Went to this particular family Dollar on Saturday 1219 2020 the store manager or the assistant manager. Not sure what he was but I know he was a manager was not wearing a face mask and he was walking all over the store without a face mask he’s a gentleman with gray hair glasses he’s about middle-age medium built so be careful people you might get a callback from him you never know I have already reported it to family Dollar corporate office

Cashier need to be better trained went here to get a few things and to add money to my chime and vero cards cashier did speak English and said that they don't do that when just a week ago they did when handed her cash to pay for my things she acted like she didn't want to take my money and pointed at the card machine my last time going to this family dollar.very disappointed in this store especially since i visit this store frequently

These people have horrible customer service.Charged me and kept my items even with the receipt in my hand.Crooke and thieves. Do not shop at this location. Cashiers are shifty and manager does not show face for any reason.They never answer phone either. Items were artificially raised in price by cashier after purchase. This is easily one of the worst places that I have EVER shopped at.Purely corrupt through and through. Be warned.

Mala experiencia con la empleada GABY esa mujer no tiene educacion ninguna no save atender al publico dejo la caja sola con la fila enormepara irce con un hombre darle no se que de la tienda y le dije no puedes dejar la caja sola y me trato muy mal deberian de votarla es una mujer muy arrogante prepotente no sabe como tratar al publico espero no bolveroa a ver cuando buelba a ir otra vez a la tienda porque no sirve como empleada .

It’s 10:02 pm on feb 23 2021.I was shopping for like $200 items at the end of day because my daughter is in the hospital. They don’t have shopping carts, I was bringing thing up by myself because “the man” employee couldn’t help even though he was doing nothing . The female cashier told me I couldn’t do the transaction because it was closing. Horrible attitude towards a needy customer and it cost the store a big sale.

I have spent a whole lot of money in this store..the man guard that is working right as i post this is racist and has discrimination towards anyone not of his race and he accuses customers of stealing just because he doesn't like them for instance he accused me showed me every camera recording except for the one over the register that would obviously show that I paid for my item..if i could give zero stars i would

Family Dollar is by far one of my favorite go to stores because there is a little of everything here and is super budget friendly which I love!! They have a good selection of snacks, beverages and lots of personal care and home goods not to mention little cute decorations for your home as well!!! Thanks Family Dollar for being such a multi faceted one stop store that is actually budget friendly!!

On 1-24-2022 i went to shop & also had something to return with receipt i had bought at another location i was told now you have to return same store you bought it i said where does it say that there is no Return Policy Info on Receipt and not Posted anywhere in Store was told that is their 2022 New Policy i Google it and says Return any Store.

Bueno dia para todos yo cómo independiente inspector de calificación calidad voluntario le digo que lugar esta muy lindo agradable limpio pero lo precio no son nada baratos eso de un dolar ya no ahí nada ahí le dejo la foto también hablar español y inglés pero los baños lo tienen rotos eso no está bien

The worst service ever ! All the time they treat bad the customers and no education at all ! Zero hospitality! I suggest you to change the people that is working there ! If is a cheap store it doesn’t mean that the customers have to be treated like cheap people !

Bought 7 items from this location, asked for $10 back, and the lady says she did not have change for a 10, so I left the store pissed. I want my $10 back. I wasted money here, I will never go back to this location again.

Apparently the owner of this location doesn't respect their own hours that they have posted and likes to close 15 minutes early on a Friday night.. According to the staff that was asking customers to leave as I walked in

El lugar muy limpio y ordenado pero las cajeras son muy pesadas y aparte muy maleducadas como cliente uno saluda y ellas ni responden al saludo ,les preguntas por algo y te contestan de muy mala manera ...

Los precios no coinciden en caja, varios productos incluso valen 2 y 3 dólares más de lo que marca, reclame y la manager ni me prestó atención y dan pésimo servicio al cliente.

Los empleados en este lugar requieren entrenamiento, en especial la cajera ya que le habla a los clientes de una mala Forma, es muy grosera y agresiva !!!! Apesta este lugar

The cashier always have a bad attitude each and every time I come to shop there. If they don’t like to work with people they shouldn’t work there.

This store opened September 2019 and it is right next door to Dollar Tree. If you don't know, Family Dollar owns Dollar Tree.
