I had a bad experience with Kevin Felder. A friend referred him to me but he did not listen to what I wanted and seemed very negative about the chance of me finding a house to buy in my price range, when I had done ample research online and knew what was out there already. After one conversation with Kevin, I decided to find another realtor to work with, and she found me exactly what I was looking for. I would not recommend him as a realtor.
