I had been getting my hair cut by Kali at Face II (Glamorgan Shopping Plaza location) for several years. Kali (the owner) always did an excellent job. Kali gave me some of the best hair cuts I've ever had. She is very skillful and conscientious about her work. Kali has a lot of experience, which you can tell by the way she touches and combs and snips your hair with confidence. A unique thing about Kali is that she gives her customers a hug, either before or after your cut (sometimes both). It adds a personal touch rare in business. Kali had an accident a few years ago right around the time I moved away from the Glamorgan neighborhood. Consequently, her daughter took over her clients for a while, but I never saw Kali again because I moved way across town. I highly recommend Face II, especially if Kali is still there. I don't know if she has retired. Prices are reasonable and appointments are flexible (one time I had to attend a funeral, and Kali accommodated a short notice appointment in the morning before the shop officially opened). Face II practices the old school business model where customer service comes first.

I love this place! This is a family run business and I love supporting local. I have been going here for the past 22 years and I'm only 27. I think that says something in itself! I'm very loyal when I find a place that I like and this place is great! I go here because I don't have to think about it, ones life can get busy and the less to worry about the better! I love that I can go in and I'm taken care of. Caliope(the owner) is always up to date with the latest styles, and when it's time for a change I let her decide, she tells me out of courtesy that she's changing my hair, and I always tell her I'm in her hands. I have full trust in her, and I've always been happy with the outcome, and lots of compliments too!! Thank you!

A friend I work with introduced me to Kali and Face II. And I was so happy because until then I hadn't had a cut in the 7 years I had been in Calgary that I really liked. Kali is such a pro with hair!!! My hair is slightly wavy, and Kali always cuts it in a way that encourages the wave!!! I used to tell her what I wanted, but now I show up, say "make me beautiful" and she does!!! There is something about a well crafted haircut and style that makes a woman feel better about herself. Kali is warm, caring, funny and I thoroughly enjoy my time in her chair. I wish her many many many more years of success and as long as she is doing hair, I will be one of her very happy customers.

I have been getting my hair cut by Popi for over 30 years, almost like we grew up together, LOL. I have moved across the country and back a few times, (and Popi moved back to Greece once without me even knowing as she came back and got her old place back) but always would go back as my hair cuts are always the best, even if I come once a year sometimes (better go in soon then). My favorite hair stylist ever and it is never ever a bad cut. Love you Popi.

Went for a haircut today and the ladies were beyond amazing, they quickly got me in even though they were very busy, they did an amazing job and all for a unbooked walk in. Will 100% be returning here for as long as they will be around. Exceptional service, polite and sweet staff.
