Several items of furniture and parts of our wooden floor were damaged during the move worth several hundreds of pounds. A claim was submitted end of June to Fast Forward Group- since this we have heard nothing back. I have tried to contact them via phone, multiple emails, Facebook and instagram - all messages have been ignored.
