I had to call for help for my mom. The firefighters were great and very helpful. Kept the situation calm and then one of the firefighters came to me with a fire hat for my 3 year old. I thought that was really super sweet and my son loves it! He hasn't taken it off, in fact he fell asleep with it! I love living right by the station, these guys are so helpful.

I am suffering from seizures because of denial of necessary medication. I was called a liar by the paramedic, not helped into the ambulance. Would not go to the hospital where I'm known. The paramedic told me he was a combat vet and been through my situation. Unprofessional.

Just want to thank Jeff and Rich the two paramedics who saved my life (literally)They are two extremely professional and capable medics. Thank you.

Running full sirens in the neighborhood into the wee hours of the morning every single day for months on end. Inconsiderate at best.

Thank you to wonderful gentleman who fixed my son's carseat from sliding. Now I can drive knowing my son is safe and not scared.

So grateful for the firemen and firewoman who got me out of a broken elevator. Very professional and caring.
