"Okay I called the store manager I went there last night I didn't get a refund with my receipt completely but Mike this morning said I was harassing him when he wouldn't listen to me as a customer to see if I can go in and get my full refund on the cat food that is unopened and I am not satisfied with it on their policy online it says that I would get a full refund but this is how I am treated at this Walmart they both deserve to be either fired or demoted and I don't know why last night it just bothers me it's not the first time but this storage says they close at 9:30 when I asked what time to close when they open it when I open the door to ask when the sign says 10: oopm and online it says 10:00"

I just experienced the rudest manager at this location and her name is Brittany. She opened up a second register and the lady that was in front of me was standing on the side for the other cashier, I stepped up to the register that just became available. Brittany tells me the other lady was in front of me, so I asked was it not 2 lines, she said no it's one line I just opened this register. So soon as I move, the guy at the other register said he could help me. So I had to get out of my spot for someone else who was already next in the other line. I called inside the store to ask for corporates number, Brittany tells the cashier that answered my call to tell me she said to Google it! Little did she know I was still outside in my car and I came back in and asked her to repeat what she said about googling. I feel bad for the other cashier because I could tell he did not want to repeat the statement and he knew himself that's not the right thing to say to a customer who just spent money. Brittany needs to be demoted or Google her another job.
I visited this store today at 11:15 a.m. The clerk was the rudest person I’ve ever met. I was visiting from another city and had forgotten my sunglasses when I asked him where they were, he looked at me, stuck his finger out and pointed, then I ask where the candy aisle was, he just ignored me. And last, but not least I needed a bag of ice. I had attempted to get a bag to carry in the store when I checked out (obviously I was in a hurry) but it was locked. When asked about the key, he said ”I don't have a key. My response, so you don't sell ice, he said yeah, why would you think I didn't have a key? Smartass, belligerent, uncooperative and many more! I was shocked because I shop these stores at home all the time and the clerks are friendly & helpful! This young man needs customerservice training, or fired!

Would not recommend! I arrived 15 minutes before closing, and the doors were locked. So I knocked on the door and asked the girl why are the doors locked 15 minutes before closing and she rolled her eyes and turned back around. So I walk back to my car and then I see her let a customer out so I get out of my car again to ask her once again, why are you locking doors 15 minutes before closing. She mumbled something and closed the door again. Would not recommend this location. If you don’t wanna work, quit and go work somewhere else. Terrible customer service.
Besides the usual red-headed woman who frequents the morning shift people here don't usually know what they're doing or care. The clerk who checked me this morning, no clue of her name, since there was no name tag or hint of professionalism anywhere in the vicinity, was super rude and snippy. When I asked if I could get cash back, she replied "I can only give you 25, since I just got here" and told someone "I can't wait to go home at 3". Be grateful for the job you aren't even qualified for, or leave!
This store continuously closes 15-20 minutes before the time the store is supposed to close at 10pm. Today makes the 2nd day in a ROW WE HAVE BEEN TURNED AWAY BC OF THEIR LAZY EMPLOYEES CHOOSING TO CLOSE EARLY. I’m NOT the only one turned away, this store is constantly loosing money behind this type of negligence.
They're always getting broke into. And they're mostly always out of stock on almost everything. Something is up with their they say. But I like it bc it's close to where I live. …
They had stuff all in the aisles and not very friendly. I was really taking back by the employee working cash register who had on pajama pants and night bonnet on.♀️ …
Family Dollar was a life saver. With our water off, and most of the stores closed or out of everything, I was able to get water. Thank you Family Dollar.
Closed at 6pm vs 10pm not sure why but there is no snow or rain or anything. Change your hours to "we will just close when we want to".
This family dollar never restock their shelves every time I come to this particular family dollar it’s empty
