This once was our favorite store. They have selection, however a lot of defective product lately. So look carefully. Non motivated and non helpful staff dragging feet around the store. We have spent over an hour there and no none said even high. We called the manager, Sanya, to express our concern but our concern has been dismissed not even an apology. I guess that is how they appreciate your business. We have spent couple of hundred dollars and they did not even offer a bag. I understand that the store is selling at a better price but don't treat your customers like another number. As well. We have found a silver earring on the floor and brought it to cash left it with Ash. We asked to make an announcement but manager was really reluctant to make an announcement. Just passing the buck.

A little disappointing. I went into this store recently to buy a pair of boots. As I am trying them on I see a sales associate standing quite close and she is blatantly staring at me. I look around and realize there are three associates surrounding me. None of them have spoken to me to this point. When I made eye contact with the one closest, she finally asked if I "need help with anything." I get that these boots are quite pricey, but never in my life have I been stared at like this in a store when I am trying something on. Honestly, after I saw them all, I packed up the boots and walked out. I ended up buying them from Amazon. Consider reducing the number of associates you have around on weekdays, since it appears they have nothing better to do than follow customers around the store.

I don't know how this place has so many good reviews, most of the shoes are overpriced (do a quick check online and you'll see) and their discount area has about 20 pairs of shoes. You'll easily spend 90 to 160 or more for anything here, which kind of defeats the idea that they are a "factory retailer". I was looking for running shoes and all of them started at 90 bucks, up to 140. Work boots are easily 180 bucks or more. I gave it 3 stars because for some reason they have like 3 full walls of discount shoes IF you have size 14 mens (or 15 or 16) feet.. And also they have good selection. I mean, this place advertises itself as a "discount" shoe warehouse but is in no way a discount shoe store. If you like paying full price or more, this place is for you.

Today my husband and i went there 20 minutes before closing time. My husband did was looking for a shoe for work; he ask one of worker there a question and she didnot feel like giving him a proper answer. My husband was able to find a shoe; then he wanted to get a house slippers; so we went to the back. We still had time to shop , the same clark was on our back like waiting on us to pick something. We felt very uncomfortable for her standing behind us. We took the house slippers and went to the cashier. She took the time to make sure we did pick the right shoes size and explain to us why she was doing it. If only that other clerk was not behaving the way she was i would give this place a better rating. And I do find the price are a bit expensive as well.

Got yelled at by an older blonde lady with an eastern European accent because I grabbed a box from the top shelf. “Do you not ever touch up there again for this you ask”. Even though another lady that worked there told me it was not an issue because I am 6’3”. So rather than buy 5 pairs or clarks for $120 each I left and ordered them on amazon. You lost a valued, and local customer who sent all his employees there. Hire kinder more friendly staff. And when I say she yelled , she made a scene and embarrassed me. Yelled like I was a child. It was completely uncalled for. She is lucky that I am a kind person and didnt scream back at her. Also if that is the problem GET SIGNS and make it a policy rather than hire an angry hateful woman to yell at customers.

I found this online store with Google Lens because I should have sandals. I wanted to replace the old sandals with new ones but from the same brand. On their site I typed in a brand and found brand new ones and luckily with the same size but in inches and mine was in metric. I contacted support to confirm availability and if the size was correct. Steve responded quickly every time I sent a new message, the response was quick and accurate. BTW, I purchased another type of sandals to be available for free shipping. I bought my sandals on a Thursday and by Tuesday they were at my house. Good products, great support!!

I have been trying to find my baby shoes and have been having no luck. I came here and a gentleman by the name of Roy helped me. At first he couldn't find any shoes for me so he got another associate to help us. When we realised there wasn't a single pair I was upset and Roy showed empathy and understanding. Roy and the lady associate (I didn't get her name) came back to me so happy, they found some in clearance. Both of these employees went out of their way and the extra distance to help me get shoes for my daughter, they were both so sweet and caring. I will definitely be coming back.

I am so impressed by how my order went that I thought I would let you know. I found shoes in my size (! – size 11 womens) on your website and ordered them and THEN found the same shoes in the colour that I really wanted, and so I ordered THEM. I sent you an email about the duplication and someone found my order, responded, cancelled the first pair and processed the refund – all in record time (the same day!). They always have your size and when they don't they transfer it over with 24-48 hours. It my go to place for the entire family each season. They carry summer shoes in the middle of winter as well, which is great for when you go on vacation and need some sandals or water shoes. So a huge selection of goods. Bonus is, they sell chocolates bars at the check if you feel like you need to get your sugar fix before you hit the road.

You can see them and try them on for fit and comfort. Shoes are essential, get good ones to take care of yourself. Support a Canadian company. They opened in London, ON in 1980s and have a chain of 4 stores. Open concept and no pressure environment. They have wide styles, up to size 16s, and even steel toed shoes.

Their online store sold shoes that appear used. Company refunded. Shoes arrived today scuffed and scratched, about the amount of damage I'll do to them in 2-3 weeks. My best guess is someone wore them for a day or two and returned them, Factory Shoe figured their next customer wouldn't mind. Company reached out almost immediately after I posted the review and asked for the photos and processed a refund. Exceptionally nice of them to do and more than I think most companies would.

They should consider hiring people younger with positive attitudes than have miserable unprofessional people working. Unbelievable service! I ordered my shoes at 9 am with the free Canada post shipping option. They were delivered at 9:36 THE NEXT DAY!!! Factory Shoe and Canada Post gave amaxing service. This is the largest selection of brand name shoes I've ever seen. Brand names that I've recently discovered in my search for comfy shoes. Names like b.o.c., Taxi, oofos and many more. All at a reduced price. Most sizes in stock. Employees are easily identifiable with store shirts and name tags. They're were very helpful. Also clean customer bathrooms and plenty of parking.

I come here a few times a year and always find shoes I want, and I buy them. I need size 16, and wide. Some brands a 15 works, others I may need a 17. There is always some selection and usually at a great price. My girlfriend needs narrow shoes and she finds some here to suit her. She had Ash help her yesterday and, wow, she was a great help!

Factory Shoe is a great online Canadian Company! Steve provided superior customer service. I was looking for a winter dress boot for my husband. He needed a size 13 with a side zipper. My order came quickly and to my delight a postage paid return label was included. The boots are a good fit!!!

I bought Safety boots, it caused blistering on my ankles. They didn't want to compromise, for an exchange. Didnt wear it for more than 1 hour until blistering started. Management was poor in keeping me happy. The price is low, because of its defects. I do not recommend this place. Be careful.

Great place for shoes at a decent price. Though sometimes hard to find popular sizes (10-10.5 men’s) In the summer they often have racks outside of discounted shoes/sandals and you can sometimes find a really good deal. But be prepared to spend some time looking for your size!

Bought work boots but probably shouldn't have. No help from staff. No discounts for union members like Marks, Mister Safety etc. And return/warranty policy also seems a lot worse than competitors. Prices were on par with competitors and store had a little better selection.

I have been buying magnum work boots here for years. My most recent pair was defective as the insoles separated within 2 weeks. For $200 boots I expect an exchange at the very least. I am disappointed they would not stand behind there product and wont be coming back.

There are always a lot of staff, but they are not always helpful. They have a wide selection of shoes, but oftentimes they don't have enough sizes. The orthotic selection is very limited.
