I came down to get my $50 for referring a friend to the insurance and they made me come down to office to get the cash physically with an ID. They said I need to be the policy holder even tho my name is on the policy and I am married to the person on the policy they said they cannot give the money. I drove down 1 hour from my home, my husband is out of state. Then they said that I would have to wait until my referral makes her first payment . That I have to sign a bunch of paperwork for $50 not worth the gas. I am paying a policy myself $200 plus a retrial $150, I give my friends $100 why make a contract for $50 referral , really waste of time . Plus I spoke with a man over the phone he was the one who said come down with your ID very unprofessional

Horrible Customer Service. On top of that I will now have to worry about identity FRAUD and pay to have my information monitored. Such a disappointment after being a client for 2 years. I will never go through a company like this ever again. From now on I will only deal with the insurance company directly. I was spoken to in the most unprofessional manner due to the fact that I had canceled my policy and instead decided to deal with an insurance company directly to save money. Spoken to in a rude, threatening manner, and the associate had no concern whatsoever when I asked why was my information showing up in other clients profiles.

Never go here. The workers always look lost and do not know what the heck they’re doing. I was driving without insurance for a freaking a month without knowing that it’s canceled.They did not send me a notice or anything. I had to go in twice to complain about this issue because the DMV sent me a notice that my car registration would be canceled because this insurance agent Jonathan did not report my documents to the DMV. I am sick and tired of dealing with idiotic behavior at this place. Get your acts together. It’s all a scam they make you pay more for their own mistakes.

From nuclear engineering to recovering Picasso's lost Auvers-Sur-Oise... These people can do it all. Okay, I may be exaggerating a teeny tiny bit, but that's beside the point. These folks are true professionals and treated me the way I wanted to be treated as a customer. My agent took his time explaining what insurance would be best for my car and made sure I didn't overpay a penny. I was referred there by my buddy and am very happy with their pricing! I have been referring my friends and family ever since.

This place is great! They took my info and called me on my own time (which I appreciated) and then when I came in the agent who helped me, Chris, was really nice and so was his manager, Rudy. They really took their time helping me understand everything about the coverage I was getting. Then when I had a concern about my payment due date I called and spoke to Edgar was really also nice and patient. I would recommend!

Avoid this place at all cost. Takes 1 hour just to get a quote. Constantly changing staff so most agents are always being trained and take 1 hour to come up with a quote and then have to get it approved by "supervisor". The worst is they charge $100 if you want to make any changes to your policy! THIS IS REDICULOUS! AVOID THIS PLACE or brokers like this

I normally don’t write reviews because I expect good services and products when I’m paying for them, but when Jonathan Martinez at family insurance helped me out last Friday I was not only impressed at his customer service I, also found the best price for my vehicle with him. I highly recommend this place and would surely be seeing them soon again.

Consistently I’ve tried to get service from this company and to no avail. They don’t follow up they treat you as if your time is wasteful. I would choose to deal with someone else before you waste your time. I also notice is predominately Latino and they get perfect service but me being of color I received below par. This is unacceptable.

Worse company ever they scammed me into being excluded from my own policy watch what u sign and make sure they give u copies of everything! Never received my copies from them! They sure took my money but we’re unable to help me when I had an accident how is it that I’m paying so much money for full coverage and I am not covered at all.

came in to get a quote, saw they were busy and was offered to do it over the phone which was great for me. was grateful for the quote and the amount of savings they offered. with this pandemic going on this was a great way to get this done and stay safe at the same time. great job having this feature available.
