Let’s start with the good because there are fewer than the bad. The dentists that work there are really good. Hence why I rated it two stars. I have seen three and they have been really good. Saying that the best one I had left for another practice (I’m not sure of the reason but I can imagine it’s a good reason) Moving swiftly on to the bad: 1. They don’t have contactless, who doesn’t have contactless these days. They desperately need to update and move with the times. 2. The receptionist are TERRIBLE! There is one that just does not smile when she greets you. They need to be replaced immediately. They hang up on you, I have witnessed them hang up on my mum and myself. They don’t answer the phone, I had to call over 5 times just to book an emergency appointment. Then when I requested an x-ray copy for another dentist that asked if I could write a formal e-mail, I did the same day and hour and they didn’t even send it. 3. The managers are just so rude. Honestly a huge let down as I was recommended to go there but I guess it has just gone down hill.
I don’t really do reviews, but after my visit on Monday to my dental surgery for an emergency appointment, my experience is too good not to share and to thank the lovely doctor who took care of me ‘cos I’ve been on pain killers for more than two weeks. NOW I’m GOOD!!! Anyway I have been a patient with this practice for almost 20 years and while the staff have always been lovely, I’ve always worried about the treatment being uncomfortable. But my Emagency visit yesterday has really restored my faith and made dentistry a worry-free experience for me. Dr Ali (Rm7) was attentive to my needs and very gentle. He listened to my description and worked out the best treatment immediately. I have found having anaesthetics very rough in the past, but this time I didn't even notice that he had already injected me! Dr Ali you are the best! Thank you very much!
I was referred to this dentist for emergency wisdom tooth removal and I cannot fault their service from start to finish. Their admin are great and I was kept up to date with appointments and reminders. Reception was friendly and I was seen straight away (ten mins before my due time). After some easy chatter, I was numbed up, xrayed, and the tooth was pulled! All within 10 mins. Andy, my dentist and his assistant, seemed like they knew their stuff so I was totally at ease and I left in awe at their efficiency!
Having been a patient here for many years, I am disgusted that the surgery has decided that due to me cancelling on day due to illness they can no longer see me, I'm speechless. So they would rather I come feeling so bad than cancel my appointment. How irresponsible would I be to come there sick and possibly even have covid. They clearly don't care about there patients. Good riddance to them. I won't ever go there again
I have been coming to the practice for years and haven't a bad word to say. Yesterday I needed an emergency appointment and Angelica saw me. I was still experiencing lots of pain today and rang the practice. Angelica called me back and asked me to come in, even though it was her afternoon off. She did an emergency tooth extraction and I am pleased to say I am now pain free thanks to Angelica!
I have had fantastic experiences when visiting this dental practice. I have two young children under the age of 3 and the staff have been FANTASTIC with them! They are friendly, helpful and patient. Communication is great and they even send a helpful reminder about appointments, which they don’t have to do - very helpful when you’ve got little ones taking up brain space!
A great dental practice. Caroline and the reception team have always fitted me in when I've had emergency issues with fillings and teeth breaking. The dentists have worked hard to solve some complex issues which has sometimes required repeated visits but I'm realistic enough to know that's just how it works sometimes.
Professionally caring treatment by the dentist and dental nurse. Meera is exceptional in her care and decisions making, and is a great asset to the dental surgery. I have never meet such a great dentist. Linda Bialous
It took me over a year to get in however it was worth the wait! My dentist is amazing, helpful and extremely efficient. @Dr Thillainathan you and your team truly are the best.
They took a tooth out last year quickly, easy and pain free, very polite talked me through the procedure I would recommend
