Heather is the most gifted hairstylist who’s ever cut my hair. She is very good at what she does. She lives it and she breathes is – she is it. We all need people we can rely and depend on – people we can trust who will truly have our best interest in mind. We NEED a good mechanic, a good doctor, a good contractor for our home repairs – and you only realize how true that is after you’ve had “a bad one”. I like being able to go in and just sit in Heather’s chair and let her do what she does best – what she is expert at. I’m really not good at even knowing what’s cool or what to ask for – I don’t cut hair, so how could I tell someone else how to cut my hair? This is why I need Heather. Heather first cut my hair when I was 18 and was just starting my new life as a college student at Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN. I moved there from Shelbyville, IN. As you might guess, having a “cool” haircut was pretty important at this time in my life. I was just a small-town kid now living with lots of new people at a large university. All my friends were from bigger cities than Shelbyville. They were all from places that were definitely more fashion forward, like Chicago or bigger places than even that. I just randomly went into a Trade Secret in the mall where Heather was just beginning her new career. Who knew how lucky that chance encounter would turn out for me. The first thing Heather did was to end my “part down the middle” (and that’s exactly how she put it – she began advising me right off the bat) haircut that I “thought was cool” and she gave me a new stylish haircut I couldn’t have known enough about to even have asked for. She just “did what she did”. I knew I had keeper in Heather when I got back to campus and a couple of my friends LOVED my new hairstyle and thought it was great. Heather is always ahead of the curve when it comes to hair. I have a “trusted advisor” regarding my hair style - which is really important because I DEFINITELY have no idea even what to even ask for or what’s “cool” when it comes to stuff like that. I just let Heather do what she does and end up really happy with it. She never lets me down. I turn 40 in December and Heather has pretty much cut my hair since I was 18. When Heather moved to Indianapolis and I was still in college – I literally drove home once a month just so Heather could cut my hair. I tried going to other stylists but that definitely wasn’t going to work because I didn’t trust them. They never even come CLOSE to as good a job as Heather did every time. It just wasn’t the same. Once I even got up from my chair right in the middle of a haircut – with only half of my hair cut, so I could at least save as much hair as I possibly could so Heather might be able to fix it (true story). I wasn’t angry - I paid them and thanked them, but my haircut wasn’t looking like it was going in the right direction, so I asked the stylist to stop and said that “it looks good like this”, and got up and went to the parking lot to call Heather immediately. I told her I tried letting someone else cut my hair – I did try, but they completely messed it up – “can you fix it”. She fixed it. I was grateful. As time went on, with me living in different places and not being able to always get to Heather, of course there were some times where I had to get someone else to cut my hair. But it was never the same and never as good as when she cut it. I never felt as confident and good about my haircut like I did when I left Heather’s. This weekend I am making the trip all the way from Chicago to Indy and the very 1st thing I did (true) was call Heather to see if she’d cut my hair. I called my stylist in Chicago and just cancelled my next appointment, so Heather could cut it right and make it look good. Heather is incredible. Heather really is an expert.

I booked an apt a month or so out with Jordyn. I told the lady booking my apt that I wanted an apt with Jordyn for this certain day because I had an event the next day. I requested off work, planned it out. The day of my apt I called around 1130 to confirm my apt time for 2pm & another lady confirmed she saw my apt for 2pm with Jordyn. When I left for my apt around 1245, I was half way there when I saw there was a new text on my phone- it was from Jordyn, telling me she had to cancel my apt. At this point, I am half way to the salon. I call the salon to speak with Jordyn, as a call is the appropriate thing to do when canceling an apt literally right before its about to take place. Another lady answered and searched my name & no longer saw my apt time on the schedule (assuming jordyn deleted it by this point) & handed me off to speak with her. I explained to her how I had an event the very next day, already used time off at work, notified work Id be leaving early & had already left work early to make this apt. She apologized & said she had something come up. I told her I was still coming to the salon as I was already half way there & had no other options. By the time I arrived, I got another text from Jordyn again saying she was leaving & was not staying til I arrived (which I said on the phone I was about 20 mins away). So overall that was a terrible experience. It was pretty evident that my time & situation meant absolutely nothing to the stylist. Plus the fact that she kept texting vs calling when canceling my apt, when it was literally in an hr or so - that was very infuriating to me as those are times you need to call & explain & assist to correct the matter, not leave me hanging with a text. And then to rush out the door & leave when I stated I am coming to see what can be done as I was already 20 mins away - that really upset me as well. I wont be back to this salon & advise everyone else to book a back up apt somewhere else if the apt you are making is time sensitive, as there's a good chance their stylists will cancel at the last min & leaving you hanging like they did me.

Sylvia and Jordan were amazing, I originally went in to see another hairstylist (also by the name of Jordan, and not affiliated with the salon - she just rented a room attached to it) and she somehow scheduled 3 girls at the same time, which left me waiting for 30 minutes before I was about to just leave. Sylvia grabbed me before leaving and made a terrible experience the best salon experience I’ve ever had:) she knew how to cut curly hair and colored me exactly how I wanted with only a 3 minute consultation lol. I’m giving 5 stars for the ladies who own & work in the salon, but beware of going to see “The hair doctor” Jordan - she wasn’t professional and the girls there were all complaining about how her scheduling works & how long her waits are (she over schedules constantly, she rescheduled me 3 times) Great balayage work or not, I can’t fathom paying her prices and still waiting just to not even be seen. Also the entire time I was there she was gossiping about other clients, and the rest of the girls that worked there. It’s a shame because the rest of the girls were so kind with great customer service.

So spending an entire day in a chair to only come up looking like the children of corn with white and yellow hair and too embarrassed to go anywhere. If your stylist doesn't want to work through a Groupon then don't offer! Or atleast tell client you can't meet their expectations! Now I'm forced to stay inside until I can spend more money to fixed what was a nightmare yesterday. I've went in exactly with my expectations and received them before even at Aveda! So you can't tell me it can't be done when a student did it! The worst part it was the stylist with the most experience! I love the haircut I do but this is a back to back nightmare. Id never recommended this salon as they put that horrific money vibe and stuck upness with them. I live in a nice place, own a business and make great money so how I was treated like low class cause I didn't want extensions or botox is bad for business. Im in tears writing this review as I've got to find a hat collection to cover this nightmare up

I have been having my hair cut/ colored by Silviya at Fiore salon for about 9 months and have been so happy with my results every time! She attends many styling conferences/trainings each year and I’m truly impressed by her knowledge of the newest hair trends, colors & products. Fiore salon features Lanza products that are made with natural ingredients and smell heavenly. A win/win in my book! The large open feel of the salon is inviting and connects to very stylish waiting area that is well appointed with comfortable furniture, a self serve coffee bar, cold drinks, and magazines to browse through. My overall experience has been terrific and I would highly recommend any of the talented stylists at Fiore, but Silviya is my favorite.

Really rough experience here post-quarantine. I had cut my own hair previously and it was "ok", with some much needed love. However, I regret the decision of going here on a whim. When asking for a fade on the sides I said the bottom started at a 2, but she went with a 2 throughout the whole length and on one side went higher than the other. While leaving length on top I essentially have half a mohawk now. The stylist could see I was concerned as she cut it and said "no worries, it'll grow back if it's too short". @Silviya - I saw your response referring to it as a miscommunication. I don't think that's it. I posted a picture to show the final product.

Looking for “quality” in all areas of a salon experience? Look no further!! I’ve been a customer since the previous salon, about 9 years. I have long, thick, Curly and difficult hair. I was so tired of bad hair cuts... then Sylvia took me on and as been AMAZING She shampoos, dries, flat Orion’s my hair straight AND THEN cuts it so it lays perfect and beautifully!! Quality of hair products, massage with the shampoo and conditioner, great clean environment and always smiles all around. If they had 10 stars I’d give them all 10’s! Thanks for being so great, caring about customer’s satisfaction and offering a quality experience!

I bought a Groupon for Laura,I’m so happy I did!!! It was the first time I had ever used Groupon too. I showed her a picture of the cut I wanted and the color, she made it exactly like what I showed her. I don’t think I have ever had anyone do such a fantastic job before on my hair. I have thin, fine hair. When I left I looked like I had a full head of hair. I smiled all the way home. My family loved it! I can’t recommend Laura enough. She is very down to earth and made me feel extremely comfortable in her experienced hands! The salon is extremely nice too! I will definitely be returning!

I've been going here for about a year now. Always leave the salon with a big smile on my face. The haircut & color I recieve always exceeds my expectations. My stylist Nikki does an excellent job. She listens to what I want but also gives her opinion on what may or may not be best for my hair. The salon is very clean and comfortable. All the people that work there are always very nice. As someone that is always anxious about trying a new stylist and a new place i was put at ease after my first visitit went so well. Would recommend you to give them a try.

I have been seeing Jordyn religiously over the last year and a half for blonding. She is so much fun to talk to and is so talented at what she does! I can't begin to thank her enough for turning my hair into a blonde dream just in time for my wedding. I loved her technique and personality so much that I continued to keep her as my stylist, even after my wedding. Sadly, I am moving out of state and had to say goodbye to her for the last time today. I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Jordyn! She did my hair a couple times when I was in college and then I eventually had to move to Milwaukee and Chicago for work. Even after living in other bigger cities, NO ONE had been able to do my hair like she has. I happily drive back to Indy for my appointments with her! She is bubbly, fun, easy to talk to, and is honest with what she can do with your hair. The amount of compliments I receive after she does my hair is insane! I an SO lucky to have found her!

Ohhhhh my goodness where do I start?? First Loren is an absolute genius master hair stylist. I came in with a botched highlight job I had received the previous day. I text her in a panic that night and she fit me in today! When I say it was a nightmare is an understatement she worked her magic and I couldn’t be happier it’s so beautiful I feel so youthful and I’m over the moon happy and relieved!!! I would absolutely recommend Loren to any of my friends, family and colleagues!

Don't waste your time and your money going to this salon, Loren treated me according to her master's degree, that lady has no experience as a hairdresser, I had my long hair almost to my waist, I asked her to cut my hair as far as I wear my bra, it barely left me. without hair I left there with a broken heart, for my hair treatment he gave me some massages that he wanted to bury his nails in my hair, I do not recommend them, it was a bad experience that I will have for life

Kaitlin is the BOMB and when I say BOMB I mean it. I called the same day, and got in within a few hours! She knew exactly what I wanted My hair to look like and delivered and then some!!! She is truly an amazing person, we talked for hours, basically the entire time it took to get my hair done! I would highly recommend going and seeing her to transform your hair, and to let her be apart of your hair journey!! I can say after getting my hair done, I made a friend!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

An independent stylist (sydney) that rents a spot at this salon screwed me over at first, but the salon owner got ahold of me and was truly sincere in trying to fix the situation although I wasnt her client. She and suzie did my hair together and treated me so great. They gave a very generous offer to compensate for the time that got wasted with Sydney. The employees here are fabulous! Thank you for fixing things for me and being so caring Silvyia. Great job on my hair!

I came in for a simple trim and some long layers with Heather. The haircut I got was NOT even at all (picture 2) and some pieces were not even cut. Half of my hair was short. Also, the layers are just big chunks of shorter hair. Save your money and go somewhere else, this was not worth the $50! I could do better myself with no training or license.

I was a walk-in at this location today and was relatively quick to get in with no appointment. The lady who cut my hair I gave clear instructions what I wanted, length, etc. Well, she did almost the exact opposite of what I wanted and almost cut all my hair off. It was the worst haircut I have ever had. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

Suzanna was amazing. She cut my preteenz hair and she qas so wonderful and kind. She did amazing. The salon itself has a check in area. Stylists were busy so we sat in the seating area which offered a variety of beverages . It was serene there and nice. The staff were very sweet and kind. I will be sure to bring myself here soon.

She was so attentive and so detailed with my cut that all I can say is perfection. The location was great and the environment was so relaxing and very clean. Amazing customer service!

Heather has been doing my hair for 20+ years, and she does a phenomenal job! We always discuss cut and color, and she does a great job listening to what I want and making suggestions as well. The last time I gave her a photo, the color was almost exact! I don’t trust anyone else to do my hair! She’s the best!

My daughter has fought frizzy hair for a few years. Loren was able to do a Brazilian blowout for her and it looks amazing! She is so happy and so am I with how good it looks. I was so impressed with Loren and her work that I brought my other daughter for a style and cut. She is so professional and talented.

I had an ultimate treatment and blowout with Jesse and I will definitely be rebooking with him! I had an amazing experience. Not only did my hair look amazing and healthier when I left, he also provided education while treating and styling my hair to prevent further damage. Would highly recommend Jesse!

Jamie Kinch did an amazing job of transforming my thick & heavy hair into a light and voluminous cut by adding French layers! My hair now has more dimension to it and is easier to blow dry and style. Beyond talented in cutting and styling hair, Jamie has such a fun personality and is easy to talk to.

My daughter had her hair done by jordan j! 6.5hour disaster, do your homework before sitting in her chair. Doesn't even come close to doing what u ask of her! Cost more to go get color correction after seeing her.225 down the drain for a disaster!! To bad she doesn't listen to her clients …

The Salon says “everyone should feel pampered...” but have rude stylist like Laura who turn customers away because she doesn’t want to take time on their “ethnic” hair. Leaves customers feeling racially profiled!!! Would not recommend this salon to anyone! Ever!!!!!
