Ok so maybe this review doesn’t really deserve a full one star based on the complete overall experience, but it’s the last encounter that truly stays with you. 1.) they are probably the cheapest covered outdoor parking spot near IAH. 2.) check in process was easy and associates were friendly. They give you an aisle to head to and once parked, the shuttle will come direct to you and help load up. They usually try to load up the shuttle to capacity so keep that in mind as it may take 4-5 stops before heading to the airport. 3.). Keep the tag they give you with your section. They’ll ask for it upon arrival. 4.) when you arrive, look at the directions on the tag. While waiting for the shuttle to arrive, remind yourself to use the parking spot next time. Our flight arrived at approximately 8:10 in the evening at terminal E. On the pick up card I did not see any directions for where to go for pick up at terminal E so I contacted the phone number on the card. I was instructed to walk towards terminal D instead which took me about five minutes to get to. Once I arrived I waited about 10 minutes with no sign of any shuttle. On the card itself it says that Shuttle’s will, approximately every 3 to 5 minutes, so I contacted the number and waited another 10 minutes before the first shuttle came. By this time the number of people waiting for the shuttle had grown tremendously and we were not able to get onto the first shuttle and barely made it onto the second shuttle with your arrived about 30 minutes after we had originally arrived at terminal D. If they truly sent a shuttle every 3 to 5 minutes at least six shuttles should have passed by that time. I probably wouldn’t be so irritated with the weight but I had my two kids with me and my son made a point of asking me dad why does the yellow shuttle with polka dots keep coming? Literally in the 35 minutes it took for us get into a shuttle with fast park, I counted 8 parking spot shuttles. Next time I’d rather pay the extra couple bucks per day and park at the parking spot than deal with the wait time for pickup at fast park. Won’t make that mistake again.

Have had two HORRIBLE experiences here. June 8 2023 10am lady with glasses at gate EXTREMELY rude. I simply asked to be expedited in a nice manner because we were running late. The lady laughed. Told us where to park. As soon as I start to drive away I hear loud and clear she comments “should of been on time”. U professional in a high stress situation we don’t need a rude opinion that isn’t helpful whatsoever. There was no drivers on the premises. Had to wait 15 minutes which is unacceptable for a huge company to not have enough shuttles. Park & Fly Ive never had an issue and always have shuttles waiting at the front. Avoid this shuttle company unless you want to be rudely attended to after paying for a service. Nothing fast about this company expect for the rude service. Should be called SLOWPark. I know management won’t do anything as I’ve said something before about not having enough shuttles. Good luck dealing with this company.

I parked my car here on Wednesday, they told me to park in row C and a shuttle should come shortly. We waiting in the HEAT for over 25+ minutes. I called they said they would send a shuttle immediately, and still waited an additional 10+ minutes. One bus driver saw us and completely ignored us (I don’t know his name but he was African American and was driving bus 92, 98, or 102 on Wednesday afternoon). Another passed by us and just waved at us while we were sweating and waiting out in the sun. A couple more passed near us, I tried jumping, flashing my flashlight, waving, etc… and several bus drivers acknowledged me but did not care to do anything about it. I normally go with Fast Park but this experience just showed me I don’t ever want to ride with them again. and to top it off, I had a hoodie on the whole time which didn’t make it any better.

I've been using fast park for over 10 years, and I think I'm done. Waiting 45 minutes in the Houston humidity after a long flight isnt fun, nor are the unorganized lines at peak hours. They have fewer and fewer shuttles every time I come here. This isn't a problem for Parking Spot, FINE or EcoPark. Seriously, count them next time you come in. Any terminal, at any time. You'll see 10 of all of the above roll by before 1 (usually already full) fast park bus comes by for a mad dash of fast parkers to try to get to. They have a serious bus shortage. The one thing I'll give is that the drivers are usually nice, and the rewards program is geneous.

Accident at terminal D iah 5/19/2023 It was the fast park shuttle bus drivers fault The minivan that drop off pilots is already park stop not moving and the door is already open. And the fast park driver keeps on moving forward and he hits the open door and instead of stopping he keeps moving forward that cause more damage of the other vehicle We've been noticing a lot of times fast park drivers not all of them but majority of them drives recklessly they can't stay on their lanes they took 2 lines of the road the drives fast on the curve I'm glad that tonight incident will justify my observation with this fast park drivers of bush iah

I have been using Fast Park & Relax for approximately 1 year and I am completely satisfied. The prices are very reasonable and the location of the parking lots are close to each of the airports I travel through, Houston Intercontinental and Houston Hobby Airports. I love the fact that the prices include free charging for my Tesla and all of the spaces are covered. The drivers are always very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Fast Park & Relax over all other Airport Parking Services that I have experienced over the last 6 years i've been traveling and I travel each and every month.

I use them frequently for my work travel and they’re always courteous, efficient and a joy to travel with! They’ve fully solidified themselves as my #1 choice after being there for me after I locked my key fob inside my vehicle (turns out that’s possible). They stopped by to check on me, picked me up and let me wait inside the office for roadside assistance to get me back into my car. Provided me water and great conversation while I waited. A few weeks ago I landed just after midnight and had to call to get them to come pick me up, it took over 25 minutes to get a ride. They told me after midnight. They do not have many buses out and we would have to make a call to get picked up, that made sense and it was not a big deal at the time. I just landed today and was out waiting on a bus at 4:50 PM. after waiting over 20 minutes for a bus to show up, had to call them again And it is going to take over 45 minutes this time during the day to get to my vehicle.

We almost never have to wait for a shuttle. Drivers are courteous and helpful with our bags. I like the idea of saving points to get free days on future trips.On our last trip this past weekend, the shuttle was waiting for us when we arrived at the parking lot. Upon our return, again we timed it perfectly because the shuttle was outside baggage claim and there were only five of us on the shuttle. The driver was very helpful with our bags, which was nice since the one bag was big and heavy.

Super easy to book. They work quickly and get you to your terminal on time. I have used them every time I travel and they never disappoint. It’s a nice area to park, and easy to get to. They tell you where to park and then a driver comes to pick you up, and for the most part the driver is kind and takes my luggage up to the bus so I don’t have to lift it. They give you a card that tells you where to go when you return from your trip, it’s very easy. Never had any problems.

I liked our first experience with Fast Park. I liked having the app and email confirmation handy. We had an early morning flight so our bus was not to full. They send the bus to your parking location to standby. The driver was very helpful with our group of 4 with 4 large suitcases and carry-ons. Very seamless and the price was not too bad. We had used a location closer before but I had read reviews mentioning service problems and catalytic convertor thefts.

Getting to the airport on Sunday morning was a breeze by fast park. Getting picked up on Monday evening was a nightmare! The line waiting to get picked up is crazy long. Have only see two vans in ten minutes. I called and told them they need more vans to pick up because the line is so long and was told it’s because it’s Labor Day. And yet eco park has had van after van come in the same amount of time. I won’t be using fast park again. It is not fast!!!!

I’ve been using Fast Park since they had a location on Greens Road and it wasn’t always a smooth experience. Lately (last year or two) I have been extra happy with service speed & efficiency. My husband & I returned last Thursday from a long vacation in Peru, super ready to be home. James, our Fast Park driver, didn’t waste any time getting us safely to our car. He had a great attitude and his happy energy was infectious. Thanks James & the Fast Park!

Would have given 5 stars but trying to get out of this place was difficult and no one in the booth would come out to assist. Pushed the phone button several times to be ignored. Had to get traffic behind me to let me out to drive to the booth before they would help me. After dealing with the airport traffic(construction), heat and having to drive 2 hours home. This was the last thing I needed. I'll give another try and hope next time is better.

Over the years service has gone down. Been using Fast Park for the last 15 years or so and now they have very few buses running. Today we waited 20 minutes for a bus and there was a line of 15 or so more people that couldn't get on. The past three trips where I have parked here have been astonishingly long wait times even though they say a bus runs every three minutes. After all my rewards are used up I will swith to another parking provider.

Good price. Overall ok. Be prepared to wait a while (sometimes 15+ minutes) and/or have to call for shuttle pickup after you return back to IAH… especially if you have an evening arrival. Seems like they have less buses running than the other companies. We’ll often see multiple rounds of other shuttle pickups from other companies pass by before the green bus finally arrives. Make reservations around major holidays to guarantee a spot.

Parking here was such a refreshing experience. They have plenty of busses and friendly service. We came back from our vacation to find we had accidentally turned on the interior light, and we ran our battery out. After we notified the office, someone came with a battery pack and gave us a quick jump! I am just so pleased with the service here, and the price is less than the other lots at IAH with covered parking.

Had to call three times and wait significantly longer than their card says you will (says pickups every 3-5 mins). The guy answering the phone told me “it’s just around the corner”… 20 mins later and it still hadn’t shown up. Flipping annoying after you’ve been traveling all day when a company doesn’t live up to their promised SLA. Go with parking spot. They had about 4 shuttles arrive in the time we waited.

This was the best experience in traveling solo. I was able to park my car. Be picked up right in front of my vehicle and dropped at my vehicle upon return. The drivers are super friendly, and the wait was very minimal upon my return. It also isn't expensive. Forget the hassle and traffic of being dropped off by a loved one and picked up. Park here instead. You'll be happy you did.

My partner and myself fly once a month out of IAH. We use Fast Park and it is awful. Today we waiting over 30 minutes when all the other bus/vans for other parking companies came around at least 3 times each. Everyone kept calling only to be told they are on route. Needless to say we are finally changing to a new parking company. This is ridiculous - do they only have one van!

I loved the price, but the drivers were exceptional. After getting bump, held up, ect we got to the airport around 1 am. Lost my ticket, he was great, found my ticket, he was great, got to the car and realized we spent our cash at the airport during our 12 hours. I gave him the charge we had and he was so gracious and kind to understand. Best driver we have had, to date!!

Had a 3 week trip, returned to my car and it wouldn't start. They helped me out with a jump-start ... can't say enough good things! The driver was so friendly and gladly took the time to help out a customer. In addition, have had very friendly drivers and only once was the bus so full all the seats were taken. Definitely the most relaxing part of going to the airport!

I have used fast park and relax twice in the last year and both times the drivers have been fast to take me to the airport terminal. Some of the drivers could be a bit more friendly but i can see they're doing a job. I like that it is a covered parking and the price is reasonable. I think it's a good place to leave your car i'll continue using fast park & relax.

Love the convenience, the professionalism and the punctuality of the these guys. Whenever I fly, I stop here, leave my car in a secured and covered place and there is absolutely zero wait for them to drop you at the airport. Plus the price is way more affordable than parking at the airports, both George Bush and Houston Hobby. Highly recommend these guys.

Been parking with them for 7 years and today they lost me as a customer. Waited outside terminal D for 20 minutes. Called their staffers every 5 minutes to figure out when they were coming, and all they would tell me is “they’re on the way”. Meanwhile 5+ parking spot will Clayton buses showed up in front of us. I just loved using this Park and ride service. The rates were incredibly affordable . Rode with a drive my the name of James, he was a kind man who swiftly picked us up from the airport then promptly dropped us at our vehicles. Would highly recommend. Quality lot, Friendly and fast employees (Driver James) , and no immediate airport traffic.

Do yourself a favor and don’t park here. Awful service and poorly operation management. We need to wait for the bus to pick us up more than 40min! They instead of taking full responsibility go and blame the airport’s construction which is absolutely nonsense as we saw other’s company come a go to the terminal in a regular basis.

Clean, covered and big space to park, nice and courteous drivers and staff. However, it takes more than a minute to get picked up from the airport, it will be nice if pickup can be more frequent. Update: I wrote this review couple of months ago, and I was amazed at how fast some of the improvements I recommended was implemented.

Gary the driver took over 20 minutes trying to fill his shuttle instead of dropping people off to the airport, causing 3 of us to miss our flight. Urgency to drop off is not his intention for mediocre average shuttle driving. The shuttle was packed like sardines with over 10 people and a dog. Will not be using this again.

Easy to enter, park, and pick up was quick for shuttle service to the terminal; shuttle pickup at the terminal was fairly quick, got dropped off at our vehicle. This is our third time using this lot, we actually had others in our party use the same lot after we recommended it to them. Love the covered parking spaces.

I have been using FastPark for more than ten years, mainly Houston Intercontinental Airport location. A few times did use the Austin airport location. Always was happy with the service, price, ease of parking, and picking up my car. Will continue using FastPark in the future and will recommend it to anyone.

I parked here over the Christmas-New Year holidays. The layout was pretty good, but the way-finding needs improvement. I was not sure how to get to the exit upon my return. A few signs would be helpful. I think the shuttle service was a bit slow or understaffed. In both directions. The staff was friendly.

secure and covered parking at a great price. Returned from 1 week trip got the shuttle at IAH in 10 mins. Its a long walk from IAH arrivals to the shuttle loading place (as is for all companies). Reached fast-park after a 15mins ride. My car had barely any dust on it and I was off to my home in no time.

I like the secured huge covered lot. My car is totally covered if I park in the middle and no worries about the rain showers when I park for a few days. Convenient card access, and reward points are good forever! I just redeemed my points from 12 years ago from Cincinnati location. Very impressed.

My husband and I use fast park often but yesterday I returned to IAH with my handicapped nephew who is wheelchair bound. We were picked up by James and he was so kind and helpful while we loaded my nephew, his chair, and all of our bags. I can't thank him enough for his patience and kindness!

Everything is good about this place. App, parking, covered, pick up and drop off at airport terminal. The worst thing about it is the wait time for pick up from terminal back to your car. It’s a crucial miss. We’re all tired by then and just want to go home. Please have more drivers!!

Very few buses for pick up at 3pm on a Monday. Waited 20 min. Always have to wait for multiple buses to pass. Also no AC on buses. Probably better to just park at airport. I have called twice. Maybe need to add a lot more buses. Also change the name. “Slow Park and Stress and sweat”.

I’ve never dealt with such rude people before in my life. The gate people hung up on me three times when I calmly called to ask why we had not been picked up (30+ min of waiting). They yelled at me on the phone for “not listening” when they mumbled or didn’t want to repeat something.

Everything was great on my way out of town. The return was a mess- too few buses caused a large backup at terminal C. This resulted in arguments about who was getting on the bus first when one finally showed up. I don't recommend this company because of the lack of bus frequency.

I have been using this company in various cities for many years. However, in Houston they do not have ample shuttles, particularly in the early morning. No one wants to wait for 20 minutes after a long flight when various other companies have sent multiple shuttles through.

All around convenience! Reserve online. Check in with QR code & park. Shuttle picks you up at your car. Loads all your luggage. Drops you off at your terminal. Unloads all your luggage. Then you’re off for your trip. The same happens when you come back. Easy and convenient!

Certain staff members have no respect or basic customer service. I have used this place for years and some of the people working there need to go. The very minimal interactions required for a business like this should not take that much effort on their part to accomplish.

Not enough shuttles we waited and the 1st shuttle was full only about 3 people were able to get on. The next shuttle came by 10-15 mins and it was still full and it was the same driver. The other parking companies had multiple shuttles coming along every few minutes.

Even though it's bit far away compared to other parking spots, the covered facility is decent. It costs about $7 per day, including taxes & everything (as on june 2020). Pickup & drop to airport from parking is also quick & frequent. Staff was very helpful...

It provides covered parking lots and convenient shuttle buses to/from different terminals at IAH within reasonable waiting time. Most bus drivers pleasantly assist passengers to move luggages on and off the bus. I've used this facility since 2012.

Lot accepts reservations, at the best price for covered parking. There is always a shuttle nearby for pickup at the airport, and also quick service to the airport. Friendly staff and they air hose available if you have a flat tire when you return!

You have the most inefficient system. How hard is it to put signs or line markers so there’s some kind of order when busses come? It’s a free for all and it’s absolutely unnecessary given it would take such little effort to bring order.
