The smiths and family dollar are the only places I've visited here in this shopping center and it looks decent on the outside but you do have homeless people hanging out more towards the rent a center family dollar area the family dollar is stocked most times but there are times where you catch them when they are missing a few items or low on stock . Smiths is great they have damn near everything in stock when I visit this location aost rarely will they not have what I'm looking for , there is security and they seem to do their job and getting the unsavory crowd away from the property.only four stars could've been five but there should be other useful shops here besides smiths and family dollar .

The Fair Plaza Shopping Center is easy to get to and convienently located. The city bus stops right on the corner. You will find Smiths grocery store. They have a deli section, fresh baked pasteries. The meat department has a good selection of meats , fish as well as pre arraigned ready to cook full meals. The employees are very nice and always ready to assist. There is also a Family Dollar where you will find a little bit of everything at bargin prices. if you move into the vecinity you can purchase electronics at a small locNail Salon, Hair salon and a thrift shop. It closes pretty early early though so better get there before 9 pm and opens at 9 am.. Smiths closes at 10pm and opens at 6 am.

Greatly improved over the last six months BUT both The Smiths store and the city need a ZERO tolerance toward the theft of shopping carts and send the low life thief's to prison. I am annoyed that store operators and the city turn a blind eye of theft by the homeless population. A thief is a thief and must be prosecuted, otherwise it is a "license to steal even more". I cheer whenever the police shoot a bad guy, because it is one less low life in our city and it can be called a form of city population control

Dirty feeling center. Crowded parking lot with little shade - always blazing hot with stray carts everywhere. Outdated feeling stores. Both Smiths Grocery and Dollar General are overcrowded and difficult to navigate - following along with the dirty, dilapidated feel. I avoid this center. Ot just happened to be a timesaver on this day. Bright spot: sales staff of both stores are super cheerful and helpful. Smiths very consistent with controlling social distancing and mac shopper capacity

It's a great brand new location back in the day when I was in use this was one of the original Kmart and there was a place called picknsave next door to where basically a dollar store from the 80s check it out everything is brand new every time I go to this place I get flashbacks what it was like back in the 70s and 80s great restaurants all around are you folks come support the South Valley don't believe all the rumors there lies there is craziness in any part of the city

Went to Albertsons Friday night to get a few items Most employees at this store are nice to us but the security guard that was there that night is so unpleasant that he won't even answer simple questions about products or anything about the store. Not even when you're right up face to face with him. I don't know his name but he's an middle age muscular guy. This probably won't help my cause but i had to vent somewhere. Thank you

There's always homeless people looking in cars and walking around parking lot can't even leave my 13 yr old in car to wait when she wants to stay in car she's been stared down and confronted by them knocking on the window for whatever but security does let them know to move along when they see them pestering people or when theyre lookn suspicious. Thanks guys!

Fair Plaza is poorly, if at all, maintained. Dead trees are not replaced, the sidewalks and parking area are full of trash, and the speed bumps are so sharp your groceries fall out of the bag no matter how slowly you drive. Meanwhile, despite the ghetto appearance of the grubby strip mall, Smith's prices are just as high as in stores in much better locations.

Fair plaza is a good place for lots of inexpensive shopping because Smiths grocery store is here and they always have great discounts. Also, Family Dollar is here. Unfortunately Hastings was here but it is closing so, although the great deals are the best anywhere right now, this will not last for long because their doors will be closed soon.

Went grocery shopping at Smith's. Great meat selections, and the produce was great, wonderful selection. And of course we bought, ice cream, sherbet and Popsicles. The store was clean and there were plenty of cashier's. I personally, do not like to check myself out, or take cashier jobs away from the hard working New Mexican citizens.

The Family dollar here has a very friendly cashier but the store is disorganized. The smiths here is nice but the normal clientele are mean spirited and rude... that being said the staff at the smiths are very friendly as well. All and all the people who run the businesses here are great but the customers are jerks.

There is still plenty of places to shop and park. Grocery, deli, value store, and a few others. Near restaurants, special bakery and state fair grounds. I usually find what I'm looking for here. Too bad Hastings had to leave but the theifs if Albuquerque ran them out of business.

Fair Plaza in another one that's been there for a long time. You'll be treated well by everybody in every store there. It's an established Shopping Center it's still got a lot of Old Albuquerque charm. If it ever shuts down and goes away it'll be sorely missed.

well I was going to go to Smith's grocery store but the line was too long cuz I only have one hour to shop so I had to go to family Dollar and they were out of milk and other things I needed so nah I can't believe it's on anybody all right have a good day

The shopping center had basically everything I needed that day The Smiths grocery store and the fuel Depotg depot across the street But it was kind of sad to see the Hastings bookstore empty it's been empty for quite a while. I had what I needed that day

Smiths 18 items you have to go to a register to be checked out. Waited 5 minutes for someone to show up, bagging girl just walked off. Waiting that 5 minutes I could've done self check out and out of there. Worker by self check always has an attitude.

This is a great shopping center with lots of good stores like Family Dollar Smith there's an old derelict gas station on the corner but other than that it's a pretty good shopping center this is also where the old Hastings is too bad it closed :-(

I have only been to the Smith’s and it is always busy but very well staffed. There’s always shopping carts available as well as employees that you can ask questions of. Only drawback is lack of places to put your empty grocery cart at outside.

You've got Smiths grocery store, Family Dollar, restaurant, and even a nail salon. I've actually shopped the Smiths when it's dark, the parking lot is well lit. The security guard at Smith's is watching especially the ladies for their safety.

I went to Smith's grocery store. I haven't been in this store in years. It was clean, very well staffed. Found everything I needed except for Int'l Coffee creamer in the Cinnabon flavor. I will go to this store again.

It's become the new Walmart in a way as the Walmart nearby closed down due to crime and theft, and those same people are now shopping at this smiths location. The parking lot is becoming trashy

Parking lot is too cramped and not very well designed . Also I saw 2 syringes laying on the ground one on the sidewalk and one in the lot. That needs to not happen in my opinion

Went to Smith's. Parking was easy. Parking lot was easy to get in and to get out. Lines weren't bad at all. Smith's was well-stocked with what I needed.
