The food was good when I first went there but as I spent my money there more often they try to give you old food, and French fries they put too much seasoning on their meat... I got the chicken on a pita meal which was delicious when I first went which is why I went back the second time I went back my gyro bread was kind of hard like it was old and re-warm up the third time I went my chicken on the Peter was salty the tomatoes was kind of hard not very ripe I brought it to their attention and they fix my chicken on the Peter wright the next time with less seasoning but the french fries was old and refried in Greece like I didn't know that's what they do they also do that at some McDonald's and fast food restaurants also so just beware also the cashier in the front the cashier one of them which is Hispanic I think buys she's very rude I put my card in her hand to pay for my food she laid it back down on the counter when I had my hand out to receive it back which is very disrespectful just be careful when you spend your money there and make sure they respect you because they don't... I think even though you work under stress you still supposed to be nice to a customer that you haven't even spoke with from the beginning check your food make sure your food is fresh they drop old frie's back into the oil like you wouldn't know the difference so just be careful buyer beware!!!

If I can give this restaurant ZERO stars. I will. I spent over $50 on food for my family for my order to be completely messed up. I called to order and the girl who was taking my order was playing around and talking to her coworker—Thus messing up my order. One meal was suppose to come with fries and didn’t. I had a sandwich with no fries. I paid for a whole MEAL! Which I didn’t get. My brothers burger was still pink when he bit into it. I asked for hot wings and got regular wings which I didn’t want. I called back to tell them my order was messed up, and the employee was BEYOND DISRESPECTFUL!! As if she didn’t want to be at work. I asked for a manager and she lied and said there wasn’t a manager there. When I told her I was coming up there then she put a manager on the phone. I talked to a manager about my food and I’m thinking everything is okay, but then 5 hours later. I still haven’t got my original meal I called twice about my food they was suppose to give me in the first place, and both times I was told the food was in rout. The only good thing they did was take my money.

I got and uber eats and my food was freezing cold and they didnt listen to any of the instructions that I wrote. I called back up there in everyone i talked with the exception of 1 had a bad attitude and was extremely rude. The one that answered the phone after i told her my problem she gon say WOOOOW REALLY and just put me on mute. It took almost 2 hours to recieve my food after that when im literally 10 mins away. Ordered the wrong food thought the #3 Southern BBQ Philly was chicken but it was steak. I didn't think to ask. Bring the food back and politely ask for the Chicken Philly instead. The girl get sarcastic with me and a bit snotty. Then puropsely make me wait 25 minutes. I watched her call out every order but mine even though my Philly was ready. I finally say I'll just take a refund they said I couldn't get one. Then she sees me asking for a refund and gives me my food. At that point I just leave didn't want the food at all anymore. I left the food. It's just sad. I did nothing to the girl. Was actually about to take to Facebook initially...but I decided not to. Only to be treated so poorly. Man I wish that young lady nothing but the best but I didnt deserve that. I will go elsewhere. God is still good. Just a meal. My experience was sickening. As a branch manager with my company I would fire the entire team and run the restaurant by myself before I allow my employees to treat customers the way I witnessed that team treat customer including myself . I will NEVER order from this garbage of a restaurant again . Placed an order at approximately 1:20pm online for pick up and was told it would be ready between 1:50pm. I get to the restaurant at 2:10pm, wait 5 mins while the one cashier is doing everything BUT taking my order. Finally get addressed and state that I have a pick up order, give the order number, and I get told “we don’t have any pick ups.” I’m currently looking at both a text AND email with my order confirmation. Wasted half my lunch break driving to pick up food that I didn’t leave with and the cashier wasn’t even apologetic . The only good thing about all of this is that I didn’t pay for it online and was planning to pay in cash.

Horrible customer service. Called in an order to a very rude young lady. I asked her about the size of coleslaw that comes with an order. She said it’s the same size that you get from any restaurant. Arrived 35 minutes later to pick up my $42 order. She said it wasn’t ready. I waited an additional 20 minutes, then went to the window to inquire. It was already there, but didn’t announce it. Got it home, half of the order was wrong with two containers of hot sauce opened and spilled into the bottom of the bag. That was my first And last visit.

Terrible service, workers always have an attitude, the times they give you are completely unrealistic, I very disappointed and will never go back. They act like it's a club and are very rude toward the paying customer. They can't follow simple instructions let alone speak clear English, I don't know how this location is still in business. I also witnessed another customer come in and ask a price for a salad and thought the price of the salad was to high so he stated that he was going to go next door to subway for a better salad and cheaper price and as he walked out the workers started degrading the customer in front of the other customer waiting for there food, extremely unprofessional.

I am a long time customer. I received a gyro that was raw, soggy and mush pieces of meat. My double cheeseburger was raw. I calleda Edith says she can only give me 10% comp and the manager is on vacation until NEXT Friday. Today is Monday. My order was $40. You cant get a refund. The thing about delivery, I cant walk back in there and make them fix my order. A shame the way customers are treated. Blown off with no way of speaking with anyone who can make changes and Edith being the manager on duty, has no power to address customer concerns. Im really turn off by this. Order 30 boneless wings through GrubHub from this restaurant, the driver was supposed to deliver by 10:50pm and he came @ 11:24pm. The order was wrong and cold. I'm only 15 minutes away. Called the restaurant the manager was rude and told me he deliver what I ordered and look on the receipt. There was no receipt on the bag or inside. She claimed he was stuck in traffic found out there wasn't any traffic. The manager needs to go somewhere and get training in being professional. Never will I order from there again. I'm find out who owns it and have a discussion with that person.

First time in, last time in‼️ After what seemed like forever (and everyone after me receiving first) I finally received my small order of 6 wings that I clearly asked with lemon pepper. In fact I watched them come up and noticed the little girl not applying any to my order, so I even asked did you add lemon pepper and she lied directly in my face and said yes. My gyro tasted like the meat was spoiled. The gyro sauce had no flavor and looked old. It even had a sour smell to it. The boneless wings were dry and if it weren't for them drowning them in sauce, would've been flavorless as well. My daughter stated her "fries were whack". No professionalism in the restaurant at all. One of the cooks kept playing around with one of the girls that work the register and he kept saying he was going to "snatch her fake hair out her head". I'm never going back to this ghetto, nasty, old food having place ever again.

I ordered a pan of chicken wings and when I got home (which is way across town) they gave me a pan of legs and thighs! Hate that the wait is so long, but Firehouse has great lunch benefits!! They also have one of the largest sandwiches I have ever seen when they tell you your Italian Beef is a foot long it is with the meat to match. And that's ever sandwich that's ordered as a foot long. You have enough for two seatings. They only draw back is their 2/3 for specials you only receive one fry on the two for and two fries on the 3 for specials. You always have to order an extra, most other places don't do that..... IJS

The first time i ordered from here i had a good experience their lemonade is DELICIOUS but EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDERED something it always comes so greasy . I ordered a Crispy philly . IT WASN'T even cooked the dough was still raw and i also took a chance &ordered some Gyro fries they were 7.99 they were DRENCHED IN OIL THE GYRO MEAT TASTED FOUL . Ms Jackie has the best customer service she always repeat the orders back and make sure everyone knows what the days special is and The Nigerian guy that cooks is one of the best cooks in chicago ,the restaurant is always clean they make sure you have fresh food AND ITS WELL DONE and all I have to say is that if you on 87 AT THE SHOPPING MALL Dont go anywhere else but firehouse you will not be disappointed I GIVE THE PLACE OVERALL 5 STARS ITS A TOPSHELF RESTAURANT

Listen. The food is freaking good af, the customer service on the other hand is probably the worst I’ve seen. That’s the first drawback. Now when you order speak clear and check your receipt. 2nd time I have been here with an order pre-ordered and I approach the counter with (4) women workers at the counter and not ONE said hello or can I take your order while I stood there for 3 minutes. Then I give the name, she replies with it's coming and I stand there for 7-8 minutes. Then she asks for the name AGAIN and says I am sorry but it's going to be 25 MINUTES!!! Waste of time! I am a resturant manager and would kindly escort someone out who makes me loose money. If you hate your job ? do it!!!! I do enjoy the food when it's correct but when it's bad it's just bad!! Reconfirm pleasing attitude with staff then make cuts accordingly! Just remember you hired them not the other way around.

Good Food for a hood spot and I love the fact that they are open late. Been there quite a bit over the years and only had one fallout with them. Kinda expensive but worth the trouble. They play modern day music which is cool and refreshing; dont seem dead or dull while working. Nonetheless the only thing they should work on is timing and take more call ins on the late night hour for pick up. People get in and out quicker.

The manager on duty New Years day 2020 is the most ignorant and unprofessional person to call herself managing a restaurant. If your order is not complete, she should either correct the order or refund the money. She did neither one and kept ignoring the person with the complaint. Don't go here if you want your order correct. Customer service as well as the management is TERRIBLE. They just lost some customers.

Every employee in this location is extremely rude!!!! I use to go to this restaurant. The last 2 times I went there I ordered the 3 tacos and NO sour cream. Everybody don't like sour cream. Not only do I not like it, I'm allergic to it. They put it on top of my tacos and I had to take it off. Months later, got tacos again with NO SOUR CREAM. They put it at the bottom. I took one bite and spit it out. Over night I broke out all over my back. Haven't been back.

The wings are horrible, y’all they do not offer exchange if you don’t like their food. The buffalo wings ARE DRENCHED in sauce when you eat it you’re eating vinegar. Ordered this for father's day. They gave me a wrong order and I figured I can get past that. My food was nasty. Super greasy huge amount of peppers little bit of meat. Ordered my daughter nachos, these mfs gave doritos with cheese. Peach cobbler was watery and had something on it. In the end I paid 43 dollars to throw basically all of it away. This place is trash.

i made an order on doordash around 12 am , i checked the hours and they were opened , i was waiting for an hour and when my dasher showed up at the restaurant they said that they were not serving the food no more . when i got the notification that they received my order and they were preparing it. i even called the restaurant to make sure they were opened.

Your customer service here leaves much to be desired. If this was a gimmick restaurant with these bad attitudes you would be spot on. Unfortunately it's not... I like this place. Its down to earth, friendly, and the food is good. The girls who work there are cute and kinda ghetto, but in a good way. It goes right along with the popular hit rap music that's always played there. This is in no way a complaint. I like its realness. It's a real hood place that represents the hood that it's in.

I love the fact that they have such a big menu. Sometimes it's hard to decide what we want because of the wide variety of food to choose from and the prices are very reasonable not to mention the combo choices and deals. I get to go there often because it's on my training route. The selection is tremendous and the lunch specials are very reasonably. Also the young ladies, the cashiers are very nice people! Plenty of free parking in the back. You can't go wrong.

Waited 30mins only for them to give my food to someone else then expected me to chase them down. So I had to wait an additional 30mins for my food again I had 3 orders which was 50$ and they couldn’t even accommodate me for the inconvenience.

Best customer service ever theyre so hillarious and friendly...Speedy delivery guy Kevin and the food was still hot and tasty ....pricey but its worth it besides how many places you can order from late and basically deliver anywhere

Very rude and disrespectful staff. The light skinned girl has a smart mouth and very unpleasant. I asked her a question and she has an attitude and didn’t wanna be at work. Sad and bad for business. I give this place 3 thumbs down.

Very rude black male cashier, too many young ladies in the front that seem to not care about customers, I think they would profit better with a strong team leader that can deal with the public and therefore manage staff properly.

Good food fresh chicken the chicken Philly was great the Italian beef was good my girl love the smoothies not to mention the deals they have you can’t beat those prices anywhere this restaurant is most definitely a must try

Horrible!!!!!! ask for a Italian beef not dipped with hot peppers. My Italian beef was soaked!!! and no hot peppers , when the women who took my order said "Italian beefs come with hot peppers " will not be coming back

Awful, I ordered a hotdog with fries. Fries were cold, hotdog bun was hard as a rock. Took it back, they remade it but it was absolutely the worst hotdog I've ever eaten. I do not recommend nothing but a lemonade.

Ordered via Uber, 2 hour wait for a $ 22 order...when it got here all chicken pieces were old. This is why people 'low-ball' on tips. I do not recommend this restaurant. That was just money wasted!

Be prepared for a wait. They're really busy with the Ubereats orders which can cause a delay for everyone else. The ladies at the counter are friendly which helps.
