Called and spoke to Lorraine , told her I was in a bind for my home owner’s insurance. Another Farmers agent dropped the ball. Anyways could only get slow response by email and no reply to my email or request for calls . I finally got a call that she had sent an email and I never replied . Which I had 3 times (of course I have the thread to prove it ) I got a little upset her lack of care about it and her to resend as know I was desperate . I asked if the owner Todd would call me so I could speak to him . Todd called 30 minutes later and basically said he didn’t want my business and I should contact my old Insurance co . I guess he’s got more business than he needs . And Covid is no excuse fir poor customer service . And this is the 2nd Farmers agent to drop the ball . After seeing the owners reply . Which was a blatant lie . He told me to go elsewhere! And guess what I have Farmers insurance with another agent . Had no problem getting coverage with in one day . No Underwriter’s problems . It’s sad that he cannot just admit his lack of professionalism and that if his staff !
