Finishline apparently only supports troops that are active. They must of just changed this because they used to give it to Vetererans as well. I can't believe they changed it to just active duty. I bought the shoe, but shopped around and found a store that supports all troops. Veterans and active duty. I bought the same exact shoe, regular price was $35 less and gave me a Military discount. And it was just a few stores down. I returned the shoes I bought and thankfully I got my refund back. Very bad customer service and not a good look on them only supporting some troops and not all of them.

Last week at the Cottonwood location there was a young native American man working who just stared at me the entire time as if he was planning to physically assault me. I asked him for a particular shoe and when he came out with it he slammed it on the counter. I'm a military reveteran so I asked if they give a discount. He insisted they didn't so said I will just leave and deal with someone else at a later time. He then said he would just give the discount. Horrible experience.

Horrible customer service that pre judges it's customers telling them you can not try on the shoes before you buy them. I was told that if people try them on it may decrease the value of the shoe. Guess I am looking at another shoe store since they do not let you try on the shoes. If I am going to buy $190 sneakers I should be able to make sure they fit.

A lady with pink hair and buzz cut under had horrible customer service. You could tell she was miserable and hated her job. I asked her to get me a pair of shoes her replies what “ seems like I’m jumping to everyone’s needs today” as if she doesn’t get paid to do her job. Ugly and miserable

I never leave reviews but this had to be the worst experience at the store they had no customer service. At the end we returned the shoes and instead of being issued a refund we got charged twice. Keshawn was the employee that we spoke too.

Kordel is the freaking MAN. I went in for a manufacturing defect on an Air Max Pulse. Kordel was very professional and took care of the exchange in a timely manner. Promote!

Women's selection was ridiculously small. No shoe measurer, no try on socks, employee had zero customer service skills. Doesn't take very much to greet a customer.

Found shirts but no shoes I am having a hard time looking for Jordans in store I guess I will go back to online instead not coming back to this finish line

They always assist me with my orders to the stores and also very fast turn around times for shipping so I'm happy all around with Finish Line!
