I work in the customer service industry for over one and a half decades and it is refreshing to have such great service from Faull's Pharmacy. They have never let me down. They have always been very quick with deliveries and transparent when there was problems with the delivery. They have won my loyalty.

I grew up around the cotner of this pharmacy it was always a nice place and over the years their dedication to customers has stayed the same. The fact that they have been around for 40+ years shows you how well rooted the place is established in the community.

Avoid avoid the staff there is rude and thier manager is worse i went there to buy a mask they sold me a toilet paper/tissue made mask when i realised it was made with toilet paper when i was outside the shop they refused to take it back,they are so cruel.

I am very disgusted by the way the staff treated my elderly mom and daughter at the pharmacy based in Voortrekker Road in Parow today. My daughter had a severe allergic reaction and my mom took her there to get medication for the allergy.
