Drivers consistently marking deliveries as "customer unavailable will try next business day." Interesting point, I am retired and when my tracking says coming that day, I stay home and wait for it. So, I was there. This also seems to only happen on Fridays, so, yeah 72 hour delay on package delivery and a day that I stayed home for no reason. Why have the tracking app at all?
Employees at this location must really hate their job. Every single one I had an encounter with today while picking up a delivery was rude for no reason at all. I hate I have to go back next week.

If you are. Third party picking up take a number they are only interested in getting there trucks out on time.does not care if they get you out late to make your time

Loved the professionalism of all of the employees including the security at the gate. They helped me with the freight pick up with no issues.
