First of all I saw them overcharge an elderly man by $4.30 and it was only after the person behind made it known that the lady refunded the money while laughing it off and gave him the correct change. I then brought hot dog with sauce for $4.30 and nippy drink (375mm) which was $4 which Is nearly the double the retail price from everywhere else. For close to $10 this was very average bakery but the main issue I have is the way they served a elderly member of our community. I will never ever come back.

Great experience at the Ferntree Gully Bakery. The atmosphere always feels so fresh. The people are nice there and will always be willing to help you. My friends parents work there and they always treat everyone with care. The 1 thing I would reccomend is updating the look of the shop to modernise it. The bread is always fresh and it's a good local bakery. But it's all good and I would come back again.

Best local bakery around, big selection of pies and pasties and they make a traditional pipe loaf, recommend cutting it yourself for the best french toast. They do a wonderful custard snail and their dinner roles are so soft it makes you have too many

Stopped by and bought a coffee and a chocolate pocket here early morning when nothing else was open. The service was extremely friendly and the coffee was pretty good. And the chocolate pocket - yummmyyyy! Thank you …

Freshly made sandwiches to order or a sweet pastry and hot pie, these guys have it all! The food is always fresh here. The ladies that work behind the counter are always greet you with a smile. Great local bakery!

Somebody needs to show them how to make a sandwich. Lady behind the counter takes two pieces of bread cuts a boiled egg in half puts it on unbutterd. Throws a handful of lettuce on it and says here your sandwich.

Went here over the weekend and was surprised by the quality of the food. The pies, croissant and jam doughnut were yummy! The staff were also really nice. Would go back here.

This is a hotdog with cheese and sauce. When asked wheres the cheese and sauce they gave me a sauce satchel and walked off. Dont go here
