Well there 2 ladies that does mine n grandson hair.Well the other morning walked in so Ms.Gloria could cut my grandson hair,she was the only one there. I was so glad that way she will finish fast, NOT.She was cut grandson cut n another worker walked in.The phone rang & rang n Ms.Gloria had to stop cut his hair do to the other worker went to her car to get something. Well Ms.Gloria continue to cut his hair the other worker walking in the phone rang n rang n rang n Ms.Gloria had to stop again cause the other worker wouldn't answer the phone.Hell Ms Gloria had to stop a total of 5 times to answer the phone.When my daughter saw my grandson hair she said for me not to stay him any more due to some area of his hair was messup.I love Ms.Gloria n I know if she hadn't to stop n stop everything would be ok.But really the Another Employee should of answered the phone she was just sitting down. Anyway I dont know when I'll be going back.Thank you

El dia de hoy fui a este lugar para un corte de mi hijo, anteriormente ya habia ido y me habia gustado mucho es por ello que regrese pero para mi gran sorpresa estaba una persona haciendo un corte esperamos a que terminara y ya que se fue el cliente pues ya nos tocoba, la SEÑORA NO NOS ATENDIO NOS IGNORO SE SENTO A HABLAR POR TELEFONO, A MANDAR TXT Y DESPUES SE METIO Y ELLA NOS ESTABA MIRANDO NI POR LO MENOS PREGUNTO QUE SE LES OFRECE NADA Y ELLA YA HABIA MIRADO EL NOMBRE EN LA LISTA DE ESPERA... SE METIO Y NO SALIO YO LA ESTUVE ESPERANDO Y ME MOLESTE BASTANTE PORQUE FUIMOS TOTALMENTE IGNORADOS POR ELLA NO VUELVO A REGRESAR AHY Y MENOS LO RECOMIENDO POR LA FALTA DE EDUCACIÓN DE LA SEÑORA, LASTIMA QUE NO SE SU NOMBRE

Aweful walked in only one person in line three ladies working. Another comes in. Everyone is hispanic. Im hispanic too but my skin is white. They took the guy waiting before me and the guy who showed up after me. Then another guy comes in and two kids. Im waiting patiently. They take the guy second guy who comes in after me and then the two boys. Im still waiting patiently because my mother comes here and i hear good things. Then one lady gets done with the guy and she grabs hr purse and walks out im thinking to go next door to get a snack. At this point i waited 45 minutes. I cross my name off and walk out

I think the lady that used to cut my hair names Gloria? Perhaps it can spark in her mind to remember me when she see my photo above. I once mentioned it to her that iam moving to Pennsylvania because my Fiancee is from there and now iam happily married to that wonderful woman here in Pennsylvania. FYI: Gloria is a very professional Barber that listen and very observant with her work. Shes your 1rst choice if u want to look right and sharp

First its 2023, cell phones are used to "make appointments" and they are usually booked already for the whole day so next time your waiting...hold your breath. The only reason Gloria gets all the likes is she don't have as many bookings as the two OG'S Christina and Monica. And if your complaining about a haircut for under $20...your poor choices and low performance in life has nothing to do with Freddie's j/s.

been going to 1st street for more than 8 years ....jenny always does a great job at making me look like a "gringo".... while others wait in line everyday for her to give great -looking "fades"...when living in new york .i had my hair cut by some of the best (including the REAL paul mitchell)...... she takes pride in what she does .....and it shows !!...

Horrible haircut. I have been going to freddys since the early 90's and never had such a bad experience until yesterday. When i got home it looked like the stylist used a weedwacker on my head. There were so many uneven spots. I will never go back to this location. The stylists there were complaining about others who didnt want to work never showed up.

Came in. Signed in. Waited 30-40 minutes then was informed they had other appointments.....after they took 2 people that came in AND signed in after me. They advertise super cheap cuts though. Bring a lunch.

Always good service they treat me good i never have to wait to long and they do a good job for a good price...not at all been goin there for awhile

Scam. Giant $8 haircut sign, but then sign on door reads "haircut $12-$15". For $15 I'll go someplace clean.

Clean place.frendly cutters almost immediate service with great results.only drawback was cash only.
