Genuinely 100% local. Crowded and dusty floor but surprisingly equipped with most of the necessary machines including angled lat pulley, shoulder press and cable system. Price is 20 pounds for a day... no shower so bring your own clothes and towel. Actually it was fun just observing fellow egyptian gym goers casually hanging out and talking about the quality of recently bought protein powder.

Oktober and November 2019 An amazing gym, lovely owner and nice custumers. I will Definetly come back next time I am in Cairo. I did my freeletics Workouts there and it was amazing how they reacted on them.

Gringos welcome here. Cash only. 20 EGP 1 day pass. I didn't have cash and he let me workout anyway. I wore an American flag hat everything, everyone e was still super dope. It's a pretty good spot.

Nice little gym tucked away in the busy city. Owner was friendly and it was pretty cheap for a day pass. I went at peak-time and it was very busy but everyone was friendly and shared equipment.

Perfect place for who wants some workout in Egypt for tourist. Friendly staffs and only 20LE for one-day use. Also there are most of the machines to train whole body. No shower but worth it.

Solid gym, bit tight, but all you need. The lads training and working here were all nice, open to women from 9-12 and afterwards for men. Day pass is 20 EGP

Quite run down gym with and broken equipment but I managed to complete a full body session and for 20 EGP for one session is ok!
