Festac Post Office has always been there and somehow effective too. Infact you might not know how useful they are till you have something to send and have to use them. I didn't believe they're still this effective till I visited recently. Although the place looks a bit old and unkept the workers still manage to do a decent job but they really have to up their game and be more innovative.

Very helpful people. Not edgy and saucy like the generic civil servants. I went there despite the fact that I hadn’t received a call from them but I was treated with respect, which is the usual thing in saner climes, but very rare here in Nigeria.

My goods with tracking number RB207268145SG having been in your office from Singapore since last month. You were suppose to send it to Ijanikin post office postal code 102201 but to no avail since. Customer service phone number not going through.

Your packages would end up being delivered but timeframe cannot exactly be predetermined. It is a good option for a low cost courier if you are not in a hurry to get it received on the other side.

Efficient staff and ready to assist at all times. Received packages through the office intact. Seems there is a new lease of life in the Nigerian public post system.

Getting mail/packages is fast. Good customer service and working system. Though, on several occasions I wasn't notified by the post office when my packages arrived.

Not happy that the place has been cut off , made smaller , though the service still works but the major space has been cut out to build something else

Goods bought from abroad can be received for free...as long as it's a small item. For larger items, you've got to pay according to the weight

It is undergoing massive reconstruction & renovation for the last 3 years!.... too slow for comfort. Hardworking staff but cramped spaces.

All my items i ordered from china i get all through them and they even deliver to me at a token, they have really improved

Post office boxes. Stamp. Parcel. EMS. Sent some envelopes to UK and Canada. It arrived safely.

Learning place for kids.Lots about local and international communication and transportation.

Open accessible place, all your Postal needs can be met there.
