Have used Fairy Lice Mothers on two different occasions and both have been successful and enjoyable (well, as much as being treated for lice can be enjoyable). First occasion, we treated myself and my daughter (who had really long hair at the time) and I was able to purchase product and treated my two younger children. Second occasion, we treated my youngest (age two at the time) and did a quick treatment on other child (because she only had a few lice). Again, I was able to treat others at home. Both times, we rid the problem first time around following their treatment schedule and their products. I feel educated and know what I'm looking for and how to tackle if (who am I kidding, when!) it happens again. The staff has always been kind and respectful and even enjoyable to visit with. Well worth the money, in my opinion - even if you just buy the product and treat yourself!

Stacy was completely professional and put me at ease from the moment she answered the phone. She scheduled a same day appt for my child and it couldn’t have been a better experience. It was almost like going to the salon! Michelle and Lee were amazing! I had my head checked (I have a LOT of hair) because I couldn’t check my own hair and my child had a full-on treatment. A thorough treatment isn’t just shampoo and comb... it’s a rigorous process that the two of them performed. I was so impressed. I had to write a review. This was so much more than what I expected. I can't thank these ladies enough. My daughters first time ever dealing with lice and she is mixed race so of course we had a lot of people giving us their input but I knew it was best to do a quick google search and bring her to a professional. We were on vacation and they squeezed her in. It took about 3 hours with up to 3 people on her head at a time and they removed EVERYTHING. She has extremely tight curls and they made sure to get in and check about all over they went back over the areas with no fuss. I am so thankful because there was no way I could do it with a 2 year old and going back to a house full of small children where we were staying while in Texas we drove an hour there and again the next morning for the recheck and it was so worth it. Great product that doesn't burn like the store bought chemicals and it works better. I have a brother that came on a family vacation to NY from Europe. Unfortunately, his wife and three kids brought us special gift from Germany: Berlin lice. All five in his family were infested. The store bought stuff was purchased, didn't work and one of the kids suffered chemical burns. We sought out Fairy LiceMothers in New York City because I've used it many times in Austin. We deloused the entire family with your product and our entire family was itch free finally. My sister-in-law was so happy with the results and that the product didn't burn her 7-year old's scalp she brought extra foam and the shampoo home with her to Germany.

Fairy Lice Mothers was fabulous!!! I was very impressed with how knowledgeable all of the staff were, how clean the place was and how amazing the whole experience was. The staff are very helpful and friendly they are great with the kids and fantastic at calming mom down. I highly recommend them. If you've had a scare at your school and you've never had lice and don't know what you are looking for I highly recommend going to get a head check. I didn't know what to look for so when my child had it I didn't know. I had checked him several times and didn't know what I was seeing was Lice. These people know what they are doing. Highly recommend them!!!!

If you want to get rid of lice quickly and efficiently without shaving your head this is the place to go. I've tried to do it myself (for my kids) and if you just miss two lice, it never goes away. Although the price is high; you get the peace of mind that you are basically done after two visits. The time you will spend on your own on your children and continually trying to kill lice that may be on pillows, blankets, etc.. is worth something, probably much more than they charge. The facility is very nice, friendly and clean. The kids love the giant tv with netflix movies. Free snacks are nice too.

Amazing experience at Fairy LiceMothers! We found lice on my daughter’s head on Sunday morning, called them in a panic, and they fit us in that afternoon to check and treat the whole family. The process is not fun or quick (we were there nearly 4 hours) but our 2 year old and 5 year old kids didn’t complain once and spent most of the time laughing — a near-impossible feat. Stacey and Lee were so kind, so great with our kids, so informative, and made us feel SO much better. I enthusiastically recommended them to my kids’ teachers and will tell all our friends!

This place is a life saver. They have such knowledgeable and compassionate staff that truly get how stressful this can be and yet can ease your mind with only the facts and very effective solutions. Stacey is amazing and runs a great business. She works extremely hard as do all the staff members. They will go out of their way whether it means an extra check, getting you in quickly, offering beverages/snacks, and providing insurance receipts. This is the place to come to when in need. Lice be gone quickly here!

Even though I never had to use their services, I'm really glad Fairy LiceMothers exist! My daughter recently had an encounter with lice and I gave this company a call to get more information. They were very thorough on the call and had openings that same day, which was fantastic. The cost sounds reasonable if the outbreak is really bad. Hopefully we never have this issue again but if we do, I plan to use this company.

Lifesaving! My kiddos got lice for the first time, and they made the process seamless, put us all at ease, and the kids had a blast! Any time I've had questions, I've texted the team and they always respond with thorough information. We love the products, and while we hope to not return in the near future, this will be our stop if the little buggers find their way back into our heads! Highly recommend.

Fabulous place! They were kind efficient very knowledgeable about lice. I'm a salon owner and was excited they have a place like fairy licemother. I visited because my grand children are at school age now and I was concerned about having lice. They are absolute angels. I don't know what I would have done without them! Prices are reasonable, they work with your schedule and even respond after hours. When my kids had lice, it was super stressful but Fairy Licemothers really took the stress away. The team was really great with our kids and provided a relaxing environment for the treatments. Fingers crossed that we don’t deal with lice again any time soon. But if we do, we are coming right back.
