The lady At the counter was extremely helpful. I was there on the 14th of May. Though I only saw two employees they had the store under control. I'm assuming the young lady at the register was a manager, if not, SHE NEEDS TO BE. Her attitude was extremely professional and tactful. Though she had numerous customers she handled it with kindness and knowledge. It was a great experience for Such a small retail.

Unorganized and the cashier was very rude. The entire time while myself and several other customers were standing in line she (the cashier) and her friend were talking. The only time the cashier spoke to the customers were when she advised of the total. I definitely will not be returning to spend my money there.

Good place to shop for low to mid price items. Staff is friendly and helpful, clean but store often seems too small for the amount of merchandise they get in. Plus short staffing may be an issue with getting all the stock out onto the sales floor. Still, I would go back and recommend it to others.

Love the prices, but always get suspicious looks from one manager...I always smile and am courteous but apparently she doesn't like my tie...idk. I suppose she expects the absolute worst day, everyday! I guess some people don't belong in customer service.

This location is truly an AWESOME place to shop. Two employees ask if I found everything I needed. Female asked if I needed assistance to my car as I have issues walking. Many thanks for all this location does to provide a good shopping experience.

Store was so cluttered that you could barely walk around the Isles..would not honor the sale on my items, (even though there were 2 signs showing the sale), because they had forgotten to pull the signs from the previous day

Family Dollar had lots of items but wasn't put up on the shelves the people were nice but not very talkative they did however keep me in and out without a problem
