Schlehuber's agency made my transition really easy coming from Allstate after 24 years. His staff is very professional and really easy to work with. Great customer service and well knowledge of any insurance questions I might have. I will always recommend this agency to family and friends!

Terrible customer service. Avoid this agent and Farmers Insurance. His office cancelled all 4 of my policies without my permission even though I had paid for them IN FULL one year in advance. Never filed a claim. Now they are telling me that I owe them money because of their mistake.

They sent me a letter clearly marked "Important Renewal Notice" on the envelope, but I do not and never have had a policy with this agency. It is purely a marketing gimmick, and one I regard as unethical. So I would never do business with them.

Sent me a quote in the mail for $1100, but when I actually tried to sign up the cheapest option was $2,317.62. That's more then double...bait & switch / deceptive advertising.
