"Wow! What a change from 10 years ago! This is no longer on my list of least likely places to be in my life! No druggies no criminals! What I found was a community of very nice people, some of which are on fixed incomes, some low income, some in manufactured tiny homes that line the front row! This is one of portlands rare affordable living areas that our mayor has saved from future developer's and money hungry outta towners who want to purchase this seven million dollar property to make a billion off of! This place moves me so much that I have been involved in volunteer work with the help from the In Living Cully, neighborhood association type of non profit, to help some residents at the Arbor, who need repairs, get with the people who are qualified to do the work"
"People have issues being quiet past 10pm and it sometimes continues until 3am"
"I mind my own business"
"I have always treated better by Management and Owners than anyone or anywhere else ever has treated"
"Lots of power playing with management they dictate who can visit who and if you dont go along you will be asked first and then get evicted"

Way to go portland for cleaning up this beautiful area for such wonderful people!
People have issues being quiet past 10pm and it sometimes continues until 3am. It wouldn't be a problem if none of us have jobs or aren't on time sensitive medication, but yeah. It doesn't matter what part of the day it is, someone is either using a saw or welding or something that makes far too much noise to be acceptable where people live close together. Then there's some neighbors who believe it is okay to run a mechanic shop from home so everyone gets to listen to the revving of cars ALL day. Certain types that live here attract a lot of police with bright lights at night, but police doesn't take nearly enough people with them when they leave, lots of DV going on. It's never truly peaceful here. I wish management would start cracking down on it, but after an incident a while back, it was made clear that they become downright abusive.
I mind my own business. I believe that we are all struggling to make ends meet and pay bills. This place may have issues and it's not the hilton. It's simply a place to park my trailer and make the best of a bad situation.meaning it does not get any lower this this place. Options are not realistically available due to limited monthly income. Now if there was the option to leave and a place to move my trailer HELL YES and not bother looking back at slum lords greediness. As a reminder the definition of slum lords is minimize work and maximize profits, with no intentions of accommodating the renter or tenants needs. The owner strickly focuses on personal gain.
I have always treated better by Management and Owners than anyone or anywhere else ever has treated. They go way out of their way to make sure everyone is safe, has enough of everything and they really have donated so much to the homeless, elderly, disabled and people who are most taken advantage of,the vulnerable, illand disabled.Their the most outstanding people I've ever met! They young lady who's tending to things there now is just a sweetheart.!Merry Christmas For Grove, from Kristi Skeie and Babe the Bahemia Service Dog,kitten nursing dog, helper of Kristi and loves everybody!
Lots of power playing with management they dictate who can visit who and if you dont go along you will be asked first and then get evicted. They watch using bynoculars . If you have alot of visitors they consider you as a drug dealer not a good place to live the owner buys trailors without tittles and the ones she scraps she usès those on others
Good price but, for the price you pay you have crazy couples yelling at one another like at 12am. Loundary room closes at 10pmshould be 24 hour for the people who work really late. You can definitely sence their is drug smuggling and police is on site frequently. Management is meh. There's definitely better places to down size. …
I don't recommend going there it's a dive just parking outside i woke up to a broken window a wet seat and my stereo missing there's always shady people around the out side of the park in broke down vehicle s stripping cars like I said I would stay clear and thank god I don't live near that park
Used to be happy up until I was woken up at 3am to gun shots and had a dirty bloody needle in my driveway. Managers tells me if I don't like it I can move. Does nothing to keep it under control. Also they mess with your power. My power box is always open. Run away from this place.
- REPORTED. - Your lucky that my fam is fully covered or we woulda sold your property to pay hospital bill after dust assault. - Nuff said - After asking round the neighborhood, come to find they use a leaf blowrr!! All are mad.
Should put you on waiting list if give you application, could called me to see what issue was having as day late getting app in and rented all spaces so tough luck.
Both tenants and staff are horrible and throw garbage and dust onto other people's properties and makes them sick and become rude when you speak up.
I live here, I have great friends here and the space rent is reasonable. I have a nice yard for summer parties bring a drink and join us this summer
The rent is $700 and my electric bill was $100.00 the first month and $200 the second. I have been missing mail and receiving other people's mail.
Not a very good place overall. Let's say basic human rights are not really a thing here... but doesn't mean I don't know the laws.
Trailer spaced from 475 to 1000 if available must call. I have a crazy older guy friend that lives there. Sells smoked cheese
Wonderful little RV park. Not full of posh, new, rolling mansions. But real people. Community. Quieter than you would think.
Older trailer's and campers. Cement slabs for patios. They recently evicted 75% of the park.no more druggies.
The owner is a nitpicking type, does his best to keep drugs out and always trying to improve the property.
Its most definitely a trailer park! Plaid pantry just across the street, with in stumbling distance.
Frequent gunfire, revving engines, high/crazy people screaming and loud music.
Very friendly and safe community would recommend this park before any other.
Excellent management, new street and landscaping, affordable rates
I live there still. Four hundred bucks a month for rent not bad.
Lacks visitor parking and management not so friendly.
A little rundown cheep laundry room horrible staff
Not a safe place for a family with children
I like it here I've never had a problem
I lived 2 years and I moved next park.
I met her there...simply amazballz
Not very large not many amenities
Don't let then bend you over.
Washer and dryer delivery.
To many "nosey"neighbors.
A tight fit but ok
Nice place to live
Very unsafe park
Great place
Nice
