Apparently this place is brand new and they are starting with the weird racial profiling antics already because a black female software engineer carries a $8000 gaming laptop and a purse. I bet they’re saying now “well shoot I guess she wasn’t stealing” I just left my job managing a retail store 2 weeks ago so I know the clues. Tried to ignore it until it reached the point of blatant harassment. Then call the police after I get mad ehrn it became disrespectful. This all happened because I wanted to find some lil shoes to match a jogging suit. I guess the older guy with Homer Simpson style Grey hair is the lead harasser. Why are you following me around the store asking if I need help every 3 minutes.
Apple Maps, Google, and their WEBSITE say they’re open until 9pm… I go out of my way to make a return and they closed at 7pm. Says it on the door. Please update your web hours so others don’t waste their time and gas like I did… 45 minutes of drive time and gas down the drain.
Horrible customer service. Stop following people around the store. It’s uncomfortable and ridiculous. You can literally see them peeking around the aisles everytime you move. I will be filing a formal complaint.
The guy who seemed like the owner kept following everyone around the store. He also made snide comments about buying and not window shopping.
