Ordered online and had a terrible experience! Told the seller to send books(7books) with proper binding and print. He sent same volumes of bailey first (both were volume 1 and not 1&2) and both of them had poor binding. I asked him to exchange one of the books for volume 2 and it took him more than a week to do so. Every book had store stickers on them which were awful to remove tearing the front cover of one of my books. Only pro was the prices which were good, but rest was just satisfactory unfortunately. Hope this book store can improve its customer satisfaction.

Extremely bad experience..they r liars! Especially for home delivery a big no!! Their service is so late plus they were not responding to calls and finally when the delivery boy came he handed me the wrong book that I didn't order.. Despite I mentioned again n again all 3 books that I wanted and they told me that all 3 were available but ended up giving me wrong book. N yes they didnt even mention total price and delivery charges clearly.

Pathetic service pathetic response. Even they don’t know how to talk. They talk disrespectfully. They give delay replies when they are being informed about their pathetic customer service they start misbehaving

Stay away. They sell old books and only change the front cover of the book to make it look new. Delivery is slow and expensive.
