We all look for indian parlours as we asume that we gonna get a better service bcz of same language culture etc and l aslo landed to this parlour expecting the same. l guess the lady who gave me the service was the owner as well and l asked for a hair trimming and eyebrows but the level of service was pthetic she was hurting me like anything at the time of eyebrow when l told the same she abruptly said this is normal as if l was doing the eyebrows for the first time. she started trimming my hair without even combing it l said it’s hurting she again said you havnt washed your hair n thats y its hurting. ridiculous and pathetic behaviour and service . highly recommend dont go to this parlor l wish l could give 0 star .

I have been to the salon last Tuesday for a haircut and threading. The staff who did the threading did her part very well. But the lady who did the haircut was terrible(staff with very short black hair). I requested for a layer cut and she seemed to be very confident in what was going to do. I definitely have got many layers of my hair now but all in different lengths. She just chopped the hair in all different directions and all in different lengths and finished off the haircut in 5 mins. I would recommend this salon for other services but never for a haircut.

Very disappointed I went here for permanent straightening, cost me over $300, expecting that every part of my hair would be straight, atleast for six months. After the procedure I noticed that my front hairs were not straight and also half the length of the hair at the back were not completely straight, and I noticed this in less than a month. It was very noticeable. I rechecked with the place again and they gave me a 'protein hair mask' which did not help either. I do not recommend this place for very strong Indian hair. Definitely not satisfied.

i had my first visit today, certainly will be my last one to this salon. the lady had no idea what she was doing, she combed my hair so hard that hurt my ears, she even hurt my ear once accidently by her siccors, and those all happend within the 10 minutes, and thats the whole haircut, from the begining to the end, she used 10 minutes to finish my haircut. she even answered a phone call during this time. she charged $40 , while i was told would be $35 when i called to make the appointment. never go back to this shop again.

Was desperate for a last minute appointment to get my hair done for a wedding and these lovely ladies squeezed me in on very short notice. They did such a beautiful job with the blow dry and my extensions did not move all night. $55 for a long hair blow dry and inserting extensions is beyond reasonable. Received so many compliments. I have been going there for a year now and I love their every bit of services. Done my hair couple of time and they did really good job with my hair colour and cutting. I did my makeup for a function and it was amazing. Make up artist did such a wonderful job.everybody was stunned. I love going there. Thank you so much for all the help.

Never going back here again!! Got my eyebrows threaded and they came out uneven, and the lady cut a bit of my skin. It was bleeding but she never said anything. I also got my eyelashes tinted and after I left I took another look and there was dye still left on the lashes. Bad service and unprofessional.
