I haven't shopped here in many years and decided to try them again. I shopped online because of Covid. Big mistake. If I had seen these items in store I would never have bought them. The jacket was very poorly sewn together and the material was cheap. Was listed originally for 200$, what a joke! I paid far less, around 50, still wasn't worth it. I got a hat that looks okay but is very very small, giving that away to a child. Also got two ponchos that were okay but again the material is very very cheap. My parcel was delayed because of a Covid outbreak at the postal sorting facility, which made me look up their exchange or return policies. I normally check before I buy but most places have a decent system. Please read before you order anything. It's the worst I've seen. Especially about receiving parcels. I remember a much better store, shame. (Never high end but definitely better) Never again! Edit* I wanted to add that every single pocket of the jacket had holes where it wasn't sewn together. Really terrible. Please save your money and go to dollar store instead, pretty sure that's where they get their stock to up-sell at the store!
If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. I've never written a Google review before but this transaction definitely warranted it. They have the worst return policy/customer service that I've ever experienced . When I showed the store manager the issue I had with my brand new coat (it was worn for 1 week), she agreed with me but very nicely replied that there was nothing that she could do to help me. When I asked her who COULD help me, she told me that she actually couldn't tell me that either! She was forbidden to pass along any contact information to me and that I would have to go on line to find it myself. When I did do that, I wrote the site a detailed letter to which I never got a reply to. While I have shopped there in the past, I will never shop there again and will discourage others from doing so, too.
My sister and I called looking for an item. We don't live in burlington. They said they had it. We called 4 hours before it says it closes online. We show up 2.5 hours before they close. And they are the only store in the mall not open. Why not say this on the phone? I stated we were from out of town.
Worse company to work for, they do not respect and appreciate their long term or any employees. Poor management and lack of leadership. I would never recommend anyone working for this company.
I prefer the old Fairweathers, I don't even bother going in this store anymore because I always leave without purchasing anything. Poor selection and mostly for the very young.
Horrible customer service! The staff were gossiping at the cash and did not even acknowledge any customers. Would not recommend shopping here.
poorly constructed clothing. bad return policy. I will not purchase anything from this store.
Excellent choices and sizes for year round clothes.
Not able to pay with tap? What year is this?
Good selection of clothing.
Had ok selection.
Great sale.
