Amazingly helpful and kind folks. A stray cat was stuck in neighbourhood empty apartment window grill for four days. When I called them in the morning to rescue the cat they immediately came. Unfortunately, they returned because they couldn't locate the cat. I was not around to show them the exact spot. In afternoon, I again called them and they promptly arrived. Finally they sorted how to rescue the cat with the society people of that building and after four days, the cat finally got free! Congratulations to such a warm and fantastic team.
