Sconsiglio vivamente questa farmacia. Mi è stato fatto pagare il vaccino antinfluenzale (20+4) tot.24 euro nonostante fossi un soggetto a rischio e quindi avente diritto allo stesso gratuitamente, nonostante lo avessi fatto presente. Successivamente recatomi per le dovute rimostranze mi è stato detto che io non avevo specificato di avere quella età e che comunque occorreva presentare la ricetta del medico. A parte il fatto che ho avuto contatti con la farmacia ben tre volte (prima telefonicamente e poi di persona) prima dell'"inoculazione", durante le quali, per correttezza e deontologia professionale avrebbero dovuto quanto meno illustrarmi le regole vigenti (se le conoscevano) e in tutte quelle occasioni ho comunque fatto sempre presente la mia situazione. Tra l'altro, la Regione Lazio ha previsto che non occorre in questi casi la ricetta medica.

I went to this pharmacy to buy Benagol candy.The woman with long hair ask me what flavor I like. When I was at the counter she said I have to pay €12,99.I was shock at the price and discover she gave me 36tablets!.Right the very front of her,without moving out from the cashier, I ask her to change it.She said they do not change.She made a story she ask me before if I need 12 or 36tablets.She never ask me then.Comkn sense.what will I do with 36tablets of candy???.There is another old blonde lady who defended her.She said it is not possible to change since scontrino fiscale was release. Furthermore,she said I will get 12" and get another.Wow.This amazes me. I am working through computer so I do not understand why it is not possible to change the item in 1second.Perhaps, their very reason is I am Asian/Oriental.

Terrible service trying to get Covid test for flight to US. Staff inside spoke excellent English, and I could get a walk-in test with no appointment so I was at first happy. Then after the negative result was confirmed, they said I had to scan two different QR codes (one to re-enter the personal info I just wrote on a paper form, and another that was a video of how to download the result. The video had no sound and was so tiny , it could not be seen. Then later they said, I needed to first download an app. I finally went back and demanded a paper printout. After much rudeness on their part, they gave it to me, but very little was in English, and I'm unsure if it would work at the airport. I went with DATA MEDICA instead and was glad I did.

Very bad service i check in Google a 24h pharmacy because my child is sick i have to by emergency medicine for him i searched in Google i found farmacia piram and i come to buy medicine at 23:20 i found they closed already in this time. Die Organisation war der Horror, keinerlei Informationen an welche Schlange man sich anstellen soll und wie das Prozedere abläuft! 2.) dank anderen die den Horror hinter sich hatten und bescheid wussten endlich an die Reihe gekommen und 54 Euro für einen Corona-Test der 3.) kein Ergebnis lieferte! 4.) Mitarbeiter waren so patzigen wie inkompetent und beharrten darauf dass der QR Code das gültige Ergebnis liefert, obwohl dem nicht so war wie sich später bestätigen sollte 5.) Am Flughafen angekommen, bestätigte sich Punkt 4.) mit dem Endergebnis dass wir nicht mitfliegen konnten 6.) 54 Euro Test + 400 Euro Umbuchung für den Flug + 135 Euro Taxi + 150 Euro Hotel = 739 Euro Hoffentlich fackelt euch die Bude ab ihr Ar*******er!!!

I went to the place since I urgently needed a COVID test with a green pass verification and they promised it was going to be sent in within a few hours to my email. After around 8 hours passed I called them to consult what was going on, and they stated there was an issue with the system but in no longer than 30 minutes I was going to receive it. 2 hours passed, I called them again and no one was picking up the phone then. It has been 4 days now, and I'm still waiting for it. Luckily I did another fast test with the Italian Red Cross and I was able to use that one for travelling. I do not recommend this place at all, if possible, please search somewhere else. 24 euros thrown to trash.

ho prenotato il test rapido con attestato di viaggio, prenotazione inutile perchè devi comunque fare la coda. La ragazza che mi ha fatto il test è stata abbastanza scortese e poco delicata (mi è sanguinato il naso per 15 min). Dopo aver chiesto quando avrei ricevuto l'esito e specificato che mi serviva per rientrare la mattina seguente, vengo derisa e mi sento dire "lo mettiamo in una bottiglia e lo buttiamo nel Tevere", va beh, voleva essere simpatico....test fatto alle 9 del mattino, alle 18 non avevo ancora ricevuto nulla, chiamo e mi rassicurano dicendo che lo avrei ricevuto in serata, alle 20 richiamo e idem..... sono passati 7 giorni e lo sto ancora aspettando! pessimi

Dispiace esprimere giudizi negativi perche in passato ho avuto più volte modo di apprezzare positivamente i loro servizi, ma la vigilia di natale, dopo aver effettuato il tampone rapido e nonostante abbia rispettato alla lettera le istruzioni per ricevere referto e quindi green pass, non mi hanno mai inviato nulla!! Esito dato a voce, al volo ed in mezzo alla strada da operatore palesemente poco entusiasta e quindi senza alcuna valenza!!! Praticamente 15 euro buttati!!! Inutile Tamponificio spillasoldi. Non è professionalità questa che andrebbe segnalata a chi di competenza anche perché leggo che non sono il solo ad aver riscontrato stesso problema.

Very bad stuff and an extremely bad service ever for a covid test or even rapid test. I don’t recommend taking any service from this pharmacy especially if it’s for traveling purposes. They are not honest at all, no accuracy at all in sending the results or even with the customer service. I did a rapid test and it was supposed to be sent with one hour, knowing that some other pharmacies sending it in 15 min. They didn’t send it at all and when I called them over the phone they just ignored me. If you’re not able to handle that much volume of customers then simply don’t work or work according to your capacity!

se potessi dare 0 darei ZERO. sono andata in farmacia per vaccinarmi con tutta la documentazione compilata e non solo non mi hanno voluto vaccinare ma non mi hanno neanche chiamata per disdire e soprattutto mi hanno detto CA***TE dicendo che ero io ad aver attaccato ripetutamente alle loro chiamate e che non potevano assolutamente vaccinarmi perchè era arrivata una circolare del ministero che impediva di vaccinare gli UNDER 30 con il vaccino Johnson & Johnson quando invece la circolare CONSIGLIAVA di vaccinare gli OVER ed ASSOLUTAMENTE NON PROIBIVA la vaccinazione agli UNDER. VERGOGNOSI.

Did my Antigen Rapid Test here for my flight back. It was a pleasant experience. They even offered me cookies to try. Follow their guidance - scan the google form and fill it in and this will help the lady who gonna key in information online. To get the test result, it is a bit troublesome since the web page is in Italian. But simple steps still - enter your personable info and the special code, the shop gave you in your email. Done! The result will be ready for download. You may request for a print version of the result too. :) Hope fellow travelers would find this review useful.

Went there end of February 2022 to get a COVID test to return to the US and had a very streamlined efficient experience. You scan a QR code in the store and then fill out a form and provide your email address and name/passport information. You should verify that you get an email confirming you completed the form. After paying the fee, you go outside to the tent and get swabbed. 30-60 minutes later you'll get an email with a link and an AUTH code to download your PDF. The website was in all Italian but we just used Google translate and you can figure out what needs to go where.

I paid 27€ for the antigen test with an English certificate and never received any e-mail or SMS or phone call (I was supposed to receive a PDF). I contacted them through WhatsApp and also called the place multiple times the next morning right before my travel (at 7:30 when they open) and they didn't pick up in more than half an hour. It's been almost 2 weeks and they still haven't contacted me in any form. Completely unprofessional. I can only recommend this place if you can pick up the certificate yourself (the test itself was quick).

The senior staff at this pharmacy were incredibly rude to a customer that was there when I arrived. While they were not too rude to me, the senior pharmacist was very dismissive of my questions, and asked me to "now get out" after I purchased what I needed because it was close to closing time. Ho comprato un prodotto della Uriage di 39. Euro circa. Portata a casa il dosatore dello spray non funziona quindi non ho potuto usarla. Sono ritornata alla Farmacia e la sfacciataggine del Dottore Sergio (cognome sconosciuto perché senza targhetta) ha avuto lo spudoraggine di dire che l'avevo consumato .w che volevo provarci quando chiaramente anche la commessa constatava che era pieno. Personale maleducato sgarbato e sboccato. Mi riferisco proprio a te, "farmacista" capelli grigi occhialetto e baffi anni 80. Oggi ore 21 15 si é permesso di afferrare i clienti nella farmacia e "tirarli" fuori a forza facendo uscire dalla bocca solamente parolacce. Il resto dello staff ottimo soprattutto i giovani farmacisti e i senior di questa sede. Spero prendano dei provvedimenti perché una persona così non merita di stare in una farmacia

Muy profesionales. Acudí para hacerme un test de antígenos para volar a España, como es requerido en este mes de julio de 2021 debido a la alarma sanitaria por Covid-19. El proceso del test fue muy rápido y fácil, ni siquiera tuve que pedir cita previa, y mi resultado estaba disponible a las 3 horas de la toma de muestras aproximadamente. Recomendable si no sabéis dónde haceros el test y estáis cerca de Piazza della Repubblica.

Hanno dei modi di rapportarsi con la clientela maleducati soprattutto la Dottoressa bionda. Il Dottore calvo è poco serio e inaffidabile. La farmacia è calda, in Estate è insopportabile. È ben fornita ma troppo stretta per il quantitativo di prodotti. Temo sia un'attività di famiglia che i genitori dei suddetti Dottori hanno creato con fatica e i figli stanno mandando in rovina avendo numerose segnalazioni e denunce.

My husband and I got our rapid Covid tests here for our flight back to the US. Not sure why all the negative reviews. The employee spoke English and was very helpful, was a smooth process. Just scan a QR code they provide at the famacia in order to register online (free WiFi there), sign and date a physical document, pay 22 euros and get tested outside in a booth. Then you’re emailed the results in about an hour!

Do not listen to the bad reviews re Covid testing! We had so much fun in Rome we completely forgot we needed a rapid test for the return flight. We had to be at the airport by 10:30am. We walked into this pharmacy at 8:05 am and walked out at 8:25 with our negative covid tests on our phones and ready to go. The process was easy and the lady that assisted us was very helpful and kind. Cost was 23 euros.

Hermano esta farmacia es penosa, son bordes con ganas, y encima el test de antígenos cuesta 22€, estamos tontos? (Primero pagas y luego te tienes que hacer el test y el señor que iba a hacer el test decía que iba a cerrar) osea casi nos quedamos sin hacernos el test después de haberlo pagado. No aceptan como pago un billete de 50 pero si haces como que te vas a ir entonces si lo aceptan.

I Visited the farmacia on Monday 19/7/21 afternoon with my son so that he could do a rapid test for our flight back home. The ladies at the farmacia were kind and helpful and spoke English. The result was ready after 15min but we had to wait a bit more so that it was translated into English. I paid 27euro in total, 22 for the test + 5 for the translation which I found overpriced

Great experience with a rapid Covid test before traveling to U.S. Doctor and staff were patient despite our poor Italian. Results in about 30-45 minutes. Don’t listen to the bad reviews about testing — the difficulties with retrieving the results are going to be the same everywhere, if they use the same E.U. system for test results.

This place does covid tests but retrieving the results is confusing for the English version of the email you get. Scan the QR code on the right side when they give you the slip and the YouTube video walks you through It. Use the link from the Italian part not the English part of the email and there you go. Don’t download the app.

La giovane farmacista era molto disponibile, chiedendoLa un bicchiere di acqua però per prendere i medicinali appena comprati suo capo (il farmacista) diceva: “non abbiamo bicchieri ma può comprare una bottiglietta di acqua”. Well stocked pharmacy with a huge selection of health and medical products. Competent staff. Always very busy due to location (in the historical center of Rome on famous shopping street) and its capacity to provide COVID-19 testing and vaccines. However the staff is efficient and the waiting lines goes fast.
