Incomplete/ incorect patient plan and summary! Was left in treatment room for over 20 minutes after being seen, had to find the nurse to see what was going on. Was given falsified information about my visit with no explanation. I've been a patient for about 3 years. My original Doctor is no longer there and now this! DISAPPOINTED

The phones are always busy, usually takes 3 days to talk to a rep on the phone. Secondly, Getting an appointment there is a joke when you are told we don’t have any appointments for 3 months. I’ve been going there for over 10 years. The staff has really changed, not enough support staff. Too many mistakes are being made.

My husband and I have both been here. My husband in August 2021 and my in January 2022. We received bills; we paid them. We have proof but they are trying to charge us again and for a service we didn't have. Now we can't get anyone on the phone to dispute it. Go elsewhere. We won't be returning there for any reason.

I scheduled an appointment online 2 weeks in advance. I got a confirmation text message that said I was booked. When I got to the office they tell me I don't have an appointment and I have to reschedule. I took the day off to come to this one. The scarcity of staff makes believe there are issues with this facility.

Myself and my children have been going there for about 6 yrs. It's a doctor's office. Yes the wait can be long, what's new. But when you have great doctors who take their time with their patients it's a given. My biggest complaints would be getting anybody on the phone and referrals take forever if they get done.

I sat for an entire hour to learn that my son could not be seen due to a lapse in communication. The Dr signed off on a previous year sports physical without examining my child. Needless to say this is not my first unpleasant experience with this office. I will not be returning to this location.

Every time I go there, and see the Dr or Nurse Practitioner , I have the best experience. Not only are the knowledgeable but their bedside manner is always amazing. Even the Nutse assistants are down to earth and very helpful. They don’t make you feel rushed or unimportant. I love that office.
