I have been shopping here since last 5 years. Everything is good. The staff are helpful here. As soon as you enter from the door, they will come to you asking what can they do for you. Recently, I have been to this pharmacy to get some prescribed medicine. I saw that they are selling Sanitiser as well. AS I didn't have one since this outbreak started, I bought one. I am not sure how much did it cost ( around 4-6 dollars, my wife has the receipt), but they said if we want to refill the Sanitiser, it will cost only a dollar. I was so impressed with them that they are providing such an important thing in this crucial moment. However, after returning from there, when we tested the Sanitiser, it was more like a water than Sanitiser itself. You cannot feel that it is a Sanitiser inside that bottle. We were shocked that they are doing this. In the name of Sanitiser, it seems they are selling water inside that bottle. It's unfortunate to say this, but this pharmacy has tricked me after long 5 years for the first time. But what is wrong will always be wrong.

I recently moved to Granville so I went to the pharmacy to support local business but this might be the last time to visit this pharmacy as Chemist who served me on Saturday refused to give me my pensioner discount medicine instead gave me tablets and ear drops on normal price and the aticker he put on my medicines one had no price on my medicine where as every other pharmacy have clear descriptions how much the normal price and what’s the Government incentive discounts allows on my medicines due to my disability and health care card , he was insisting me to get a generic brands when I refuse he starting to explained that it’s cheaper and why wouldn’t I as I did mentioned that sometimes it doesn’t suit my health due to some bad experience and he gave me my medicines on normal prices plus the girl didn’t even gave me a receipt from which I would know that I got charged a normal price but he also printed those stickers of discounted medicines and kept it for himself but I got charged the normal prices.

I had bad experience with the jp service, I went there to get a sign from JP but I don't think, that lady JP was very intrested to sign my paper's. I have to do my RN registration and APHRA provided us there own wording,which need to be written by JP but she was like " I don't have time to write that all and my stamp does not say to write this and she don't have time for it" I was very upset about it . She was more worried about her customers rather than doing her jobs. I was really upset, to be honest she even didn't see my original copies and sign my other paper and which was very wrong. I have to re print my copies and have to go merrylands and do my JP signature. They were just opposite to her so nice, calm and very patience. "NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO THIS PHARMACY NOT FOR JP AND NOT FOR ANYTHING" thank you for your great service.

I had very bad experience today at this pharmacy. I went there for JP service. I went there, Male Jp asked me to wait , I was ok. I understand it can be bg as hell sometimes. I was already waiting for about half hour. Then another lady JP came, I wish I could remember her name and then jst looked at me as she doesnot care. She checked my documents and told me in big voice ' Why you doing this? This makes us hard.' I felt like I was insulted there. OMG her attitude. Oh hello JP lady, every customer should be treated equally. Give reapect and take reapect. keep in mind that we are common people, everybody dont have idea about the JP thing. Why are you even JP if you dont want to speak properly or dont want to explain what is needed or not. I am never ever gonna come back to your pharmacy.

Just wanted to share our delightful experience with family pharmacy in granville. My daughter was running a temperature and it was late at night. I was looking for some medical advice and there were no doctors open. I saw that family pharmacy's lights were on but the doors were already closed and i thought ill try and knock. A pharmacist opened the door and let us in. He was able to take my daughter's temperature and recommended the medicine needed. The folowing morning she was feeling a lot better. I am very grateful that the pharmacist, instead of ignoring me, opened the doors to help my daughter, not many people do this nowadays. Bless you and wishing more success to your business!

Me and my brother only came here because our usual chemist had a power outage today to get a script of 5 tablets. They gave us 1 less tablet than what was supposed to be in the box. Rather than apologising or spending a couple of minutes looking into the many CCTV cameras they have in the shop, they jumped on the defensive and proceeded to call my brother a liar and not come back, don’t worry I won’t be back. They get 2 stars because eventually they gave the extra tablet. I don’t write reviews much and I wouldn't be wasting my time on 1 tablet but I know I am right and the attitude of the staff if just wrong.

I have been a customer of family pharmacy nearly 20 years.Richard the pharmacist is like a part of the family hence why it’s called family pharmacy. Richard is one of a kind he knows all his customers by their first name. His amazing. In my 20 years of being a customer I have never walked out of that pharmacy with dissatisfaction. They have always been great.The girls there are also great very friendly and knowledgeable. The pharmacy is always clean and presentable.I highly recommend family pharmacy to everyone.

I’d like to say to the nasty reviews that I’ve been to this pharmacy for years and the Asian girl is one of the nicest most helpful lady you could ask for the pharmacist is the same kind and always goes over and beyond to help you I think you should look at yourself before you judge others that Asian lady only no’s me from me going into that chemist and she went out of her way to help me with something that had nothing to do with her job so thankyou ladies your the best

Family Pharmacy Granville provides us with exactly what I expect from a genuine community pharmacy traditionally. The product knowledge of the pharmacists and the floor staff is adequate and they are very helpful when it comes to recommending the most suitable over the counter products based on individual needs. Nora, Paul, Zena Youseff & Miada Are pharmacist that will take care of there patients/customers and not make you feel judged like other chemists I’ve been coming here since 2011 I’ve known Richard who used to work here and Paul since I was little. They make me feel comfortable and taken care of.

Parents had severe Covid and they promised to order the medications and not follow through x3 times and promised home delivery and nothing. Horrible experience ever!! Do not recommend, why do you call yourselves family pharmacy.

I got my medication from a very knowledgeable and sweet pharmacist a few weeks ago. Asked for her name, and she said it was Jasmin or Yasmin (I didn't quite hear properly). Will definitely be returning, thankyou!
