I visited Femi Beauty for the first time last Saturday and was more than disappointed . When I made the appointment I didn't know which facial would be most suited to my skin so they booked an hours slot and I imagined they would talk me through the options when I got there. I was ushered into a room that was shabby and not very clean . The therapist looked scruffy and smelt of cigarette smoke. Her uniform which was supposed to be white was greyish. I was asked to lay on the couch and less than 1/2 an hour later i was finished. No skin analysis, no information of how the treatment works, no feeling of pampering whatsoever and all for a cost of £53. My Mum, who was treating me as I had won an award at work came to meet me and asked why a treatment lasting less than 1/2 an hour was so expensive. The response was ...... Because it's electrical and ......I don't set the prices. I'm not sure why this salon gets so many good reviews. I can only guess that the people writing them don't have very high standards.

The full experience at Femi Health and Beauty has been nothing but fantastic. From the moment you enter until you leave, the staff are friendly and polite, they truly welcome you in. I was lucky enough to be treated by Dr Ameera, she explained fully the procedure I was going through (Biotin boosters). She matched her explanation so that i understood clearly what the benefits are of the vitamin booster. I can honestly say I feel a difference in my hair, I feel more confident keeping my hair out as it’s feels amazing. I have had friends and family note the difference in my hair. Dr Ameera has been honest throughout the procedure and let me make decisions that are right for me rather than push me into something that would not be beneficial. I have no doubt I will be spreading a good word around as so far she has definitely provided nothing but the best! thank you!

I booked an appointment for my girlfriend today feb8th 2023 for couple of things which was actually a whole day for her to spent at the saloon. First thing I noticed was an excellent customer service. My booking was completely on phone as I was out of the country. They explained really well about the service and the pricing. I wanted to book a complete makeover service for her and I can say the person who spoke to me on phone did an amazing job explaining me all the things. My girl friend visited today and she was 100% satisfied with the service. She was so happy and mentioned that the entire team was welcoming. I had an aroma wrap done today which consisted of a full body massage, scrub and mask and it was amazing! I have never really had any full body treatments as I was scared I'd feel uncomfortable but the lovely Zara was sooo sweet and lovely and we were chatting away and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Also my skin is as smooth as a baby after the decleor products. I would definitely recommend, it was just what I needed after a stressful 6 months and so grateful my bestie and her husband gifted this to me I've met the owner on a few occasions as well when purchasing artist of makeup products and she is super lovely too!

My first visit at Femi Health and Beauty was the most easygoing, enjoyable, and amazing experience I have ever had in a salon. The lady on the phone was really nice and answered all of my questions. I then met with Nisha who was so lovely and took great care of me during my full Hollywood wax. Not only did she do an outstanding job, the environment was so welcoming, making it easy to relax and feel comfortable, and get chatting away. I really liked the reminder of aftercare information and getting an email about it aswell for my future reference. I can’t wait to return to Femi, I recommend it to anyone!

After my last experience, I had to return. I got two treatments this time. One being an eyebrow appointment and a full body. It was my first time ever getting my eyebrows done and I was thoroughly impressed. Nisha was very professional and you can tell she loves what she does. I was nervous as I thought the treatment would hurt but she was so delicate and precise. Will definitely return and will recommend it to all I meet. Danielle conducted my full body massage and displayed great technique and had amazing pressure. All in all, it was an amazing experience!

I absolutely loved my treatments today, facial and back massage given by Ria, lovely therapists and they spend time discussing your treatments and advising the best products for your skin type. Femi was wonderful today discussing my recent loss and said she knew how I felt as she had been through it several years ago and gave some advise to help me - thank you. I booked another 2 treatments for December whilst I was there and it felt good to be doing some “me time” thank you to Femi and all the staff for providing a lovely place to retreat to.

My experience was amazing first time coming here . And the staff were so friendly and helpful. Charlotte and my therapist, which I can't remember her name , was amazing. My therapist gave me the best hot stone I've ever had. Charlotte made my mum's hot stone superb,and made her experience after her breast reconstruction, extremely comfortable. I wish I knew the name of the lady who did my massage as she was perfection. Both girls were 5* and we would love to request them both for every time we come. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart. Highly recommended. Best spa in Leicester. Every time 5* service.

Covid precautions were discreet and made me feel very safe. Unfortunately the relaxation lounge and the changing rooms are unable to be used at the moment but I was told that before booking over the phone so that was fine and understandable. I had the full body massage which after so many months of home working was absolute bliss! A bit of 'me time' was exactly what I needed. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me! I had a Decleor full body massage which was amazing and so relaxing. The therapist was lovely and made sure I was really comfortable. It was the first time I'd had a full body massage and I wasn't disappointed at all. I only wish I'd opted for the longer hour and half session instead. Would definitely do this experience again and would fully recommend. Femi is my go to for all my treatments as it's a wonderful beauty salon with friendly staff and excellent service.

I was served by a lady who was deaf bless her I’m so sorry I can’t remember the name but seriously what a Fantastic experience. I strongly advise anyone to go there and you will not be disappointed. Yesterday I came in for a Aroma expert facial and it was nothing short of amazing! During this treatment you not only get a facial but you also get a back massage. The facial is tailored to yours skins needs so needless to say I left feeling like I was on cloud nine. My only regret is that I didn’t use my gift voucher sooner. If you want to pamper a loved one for Christmas or any occasion really :) I would highly recommend. Can’t wait for my next treatment

Femi (the owner) is a lovely combination of professional yet warm, understanding of your individual needs and making time for you when you need advice on treatments or products. She goes the extra mile - as shown recently when we went in during a difficult time that we had been having on a personal level. The salon has a great feel to it and the staff have been trained well. I would definitely recommend it for some much needed time out.

The standard at Femi is really high as always, but today Tzacahria was even more excellent in putting me at ease with great communication & consideration and administered an expert FB Swedish massage. Just returned for the first time since Femi re-opened following the lockdown. Fantastic experience and staff (eye lash tint and pedicure). Very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I felt safe in terms of Covid measures. A nice surprise was the new facilities for pedicures including luxury spa footbath and massage chairs. Thank you Femi and team; you always go the extra mile! Femi is, and always has been, lovely and accommodating. As for our couples package, it was more than we expected! We had Isabella and Neha for our Mani/Pedi and then Diana and Alex and I have to say all the therapists were fantastic. This was husband's first time in a salon for a 'Spa Afternoon' and he absolutely loved it. We will definitely be booking in again, already eager to book in another treatment!

I had an amazing experience at Femi’s with the Swedish Full Body Massage. Tzacahria was attentive and skilled, easing away all tension. The serene ambiance and personalised approach made me feel so much better. It was lovely to feel so much less pain in my back and shoulders than I usually do. This was my first visit to the salon since covid and my first thought was why did I leave so long before going back? My experience today was wonderful, Femi greeted me and it was so good to see her, Danielle was my beautician and she was excellent. My treatments were gel on my toes and a spray tan. I booked for gel nails. My nails are extremely sensitive esp., when I have to put them under UV light. Claudia did my gel nails, I explained my concerns regards sensitivity. Claudia was patient and advised on nail care. I had a brief, couple of seconds of sensitivity when I placed my nails under the UV light. I was really pleased about this.

Experience was brilliant. Both the therapists were attentive. Had a massage facial and pedicure. Going to try and make sure I am booked every 3-4months My silliness I didn’t think I will get colour done. Therapist made sure there were dry. Yet still some colour came off once I got home need to remember to bring flip flops next time

Nehal was amazing and very accommodating, i have very hard to see hair and she did everything she could to make my experience as relaxing and as a thorough as possible, I will be coming back again when i need my next wax, she is amazing and the environment was the best experience i have had in a salon in a long time :)

The facial I had was wonderful. My therapist was considerate, checking I was warm, comfortable and the pressure she was applying was ok. My skin looked brighter and felt amazing after the treatment. Having time after my facial to rehydrate and relax before i left was a perfect finish to the experience.

I had the best massage ever there. Seriously the girl is called Tzacanria. I had pull day on Friday and I got my back so bad even my traps. She was 45 min non stop trying to relieve my back. Amazing.
