I would have gave this store 4 stars. But the store barely has any workers, everything is all over the place and no one knows where the line starts. I love the deals and how easy it is to get to the store from my house. The hours are also good. But there’s always a confusion as to where the line starts and where people follow. I went in the store yesterday and today both days I witnessed people arguing about where the line is at. When I asked security he said that the managers don’t allow signs which is crazy. If there’s no signs allowed HIRE more people. I under stand this is a bad neighborhood. But we all deserve a good shopping experience. There needs to be a sign up or someone standing by where the line is to direct people. The lines are also really long there need to be more registers open. There’s either two registers or one open and that’s not the way a store with amazing deals should be. We deserve better costumer service! HIRE MORE PEOPLE!

Love this store. Staff is always friendly & helpful. They'll even bring you to the item you're looking for without even being asked. And always pretty clean & organized. There's one security guard there named Aries who is just awesome. He says hello to folks when they walk in & wishes them well on their way out. I have an autistic son who also has severe ADHD. I'm talking bouncing off the walls running non stop never stops talking ADHD. Most people get frustrated with him within seconds. But Aries always talks to him & treats him with dignity & respect. He's always above & beyond sweet & kind to him. He has the patience of a saint! Lol. If I could give 10 stars instead of 5,I would. Just because of how my son & I have been treated so well.

0.5 stars if it was an option...what an awfully poor ran store, the staff are always complaining about 1 thing or another, on their phones at the cash register, ordering take out or talking to their "boo". Manager is nowhere to be found or maybe they're the ones doing this. I understand the store brand and area but do better, the bare minimum should be actually paying attention. Stock hasn't been much of an issue for me but I've heard others complain. The weirdest thing for this location is for a chain store, they never have bags or change, sometimes even no cash at all. Poor management and poor staff from top to bottom.

It's a good store even though everything is not a dollar they basically have everything you need here I don't like how as soon as you enter the store on the intercom they say security is watching you blah blah blah like I didn't come here to steal I came here to purchase something, the cashiers are slow, one cashier actually had the nerve to take someone that wasn't In line just because she knew him then I had to check her on that I really should've went to her mánager if it wasn't convenient I wouldn't be shopping there just for that reason of disrespect. Now I just go and try to leave asap they Need better service.

The staff is no good and they charge you more for the product you buy but lucky I have my receipt and checked it at home and didn’t notice cause they charge me more on a merchandise but when. I call to clarify that they charge me a lot on what I bought they are so un professional and don’t pick up I will be heading over in person to get what they over charge me very unprofessional…..

There is always a long line with one cashier working,the rest of them be on their cell phone talking,pabulo the security guard himself jumped on a register to assist. The freezers are almost bare. The manager is very unprofessional,rude,and prefers to stock shelves than to help her only cashier. I feel they need to fire all of them and get new staff

All employees working in this location are awesome! The severe lack of all supplies in this store is horrible. It has been like this for months. This is where we buy our supplies. Family Dollar is doing a Severe disservice to this community. And no one is doing anything about it. I will take photos next time! Who is going to change this

Store is too big for itself and has about 3 employees working there at any given time (give or take a security guard). The time I went, several employees were sitting at some side desk not really doing anything (you could see the screen) while the line went back halfway through an aisle.

I enjoy coming in here. It's a family store and everyone is always willing to help. The staff is very friendly. I wish they had more stock sometimes but it goes to show this place is always booming with traffic. Kudos to you ¡¡¡ Good job staff!! 2 thumbs up!

Not a pleasant experience very long lines only two cashier's no bags for customers free or even to purchase I was told I could buy garbage bag to put my items in,I did get a box to put my items in once I spoke to the manager I appreciated her offer.

This is the only family dollar that's close by so I have no choice but to come here for deals. Everyone that works here looks miserable, the lines are always long because there would be only one cashier while other workers see the long line

Family dollar itself is a great store. I always find good things for a better price. But I really think there should be better management. There is always one register open even when it's busy, and the people on the register complain about

I love the ladies that work at this location. I have to give it to them for working hard. Alot of times there understaffed and as a fellow CSR I feel the pain. Im always welcomed with a genuine hello and customer interaction. My experience

THIS WOULD BE THE WORST STORE IN DOLLAR TREEs NYC district. This store is racially divided into 2 shifts and the store ultimately closes earlier than the hours posted. The staff including upper management is lost with no recourse. This

Nobody works here but the one cashier. Line down the block and someone in the back talking on the phone all loud in Spanish. Horrible store family dollar wonder why people steal. The dam lines to long and nothing on the shelf.

The customer service is good. Helpful. However, the store itself is a different story. A smaller store, so some of the advertised items for sale are not there. Like freezer items. And the store at times is unkempt
