Poor car wash. I took my car her to be valeted after borrowing from A family member. The young guy had such a poor grasp of English that when I asked for a full valet he said “inside and out” I said “yes how much is that, he “said £15”, so I asked again, “is that the full valet”, he said “inside and out” I said “yeah, how much is that” he said “£15.” On the board a full valet is £45, and a wash and hover is £15. So I said “yeah that’s fine” expecting a wash inside and out - which is almost what I got. I also asked the guy if it was ok if I came back in a couple of hours as I had to work and couldn’t wait. To which he agreed was ok. When I came to pick up someone else had arrived and when I went to pay I was told it was £18. When I questioned this it was because I had used their car park for an hour and that was £3. Very disappointed that this couldn’t have been explained and the quality of the wash was also pretty poor. There was moss growing on the rear wiper blade, corners on the windows were missed, and the door sills had not been cleaned. I went here expecting to pay £45 for a full valet, and ended up charged £18 for maybe a £10 wash and hover. I have had a far better experience at the car wash near the north corner of Bruges park (shornclif road) where for £6 you get a exceptional all over wash in about 4 minutes.

Initially wanted to charge me £25 for in/out but I pointed out their prices on the wall and said a 4x4 or 7 seater is £20 and my car is neither; it is much smaller and only has 5 seats. He then said ok £20 as the 2 cars in front of me were much bigger as they were 4x4 SUVs. The manager or owner came back when my car was almost finished and I paid £20 cash and surprisingly was given £5 change! £15 is the correct price for in/out of a regular sized car. The handwash was thorough but the employees try it on when the boss is not around so it loses 1 star. This was the second time an employee tried to overcharge when the boss is not around, and I have to fight for the correct price. Shame as they do the best car cleaning job, but expect to have to argue with them if an employee tries to overcharge you for a small hatchback or a mini suv.

Asked for a mini vallet and they asked 25£ instead of 20£ because I asked them to clean properly the seatbelts , I accepted hoping they would do a better job and clean properly, I was told it would be 40min I came back after 1h and they were still working on it. Anyway it wasn't cleaned properly I am not happy with the service received and the fact that I paid 5£ extra for nothing, its very sad The guys are nice and where I told them it wasn't cleaned they recleaned but I should need to and this is where it was very disappointing. Pay more and get less not what anyone wants

This a place where your car can be cleaned properly with passion. I have been to a number of car wash, and I am not impressed by the price and quality of service. However this place is a real deal. I recommend for everyone who owns a car to visit it at some point. Located at one of the arch at the back of Brixton Road off Ferdinand Road.

Just had my car washed today after the rain yesterday that left everyone's cars filthy from the Saharan sand being blown over. The team here were very friendly and efficient and did a very thorough job for a very reasonable price. Even though they were super busy, they still did a very good job! I will definitely bring my car here again.

These guys did a cracking job. £15 for a super thorough clean on the outside (jet wash, scrub and cloth dry) and an inside hoover and dashboard clean. Windows were wiped inside and out - no complaints. Took about 20 mins / half an hour ish with two guys working on it throughout. Brilliant service at a fantastic price. I shall return.

Super job and very nice team for a good price. A bit unorganised but can't really blame the team on as the customer in front of me decided he wanted the inside cleaned once the outside was already finished...a bit difficult to maneuver when a number of people are queuing but small setback really. Overall good value for money.

They really took their time to ensure the car was thoroughly clean. Took longer than I planned for but I can see why after seeing the results. Will be my go to for a car wash from now on
