My dealings with Farha and Thomas Johnson have been truly 5 star. He worked with the insurance company, responded promptly to my calls and also coordinated the new gutters. We were referred to Mike Hylton at Farha Roofing. So Mike scheduled an appointment with us to come look at the roof. Mike looked at our roof and explained to us the process of filing the claim. He made it so easy. He meet with our adjuster and worked with the insurance to make sure they covered all the damage parts and pieces. The crew started and finished all in one day. Thomas Johnson and Farha roofing made what can be a stressful process a breeze. They were prompt on all appointments, highly professional and we couldn't be happier with the results. We had major hail damage and Thomas worked with our insurance co. to identify the damage and get it assessed accurately and completely so we had no surprises when it came time to rip up the old roof on a 100-hundred year old house.
