I will never go back. I’ve been in here a few times. Today I went in the buy 2 things. I stood in line for over 15 min. One cash register was open, finally another opened and the person ahead of me took the spot. They were finished checking out so naturally I came up to the counter to take my turn. The cashier disappeared for another 10 min, meanwhile the 2nd cashier kept ringing up all the people behind me. When she finally showed up she just looked at me, then looked down, and then said mam this register is closed. I said “How was I supposed to know that? You opened the register and didn’t have any sign saying it was closed? I just have a 2 things and I’ve been waiting a long time.” She told me I’d have to get in the back of the line and wait again. I left my things on the counter and walked out. That’s Nolensville for you.

I wish I could give this place no stars. First when I came in I was browsing thru the isles when I encountered an African American lady working on the hall I ask her if I could go thru the hall she was organizing for what she told me -you can go around ,im working here, which was really a lie because she was just standing there chatting with another lady. I found her behavior very mean, rude and uneducated. Luckily I won't come back because I was just visiting from out the state.

It's not really my go to, but it's conveniently located from where I work. It needs organizing. The staff is friendly, and helpfulI, which is great, because there's too much stuff in the aisles and the store layout is actually a maze of confusion. So it's a good thing that the staff knows where merchandise is located or you would spend a lot of time going in circles.

I'm new to the area from Alabama and I didn't know it was protocol to just not give the customers their receipt. I had to grab it myself because the cashier just started working on the next person's items. I'm giving 1⭐ because she is definitely not trained properly. I'll NEVER visit this location again.

There's a cashier lady who was very disrespectful and gave bad service. I waited for 4 minutes so she could attend me but she didn't. And she kept ignoring me so I rang the bell and she got really upset. She threw my things into the bag.

This location was very well stocked. The employees were very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone that may be on a budget as they have a wide selection of reasonably priced merchandise.

There is a really rude Mexican lady there..Always leaves something out of my bag and blares music. She also let the male cashier wait on 15 customers while she was in the isles pretending to work.

Not the best customer service.. Didn't want to take my coupon and didn't want to help... Was told to never come back and I won't!! Terrible, I see why there is always new cashiers...

Engaño están cerrando a las 9:30pm y no el horario que dice en este flyer en el vidrio. Deception they are closing at 9:30pm and not the time it says on this flyer on the glass.

The store was ver messy; boxes everywhere. Items jumbled up. Hard to get through the store. Difficult to find things. Slow to check out.

Conveniently located with plenty of parking but the store is a mess and have limited options.
