If you want your wedding dress to be given to donation 6 months earlier than said and not have any communication with the manager or the owner, this is the place. I gave them my wedding dress on November 15th 2021 and they said it’ll be in the shop for about a year before it is given to donation. I call monthly checking in on the dress status. Then, I called for the month of July and they said it had been given to donation 3 days prior. The girl on the phone stated that they usually wait “about a year” until given to donation when I asked when they decide to donate the dresses. When I signed my contract in November they said the exact same thing, it’ll take “about a year.” The manager suddenly said “oh she’s new here, that’s not what we do” yet the same information was given to me in November. I emailed the owner, Harry, and he doesn’t respond to me. He calls the manager to call me to offer a gift card for an incredibly low price. I did not think that was fair compensation for my $1400 dress, so I asked what else can be done. I have followed up with him 3 times and heard NOTHING. They deserve 0 stars for communication, in the sense I was lied to about when my dress would be given up and the fact I was told my dress would be given up later than this time in November AND my July phone call I had with them, and 0 stars for the owner completely ignoring my concerns and messages and doesn’t even message or call me directly but foolishly uses his manager to talk to me who can’t offer me a better compensation for my loss because of them. Completely disappointed with the services, and will never come back here.

My experience was terrible. The staff(the blonde old lady) and owner are rude and lie. The blonde lady ignored me as I stood at the counter for a couple minutes while she surfed the internet to do her shopping. I had 2 never worn dresses. I first called Ponte Vedra and they told me that they take wedding dresses. I drove 30 minutes with my dresses only for them to look at me like deer in headlights. I told them that well people who don’t know the store shouldn’t be answering questions. The manager then told me that San Marco is the only location that takes wedding dresses. My dresses were new with tags never worn because I cancelled the wedding. I then drove another 30-40 minutes to San Marco only for the rude blonde manager to tell me that my dress had a stain. I dropped off a custom beaded gown several months ago and received a phone call late last week to come get it because of a stain on it. There were no stains on it when I dropped it off and all the beating was intact. When I arrived to get it, beading was coming off and now a stain on dress. This place has gone downhill since the long time manager left last year. To address Owners response: Tried to address this with the sale associate when picking up the dress and got a brush off. Dress wasn’t stained when it was accepted at the store. I’m glad you say the store is doing better than ever. The fact is the dress was damaged at your store and your sale associate could have handled it differently. She could have even suggested I speak with the owner.

The ladies there are ALWAYS so helpful and eager to ask how you are doing. They always greet every customer like they've known them for years and ask for little updates on what you've been up to. Hospitality aside, the clothes there are a freaking steal. A lot of it isn't my style, but boy is it in my price range. Like the other day I found some amazing hightops that practically had my name on them and it was the same price as eating out for one fast food meal. I keep finding myself in the store more than I would like to admit... Haha

Buyer beware!! All of their designer merchandise is fake. Despite that being illegal. They clearly have no integrity or care about their reputation. Sad to say that I spent good money in there only to feel completely ripped off. Also the comment replies from the owner calling people dumb and naive about their policies is so unprofessional. I hope they fail fast! Oh please report me! Sue me! That would further prompt investigation of my allegation in which you would contribute to your own demise. Good luck! And grow up.

Visited this store not really knowing what to expect for wedding dresses. We were able to find a beautiful almost brand new dress in the sale rack that fit like a glove. On top of that they had a sale which brought it to only $200. I was very impressed by the laid back atmosphere in the store and I felt comfortable shopping around without feeling pressured. The girls wrapped up the dress so neatly and were very kind and excited we found something we liked. Will definitely return for other items in the future.

I dropped off some really nice items a few months ago. I then called back to check on status and couldn’t believe only $4 in sales, in months. They advised me that all the rest of my items items have been donated to my surprise. It’s really hard to believe that some of my nice clothes such as Antonio Melani did not sell.I would recommend selling on Poshmark instead of consigning.Keep the $4 not worth my time or the drive.

I have been to this place several times and have experienced the best customer service! The clothing is a very good quality and great prices. Everything from J.Crew and Anthropologie to designer pieces by Marc Jacobs and Giorgio Armani. I am always recommending this Boutique to my friends. Also it's very sweet because one of the ladies always says "God bless you" when you complete your transaction, I love that!

I have shopped at all of the FiFis around Jacksonville & in St. Augustine & recently sent a couple friends into San Marco FiFi's for Wedding dresses. Kimberly was very helpful when I called for information and the quality of the merchandise and prices are incredible. I have always taken my nieces to FiFi's for Prom dresses as well. They never had to worry about a duplicate and always looked beautiful.

I took in a lot of odds and ends from my closet and jewelry box. All of it nice and some high end designers pieces but I just dont wear it anymore. Within 30 days I had an $82 check waiting for me! One of my favorite places to go after work. As you know, really nice clothes can cost a pretty penny; however, Fifi's is the answer for anyone wanting to look great and save money at the same time. All the dresses there were so gorgeous! Huge discounts too! This is a designer dress by Ellie Wilde and it was at least $150 cheaper than it’s original price! The staff was so nice and helpful. Definitely worth a trip if you’re in the Jacksonville area.

My items I dropped off they could not find! Only a few of the 25 items was imputed into the system! Manager was very rude when I asked about what was going on! She gave me the run around for weeks! Do not us this store!

Great staff and AMAZING deals on QUALITY stuff. LOVE my suits and overcoat I found here.... All like new. Hart Schaffner & Marx and Michael Kors suits were $80. Joseph A Bank overcoat was 30.... OUTSTANDING.

finally a place that takes formal wear. didn't find anybody in georgia to take clothes. drove al the way to j ville. they priced all gowns under $40 accept one. but I really appreciate them.
