This is in response to the review of Alexander Williams. As a Agency we take seriously the way our clients feel.It is important to us, for our clients to know that we will do all that is within our reach to serve you. We are a Agency with the utmost, strongest morals and integrity and take pride in such. As to the incident with Mr. Williams, Mr. Williams came into our office in a irate manner to enlighten us of a charge that had turned up on his card that he did not recognize therefore did not authorized. We immediately called Accounting Billing Dept. where they took action immediately, once they confirm that the charge on Mr. Williams card was an error they immediately submitted documentation for a reversal. Being that Mr. Williams advised us of this error after 5 p.m. . We were advised that the actual submission would not take place until the next day. From that point depending on his bank could take anywhere from 5 to 7 day but at times it’s seen on their account as soon as 3 days. I informed Mr. Williams of the procedure apologizing to him and expressing that I understood his irate nature. Feeling genuinely bad for this inconvenience to, the owner /Agent in our Agency extended Mr Williams a monetary comp to show in good faith that we as a Agency felt bad for this inconvenience which is NOT a common practice. Which Mr. Williams gladly (or maybe not) but he accepted . Mr. Williams continue coming in and calling daily in a close to abusive irate manner wanting still more comp from the Agency. I kept tabs with billing and ultimate I myself called Mr Williams Bank with Mr. Williams authorization and sitting in front of me, after the 3rd day requesting for the bank to please credit Mr. Williams through residual funds while we awaited for the reversal of the $100.00 back into his account. The Bank agreed, therefore, Mr. Williams had his money from that moment. Hence, the reversal came through for the full amount of the erroneous original debit. Then Mr. Williams was to pay the monies from the tentative residual funds which was ultimately, drawn from the Farmers Account billing account to pay the residual account back. Finalizing that Mr. Williams did not only get the good faith comp but the residual monies and then the reversal credit. Since Mr. Williams has been requested to pay the second credit back which he has refused to do. This response is not to discredit Mr. Williams but to clear the record. Our Agency takes pride in our integrity and our honest service to our clients going the extra mile to serve you, for because of all of you , our clients, past , present and future we are a TOP Championship Agency . Not only did I have to find out about these charges on my own, but I also had to spearhead the movement to get the money back into my account. The whole process has been extremely hurtful and frustrating with no one caring how this theft of money has impacted my life whatsoever. I have called, gone to the agency in person, and talked to multiple Farmers "representatives," each with no idea of how this could have happened or any information that could actually assist me. First they told me the money would be in my account in 3 business days, then it was 5, and now it has been over a week and a half since I've started the fight to get MY money back into my account and still nothing. The professional conduct of this agency is deplorable and an insult to good insurance agencies everywhere. Please do not waste your time with this agency or business. I have never written a Google review before, but the audacity of this agency to treat a loyal and responsible customer in this manner spurred me to warn other people who might be in the market for a reliable insurance agency. The agency should be investigated for fraud and malpractice after this arduous and draining process they have put me through.

I would like to apologize for not making sure to ask you to check your "spam" folder for our emails, and for not charging the $25 you owed in your account, however, we can not charge anything on clients account unless we receive authorization and clearly we never receive it from the emails nor from the voice messages we left. I don't usually write reviews but this agency sent my mom through a collection agency just for a fee of $25 dollars. (Truely a joke) they sent a email and didn't explain to check the "spam'' folder which I don't really check because it's "spammed" for a reason. They owe her a credit why couldn't they charge themselves from there. I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone. Get your insurance somewhere else like AAA. Less hassle better costumer service .

Genaro is very friendly, courteous, and explains every question no matter how silly it may feel without making you feel dumb for asking. Very professional and I will definitely keep my business here
