I called on the 11th January to order a birthday delux pamper package for my mum. It was $209 and I transferred the funds immediately. I was told they were busy and may not get the voucher emailed out that day- my mums birthday. I was a bit disappointed but understood. The woman said it would go out the next day. It was never emailed out. Numerous phone calls not returned. Always busy and no voicemail ability. Around 2 weeks later I got a call back. At that stage I requested a refund as the birthday was over, the gift voucher didn’t arrive and I was over making phone calls. I was told refund is not their policy and “would your mum like to buy product instead”? NO. I asked for my refund. That was over a week ago. No refund. No apology. No return phone call. They have $209 for no service provided and I will take them to fair trading. I’m absolutely disgusted. Find some where else to go!

I am a regular at Femme Fatale and can honestly say that it's the best beauty salon in the Shire (and beyond) that I've ever been to. From amazing Facials, skin treatments, waxing, tanning and beautiful makeup and skin care, this place has it all. The best thing about Femme Fatale is the gorgeous, friendly and highly-skilled staff. They make every effort to meet your needs and will always go above and beyond to ensure their clients are happy and get great value for money. I had a treatment this morning and am still blissed out. If you haven't tried it yet, give it a go...you won't be disappointed.

I was always happy with the service and they were really nice. I went to get a facial and they kept upselling me stuff like products etc. Also they had a facial campaign where you could get a skin peel done and get products and when I went the second time and got the same facial, campaign was still on but I paid full price for my facial and again got pressured into buying a product. They keep trying to sell me stuff so I never went again.

I had a radiance facial with beauty therapist Simone . It was of the best facials I have ever had. The products used were amazing and I left the salon feeling rejuvenated. My skin looked vibrant and glowing . Simone made the experience so relaxing that I almost fell asleep. I will definitely come back for another facial. Thank you simone for a 5/5 beauty treatment. You can tell that she has had 30 years of experience. A true professional!

Saw Gabbi yesterday for a lactic acid facial and my face feels amazing. Skin is so soft smooth and hydrated. Love it. Had so.e facial waxing no pain and stragglers easily tweezed out. So thorough. Completed the treatment with a brow tint matched perfectly to my hair and so natural looking. Can't stop admiring the resul. If you want a truly personalised treatment you can't go past this salon for an affordable perfect look.

The facial and massage was amazing as usual by Simone always look forward to it and feel amazing afterwards . Skin feels and looks amazing . The inconsiderate noise from other clients and staff with their loud conversations seems to be something that certainly needs to be addressed. Very hard to enjoy and relax with meditation music when listening to other clients life stories …

I had a fabulous facial at Femme Fatale last week with their LED light therapy. I've never had that type of treatment before but I knew my skin needed a real boost and this definitely did the trick. I walked out with skin that felt amazing, hydrated and soft. I'll definitely be going back for more. Samantha and girls are true professionals and really know skin.

Online booking system easy to use even if you have a number of things to do. Reasonably priced to. Sam was very friendly, professional and easy to chat with. She made me feel very comfortable even if it was a chin & lip wax. She was great on tidying the brows to. I'll certainly be returning.

I recently had a facial which included an eye brow wax and eye lash tint. Best eye brow wax I have had in ages. Friendly staff and nice products. Soothing and relaxing music. Treatment rooms could do with updating as a little tired, but overall a great local beauty salon.

I have been visiting Femme Fatale for years to have waxing tanning facials microdermabrasions massages n having nails done and I could not recommend a better beauty salon it is always clean and the girls are so lovely good location too opposite Jannali train station.

Love seeing Gabbi she is my one stop shop for eyelash extensions, brows, my RF needling , lactic peels. Always happy with the service and results of my skin treatments are amazing. Would not go anywhere else.. Highly recommend.Xx

Had a fantastic facial yesterday so relaxing my skin felt great but the nicest thing was at the end no pressure to by products after two massages and facial this is going to be my go to place

The ladies here are just so lovely! I get my eyebrows done there now and every time I go I'm always welcomed and am very comfortable in the environment. I can't recommend this place enough.
