This shop has been here many years and I still don't know why. The content of shop has not been changed much and most of all, the owners NEVER smile at customers and look at customers like all of them are shoprifters. Never heard of thank you unless I say so. What am I for them??? Under Corona, they don't seem to care how crowded the shop can be. Absolutely worst shop in P Exchange.

Lovely little shop, higher quality items, albeit at a slightly higher pricepoint. We've bought decorations and cards several times. Always good efficient service and advice when needed. This shop makes a nice change from usual high street chains and tat. To the other reviewers below, I haven't seen this. If the shops been there for many years it must be doing something right.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Such a ripoff. They sell the same stuff that can be found in other stores in Putney exchange, but you pay an extra 10-20% for the ‘privilege’ of dealing with their indifferent staff. Conveniently no refunds either. Never again.

Very rude owner. Never smiles unwelcoming. Having said that lovely cards if very expensive. Can't stand his rudeness anymore will have to find my lovely cards and gift wrapping elsewhere I fear this man does not value his customers.

Avoid these rude abusive idiots. They love fleecing the nice people of SW London and then treating them like the scum of the earth when they come back to return - utterly hateful

Not a place to go if you want good customer service. Rude unpleasant staff, don't offer refunds - won't be going back there!

If you have a boyfriend, take them to this shop, pick up pound shopping looking teddy bear and make them pay £26 for it.
