They have the worse lines. Nobody comes to assit with checking out. I put my stuff back and left. Travis the person over the place never returns phone calls and they have a high staff turnover rate. They have lost some good people over the years sad they don't try to keep them. The homeless are all over dumping in front of the store. Remodeling looks good but the freezer leaking water all over the floor puddle of water. Idk they need to hire folks that care and with customer service skills who know how to run the place seema they are always short. One thing I will say is at least this year the have the air conditioner working. Upper management need to come in and train these folks and make more visits to observe and support the workers.

I was at the family dollar and it was 840am they supposed to open by 8am there was 2 Mexican ladies in the store they seen me and a couple of other ppl waiting when we knocked on the door to see if they was gone unlock the door they just laughed and walked to the back of the store. We called the store phone numerous times to ask if they was gone open and no answer. Then one lady came up and was pushing a cart came to the door said they will open when they feel like it and walked off I tried calling corporate but I was told to leave an email this is very unprofessional and this is a everyday issue with this store y’all have to do better or get ppl who want to work and not someone who don’t give a damn about your establishment

This is probably the worst family dollar store I’ve been to. They’re prices aren’t even right. You have to ask for the prices when they should be putting the correct prices on the strip on the shelf. Since I can’t write another review I’ll add to this one. I bought these mini croissants yesterday and I noticed today that they are expired. They expired in May!!!! I knew they tasted kind of stale. It won’t let me upload a picture.

I rate this a 2 not because your out of stuff, not because store is messy, but because EVERYTIMEi use the coupon app family dollar created at least one out of my 3 items arent getting discounted. I always find something on my receipt i clipped but didnt receive discount and there is no way of me knowing this in advance because the cashier act like she dont know, the screen doesn't show adjustments.

They were so rude to me! They tried to accuse me of stealing a soda that I bought from CVS a few feet away! They SAW me bring the damn soda in the store and STILL tried to accuse me of stealing it! Also they were so loud and very unprofessional in there! Is that how you conduct business there?

This Family Dollar has really gone down. The lines are almost always long and some of the people that work at the register are......let's just say he needs more training in customer service and speed. This store is close to me but I'd rather go another one than to go back in there.

Worst family dollar I prefer to buy else ware. Walked in and got my items all well until I go to pay as I am in line cashier is sipping me to scan other only because of they are the same race I played my stuff down were I was and walked out never will I return here

They need to stay open till 10pm like the sign says.... they always lock the doors or close around 9:00 -9:20 pm there super rude and store is always a mess and super hot in there and employess act like they dont like there job ... Horrible customer service

Baby why is this store so ghetto? The busted out door. They never have nothing on the shelves the workers are loud and rude.... What happened to customer service and customer care yes folks do come in with attitude but not everyone is rude ...

They do a good job, irregardless of the rougher part of town in which they are located. They don't have a very specified return policy and seem to need leadership/managerial skills in their employees, but that is understandable.

At Exactly 7:25 7/28/23 African American Male Goes by Trae that works here assaulted a Caucasian Woman and accused her of stealing she did nothing wrong I stayed to observe and I discovered he is selling Marijuana to customers

OMG! This store is not maintained very well. There were so many empty shelves, boxes everywhere, it was a mess. I went there on my lunch break & because they did not have my items it ended being a waste of time. Such a bummer.

The are cleaning it up and it looks neater inside, more inventory than usual. I saw a lady sweeping on the outside yesterday morning yet still too much trash floating around. Hope they continue to try and keep things clean

They have a new girl didn't quite catch her name but she was very rude in tthe register and talking bad and complaining about the customers as if we arent present. Disgusting customer service.

Had an interview at Family Dollar this morning and was extremely relieved when offered a position I'm so excited to start my new career at Family Dollar

I like to purchase my laundry detergent, and other miscellaneous items from there. They are reasonable, and you normally don't have a long wait.

I love the workers here, it was time for them to close, I just needed one item, they ladies allowed me to come in and be there last customer

Location is closed Incorrect prices when you get to the register, bunch of boxes all over the place but never anything on the shelves.

Today I bought some chocolate goobers from there an open them , maggots was in them. I called them an they looked an saw them too.

I arrived @ 9:15pm took a Uber waist my money &they was closed The website states 10pm False information + y’all made waste money

Come here in the mornings but they are often not open when they are supposed to be. 9 am and the doors are locked. Inconvient.

Unable to locate correct Bounty paper towel sale item, and the cashier machine only accept Debit not Credit!!

Unusual amount of homeless people each week throughout the day. Higher petty crime area it seems.

I went in to buy some Unstoppable beads and they put tape all around the top to prevent stealing.

A good place for quick pick ups. Staff is helpful and have pleasant attitudes with a smile.

My favorite store i love coming here, the salespeople get you out quick and more helpful.
