back to me with repairing. I received confirmation from the store that my sofa will be delivered on Saturday, no show no messages no phone calls. Called again and was promised by the manager that it will be collected at 7.30am and be given a new sofa still no show. I will be putting in a complaint for misleading customers.

Please dont buy and waste your money! I bought a set of dining table coffee table and chairs they arrived home and after a couple of months they are very flexy snd wobbly they are rocking when gently wiping the tables both of them, chairs have had stitching problems and reporting this to the company they sent out a expert to examine it and they refused to change them as they do not see a manufacturer fault. Please PLEASE PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEIR DELIVERY AND TIMINGS AND QUALITY AND AFTER SALE IS POOR! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I HAVE TAKEN THEM TO THE OMBUDSMAN SO THEY WILL DEAL WITH IT ALL!

Ordered 2 sets of sofas and was told I'd get a personal number to call in case of any problems and when dialled, it's just the generic croydon store desk. Furthermore, delivery is slow and they sent the wrong footstool. The delivery team didn't even install the floor gliders. Also, I gave them measurements and discussed the sofa arrangements and when they arrived they didn't fit. I was reassured that they'd have plenty of room and when I spoke to them about it they said it's too late as its been delivered. Even if they fit, how will you know for sure until it's in your house? Will not shop here again!

Really disappointed that after 3 weeks my chairs have not arrived . Contacted customer services and they told me that they haven’t been received at the warehouse. I know have to wait a further week just to see if they come in. I cannot request a refund as as they don’t do them. I was told it was my fault for not reading the terms and conditions however the store got me to sign a invoice to confirm what I ordered at no point was I told anything about terms and conditions. Be aware as I’m not going to take this further!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We were lied to multiple times not just about when the sofa would arrive but also about being called when it arrived as well as being called back by a manager. Everyone we spoke to was abrupt and rude when asking what can be done about our sofa being delivered VERY late and the poor customer service. I would 100% NOT recommend buying furniture from here as the delivery times stated are not accurate and they just simply don’t care once you’ve paid them.

Ordered a corner sofa on 13th September 2021 and given delivery time of 23weeks. Rang today for an update and told it will be mid April!!!!! Apparently it’s coming from the Far East. We were given the impression when we ordered that it was British made and because of Covid and the lack of lorry drivers the delivery time was going to be 23 weeks. Fuming is an understatement. Very Poor Service and do not buy Hi All, Please do not buy furniture with FABB furniture. We have booked a Bed in Jan-2023 and until now we have not received the product and even they are not ready to pay the refund. They are keep changing bed. This really very shameful. Other BIG furniture shops are giving delivery with in 20 days like Dreams. Customer not very supportive hence my humble request not buy from them.

I ordered a dining table 13 weeks ago and I called to get an update, only to find out that I have to wait another 2 weeks for transport (apparently shortage of drivers from Peterborough to London). If you want to buy products from this company, pay £69 for transport and have no updates because they are to busy to contact you and wait ... 15 - 16 weeks for a dining table... GO FOR IT! EMOTIONAL DAMAGE!!!!

Fabb furniture is everything is garbage do not buy, customer service is a joke i bought a sidetable reduced to £79 they said rrp £399 i checked with google lense its actually £129 at many stores they sold me something damaged and they refused to refund. I will not recommend most of their stuff is made in china and supplier is in north. Guys check with Google Lense if you want to get a better deals !!!

This store was a pleasant surprise as we didn't know it existed. We had already visited all the other furniture stores in the area and didn't have high hopes. But we found exactly what we were looking for and at a very reasonable price. The sales person, Shahid, was very professional without being pushy. Would definitely recommend a visit if you're looking for sofas or beds.

This shop is a con. Ordered a sofa in August and were told it's arriving in October. It's now nearly Dec and we're still sitting on the floor. We were told 'its stuck in a shipping container', 'its out for delivery tomorrow ' and I've now been told they haven't built the sofa because they don't have any fabric. Stay awaayyy! Really really wish I hadn't sold my sofa!

Bought a sofabed from this store as my daughter had already bought 2 settees about 18 months ago store staff were brilliant got a great deal on the sofabed she even threw the scatter cushions in the delivery men were absolutely brilliant the sofabed was completely wrapped up in a special cover and carefully placed it in our room many thanks

Nice quiet place as can be expected of a household furniture outlet. Saw great discount on beds for the next few days. Mainly on ex-display items in excellent condition. Saw one double bed with mattress at £1479.00 and bed frame priced £429.00. Total price £1908. Discounted to £700. Whoever, gets this is smiling! Great time to get there.

The worst experience of my life. They sell a product saying that delivery is guaranteed and fast. They use lies when selling, saying that the product is in the warehouse ready to be delivered and when the legal deadline to cancel the contract ends, they call saying that they can't do anything and that it will be 4 weeks late.

Very nice, spacious and neatly laid out displays of dining tables & chairs as well as various sofas. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were given useful advice and information about the different styles of dining table sets eg size with and without extension, material made from, colour options, delivery, etc.

They lie about delivery times to get you to buy stuff it never turns up on time. Then when it does there is always parts missing and no one knows why or how. You will be waiting most of your life for parts just order it from somewhere else!
